Hey! Newberry Napa's manager here! I just wanted to let everyone know we're open M-F 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM. I have tried to get the business hours changed on here but had no success. Thank you!!

Franklin was super helpful and patient. My car needed a battery and they had it for me the same day!! The customer service that was provided was Exceptional!! I would highly recommend them!! I will be going back there for this reason in the future for any other parts I may need.

Awesome napa store! Helped us when we broke down trying to get to our vacation. Called buddys auto repair and he came right out and fixed me up and got me going. He was very reasonable and saved our trip. The napa people made it happen. Thanks yall sooo much!

A wonderful older gentleman helped me locate exactly what I needed within 2 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and sweet. The price of the items I bought where a great deal compared to that of the other stores I've been to around Gainesville. I will be returning for all my vehicle needs.

One Napa store in the past closed my mind to Napa altogether due to laziness, lack of initiative, or care for my business. Might ve been a case of one bad apple. I was conducting business near the newberry store and it was the only place that had the part I needed in stock. I can t say how their quality in parts are considering they re fairly new. What I can say is that everyone, and I mean everyone is top notch here. I ve been back a few times and dealt with a different person every time. Time after time, received good and friendly service. There s an older gentleman there that I felt like was in the same forums I was reading to diagnose a few issues I had with my 7.3 diesel. It made sense when he told me he had or still has a shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I live 5 miles from the Gainesville Napa. I don t hesitate to commute to the newberry Napa if I need anything.

My alternator went out while traveling. This napa was the closest parts store. Not only did they test the alternator for me. They let me borrow tools and they came out and hooked up a battery charger while I was changing the part. Extremely helpful, extremely polite and friendly!

Sold me a open item, package was damaged and taped up. When the item didn't work and I took it back they said that they couldn't give me my money back because the package was opened. They said that they didn't sell it to me that way. These guys are a bunch of liars and crooks. Spend your money elsewhere why would you want to support a local crook.

Would have given 5 * but they are not open very late they close at 5:30 and that's when most people are getting off work around 5 otherwise came in to buy seafoam I was in and out in less then 5 min the cashier was very nice and helpful

I like this NAPA store. They always have what I need. Staff are friendly, helpful. Costs are competitive.

It's a small shop but they have decent selection. Seems to be locally owned although it's a franchise. Staff is helpful when you can't find something.
