I have been having car problems and tires plus and pep boys were not able to tell me exactly what was causing my issue and long story short someone recommended RPM auto in Newberry and I cannot say enough nice things about them. They have not only taken the time to find the problem (which they admitted was kinda hard to find but they didn t just give up) they fixed it right up for less than 300 dollars. Also everyone was so nice there! Great experience!

I took my truck to RPM motors for a front end alignment a battery and to get the air condition fixed. They did a great job with the battery the front end alignment but they told me they put a actuator door in the air conditioner and it was fixed. Working properly paid them $600 I picked my truck up in the parking lot Friday night after I paid them. Air condition does not work. Turn the blower motor on. It's full of a rat's nest blowing hot air I called them back. The guy Nick makes out like he's the mechanic that works on your vehicle. He's not. He's just a guy that works in the office on the phone. Big liar told me my air condition was working properly when he parked in the parking lot and that thing sometimes break in the parking lot after they fix them how convenient. But I can bring my truck back for a free inspection preparing me for my next screwing no. Thanks. I took it to precision Auto in Bell. They pulled out the part. It's cracked in three places rat's nest in the air condition blower but I can bring it back for a free inspection. No. Thanks they might be good with tires but I wouldn't recommend them for no air condition work chalk it up as another lesson learned. And Nick, you're not the mechanic, you're just a liar

RPM takes pride in their work and stand behind parts and labor for two years. They keep my 200,00 mile creme puff running perfectly. These guys do precision work and Mr. Hands provides excellent customer service. Thank you RPM!

Greg Nick and the Team at rpm are spot on the price and stand behind their work. Wife has a 2005 6cyl 6 speed manual jeep . They keep this thing tip top..Only company i trust with her ride and 38 tires.

I just got new tires at a tire shop, and the tire shop said my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. I took my car to RPM instead and they inspected my brakes. RPM said my brakes obviously weren t brand new, but they didn t need to be replaced yet. Really nice people to work with and very honest. I've already had front end work and an ac rebuild. And need more work done soon. They are honest, prices are fair and their mechanics are the best. I trust them to keep my 2003 F150 running for many years to come. And I get to support a local business too.

RPM in Newberry provides honest and great service no matter what kind of vehicle problem you are having. We have used them several times and have always been very happy with the results. The manager is always friendly and does the best he can to get your vehicle in and out fast even though they have lots of customers. Just this week they helped us with a tire issue.Service: Tires

I didn't take my vehicle here for service, but I can see why they are popular and have such high rating's. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very nice and professional. Kind customer service is a rarity these days, but RPM doesn't lack in this area. It's a good idea to call ahead of time to make an appointment to have your car or truck serviced, which is exactly what I will do next time.

They do all of our maintenance on all of our vehicles and have for years. Nick is always so nice to talk to on the phone and in person. They ve always been super honest with us and have never tried to get us to do anything that wasn t necessary. Fair prices and very convenient that they are right here in town. They aired up my tire on Monday and checked it out, but couldn t see anything wrong with it, but it s already flat, so I just called them and they re going to look at it tomorrow and fix it if they can and if not they will order us a new tire and put it on. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else while we live in this area. Well done RMP!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a shop owner here in Iowa, I needed somewhere to send my client that was down there and needed some warranty work performed on their vehicle. Took my car in for a checkup, previous place i took it to gave a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed and it was some astronomical price. They quickly identified the problem (fuel pump) and fixed it promptly for 1/3rd of the price. These guys are honest, professional, and efficient. I have been consistently impressed with not just quality of their work, but just how far they will go for their customers. My car left me stranded so I had it towed to their shop. It turns out my fuel pump was dead. I happen to have a not so common vehicle and there were literally ZERO new fuel pumps available at any of the dealerships or parts warehouses. I spent hours trying to track one down. I thought my car was going to be down for a month but RPM went the extra mile and found a private owner somewhere that had a spare. It's that kind of effort that has made me such fan of this shop. It's always a fun atmosphere there, so it makes waiting for repairs to get done that much easier. I just can't say enough about how much I appreciate them always finding time to fit me in when I break something...which happens fairly regularly. I am new to this area and didn t know who to use for vehicle related issues. I found RPM and saw they had great ratings so I gave them a try. I am glad I did. They are always friendly but most importantly do a fantastic job and have reasonable rates. I am happy I found a business that I can trust to do a quality job.

My husband swears by them. He goes out of his way to drive there because they will give it to you straight, not try to oversell items you don't need, and you're in and out in a jiffy.

We have all of our fleet maintenance performed here, as well as our personal vehicles. Greg and Nick provide excellent customer service, and always solve my problems. The crew in the shop do a good job too, I've never had a problem with anything they've done. Highly recommend!

I stopped in here to have my oil changed. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. They changed my oil quickly and charged me a decent price for it. I waited in the lobby to have my oil changed so I saw them interact with a few customers and they delivered consistent customer service every time. I will definitely be returning to the shop for my Automotive needs and recommend it to anyone who's thinking of stopping by!

With my Son being away at UF, we needed to find a repair shop for a complicated issue . With his car being out of commission to drive, needed to rely and trust a new shop . We went with Nick at RPM, based on a friends recommendation. All said and done, were extremely happy with Nick's communication and the repair shop's service. Highly recommend , and even though the shop is 25 minutes from UF, very worth the drive to have them assist and fix the issues, at a very fare cost.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Not only are they actually affordable but the customer service is amazing. Greg and Nick both helped me with a flat that couldn't be patched. They got me into an already full schedule and were absolutely wonderful the whole time. I spoke mostly with Greg and he made sure everything was taken care of and explained everything to me. RPM will be the only place I take my truck from now on. Thank you guys so much.

The young man at the desk was funny and witty. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Oil change price is a little above average for the price but they know what they are doing so you dont have to worry about a leaky plug or trying to get up charged on an air filter you dont need replaced.

I picked this place based on the great Google reviews, and I m so glad I did! Very professional staff, clearly very knowledgeable and honest. I tend to be quite a high maintenance client lol and I ask a lot of questions, they didn t mind that at all and answered all the questions I had. I m new to the area and skeptical about repair shops.Read reviews regarding RPM and must say these guys are class A +Just as the reviews stated.I Dropped my wife s car off thinking I had a bad wheel bearing and it turned out to be loose lug nuts that where not torqued to spec at the previous shop that worked on it . All I can say is that these guys are honest and are officially my go to shop!Thanks again for the fine service.
