Got a flat tire right down the street hitting a construction screw. Alex got the tire all patched up, inflated, and back on my truck in no time. I was back on the road in 30 mins or less including paying as well as getting a quote and time window on a possible new replacement if it was needed (I made the mistake of driving on the flat from the local middle school to there and caused some edging damage on the inside that he showed me). Alex was very informative, a great communicator, friendly, and overall he provided excellent service. Highly recommend TAB for your local tire needs even if not an emergency. Price was very fair too!***4/9/2024 EDIT: Owner/Business Rep responded to my review regarding the "PS minor notes" below. Goes to show how great the customer service is with the willingness to help provide clarity as well as help accommodate certain needs even while alterations and remodel work is being done. Looking forward to seeing the cool changes ahead he has planned. I'll leave the PS down below for transparency and understanding. I gave TAB 5 stars before the edit but would give them a higher score if possible now.***PSSmall Minor Note for others planning to be there at TAB during service and not dropping off:If you plan to stay there with your vehicle and be there for a long period of time, there is roomy comfortable space inside the waiting area with a restroom. However, I didn't see any customer-accessible power outlets. No TVs or bells and whistles at the time of this review, but still very clean and comfortable. Not expected or a big deal to me, but it could be for others with children or other needs. May want to bring a book or fully charged devices that have service/mobile hotspot if you are doing work or anything. Of course, the Woodyard restaurant is across the street so those items can be accommodated there as well as having drinks and food there when they are open. Plus there are other options within walking distance not far from where TAB is.

I recently took my car in to address an oil leak, and Alex immediately diagnosed the issue, recommending a replacement of the cap and gasket sealing cover. He provided a quote that included the oil change. Upon completion of the work, Alex informed me that the final cost was $60 less than quoted because the repair took less time than anticipated. Honestly, I've never encountered such a commendable practice at any other mechanic I've visited in the past. If I could, I would rate more than 5 stars. Alex is not only a genuinely kind individual but also incredibly knowledgeable

Needed an alignment and called Alex at TAB. Very nice man and told me he could get it done the same afternoon I called. Dropped it off and he took care of my truck. Genuinely friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and getting my alignment done.

On very short notice, Tab Automotive took my car in after it had thrown a fan belt. Within a couple of hours, we were back on the road. Alex, the GM, was very courteous and the price was a little less than expected. Wouldn t hesitate to go back.

Took truck in for an oil change on Wednesday. Spoke with Alex, the owner, whom is friendly and down to earth. Enjoyed chatting with him for a few mins. Alex was awesome! Car temp was heating up more than normal, he looked at it and told me to add more coolant and test it out. We needed an oil change, so i brought it back for the oil change and it was done quickly, but efficiently. Driving home from Gainesville late on a Friday, we encountered a rapid loss of air on one of our tires of our Honda Pilot. I called this morning because my car had a small oil leak after having the oil changed a few days ago at the dealership . I drove the car to TAB. Alex put the car on the lift and found that the oil plug was loose. He tightened it and checked to be sure the oil filter was on right . Support this local business!
