Along with being sold a complete piece of junk thinking it would be a great car, I was also told by 2 of the staff that my payments would benefit my credit. I won't speak for anyone else but none of my payments ever were reported to help benefit my credit. Can't expect much from these scam lots anyway but lying to my face is plain dirty. 0/10 if I could

Please see my review for the south location. Same applies to this location.Update: These guys (and gal) have gone above and beyond to help me. They are good, honest people that have truly gone beyond the call of duty for used cars sold "as is." They literally do not have to do anything once the purchase is done, but they offer their customers decent prices for repairs with skilled mechanics that are honest about what's wrong. Just make payments and treat them like human beings and they will do the same.

I stopped by just looking at first, but I left with a nice used Lincoln MKX. They made purchasing a vehicle seem easy. I am thrilled that I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own and they were amazing.....

My wife and I are so happy with our 2011 Cadillac Escalade ESV Luxury SUV. Even though we live over 2 hours away, Rick made us very comfortable in believing that what they were advertising was a great vehicle. And we were not disappointed. The vehicle was better in person. We were even late to view the car on Saturday due to traffic, but Rick waited and patiently gave us the time to test drive so we could feel good about purchasing the vehicle. We are so happy with our purchase.

LEMON LOT!!! Like most of these places this place is a scam shack full of Weasles, they sell cars that they know parts are broken on and reset engine lights just to get you to sign and get off the lot and right back in for service. If not that then they bug cars to go out. I know vehicles, what's happening to mine doesn't just happen.... they are crooks. Like most of the reviews say just keep going down the road and find or refered place, I'm disappointed for trusting them and would never recommend them. P.S. don't even consider reading their response to my review because it's bogus and they are professional liars. LEMON LOT is what it should be called. They should be ashamed of their bad reputation the only good reviews are people that know them or their owner and employee reviews otherwise the place would have a 2 star rating. You would think they would want to turn their bad name around. I will tell everyone I know avoid this junkyard no matter what.

I bought an 05 Ford Ranger Edge from this dealership back in 2014. The vehicle had numerous mechanical issues after the first week of owning the vehicle. The staff were extremely rude and uncaring. The reason I'm posting now is more people I know have bought vehicles from this place and have shared the same experience. Beware of this dealership! They sell people bad cars, and they know what they are doing! They don't care about their customers. Recently they tried to sell one of my family members a bad vehicle. I don't want to get into specifics, Stay aware from this dealership at all cost! You have been warned.

I am sorry to read bad reviews about Riverside Motorcars. I went there knowing full well I was buying a used car that was 12 years old and had 142,000 miles on it. Within a week the alarm was having problems and was preventing me to start my car. They sent someone to my home to disconnect the alarm and I followed them to the shop where they did more work on removing all the components. They took me to work because it was going to take a while. I think that is excellent customer service. A few weeks later the air conditioning compressor froze and the serpentine belt broke. They fixed it and the price they charged me for the parts was FAIR. I think when we have realistic expectations on buying a used car we know that things might go wrong which is beyond the dealer's control. I know other people who have bought cars there and have had no problems with the cars or with the customer service Riverside Motorcars provides. I will buy there again if I am in the market for a used car.

Bought my 2004 Ford explorer from here about 6 months ago. So far it's been running good. They've worked with me on payments. Had a year payment plan. I'd recommend.

I tried to test drive two vehicles on the lot and they wouldn't even start. I settled on a car in a similar price range that had a little wear and tear, and even got a discount for paying in full. They took over two hours to process the paperwork and even had to restart due to multiple filing errors. I was told to take the car back the next day for a new battery and a tuneup. I took it back, and they replaced the battery and a few fuses. Two days later the car wouldn't start. It turned out that the spark plugs had shorted out from an oil leak. After having that fixed I learned that the car has a bad fuel pump.Just stay far away from these charlatans. I'm mad at myself, mostly. Learn from my mistake, people....

My car broke down on me within 2 months of owning it. I had to pay over $300 for it to be fixed. The keyfob didnt work when I originally purchased the car and that disabled the ability to unlock the trunk because the button didnt work inside. I had to pay to fix the problem myself and I ended up paying MORE PER MONTH for an 08 malibu in TRASH condition than I did for my previous mint condition '16 Ford If you see this dealership, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND KEEP DRIVING PAST!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have read the reveiws before purchasing here. Worst decision I ever made. 3 weeks after buying my car, the transmission started to go. I took it back and had to rent a car for work for 2 days until they called me and told me the car was fixed and ready. Less than 2 weeks later, the SAME issue was happening. I took it back again and was told to take it to their mechanic, who then had the car for 3 weeks "rebuilding" the transmission (unbeknownst to me). After paying for rentals for 3 weeks, I'm now responsible for almost $1,000 in repairs and have only had the car less than 80days (and the issue was happening since week 3). Extremely disappointing and a very hard pill to swallow for a single Mom with 2 kids.

Traveled to this dealership to buy a car I seen on the website. I was very disappointed. They are very misleading. They have the car pictured showing a price of like 5k crossed out and and on the windshield they have a price of $799 down but the 5k price has a line thru it suggesting that it's only $799. I even asked why it's so cheap, before I got there, and they still didn't let me know that the $799. Was just the down payment. Turns out I would never have paid 5k for a car that looked like it wasn't worth the down payment of $799. Be cautious before giving these guys your hard earned money.

Hi all,We went to Riverside Motorcars on 8/23/12 at 2 pm. We inquired about a Jeep there. After we get there, the guy named Greg sent us to their other shop to look at the jeep. We told them that we wanted the jeep and were going to ride to the bank and get the cash to buy it. We were told that it needed a tune up and to come back tomorrow. We were called back the next day and were told it was a motor mount that needed to be replaced and they were going to get it in on 8/25/12.I called on 8/25/12 at 10am and were told they were waiting for the motor mount. I called back at 2pm and we were told that the mount just came in. We were told that they were going to call us as soon as it was ready and we could come pick it up. I called them back at 4pm to ask if the jeep was ready. We were told it was sold. I asked him about all the communication we had going and the reply was " I don't know what to tell you, we sold it." I explained to the man that we were the ones that were going to buy it and I am the one that has been on the phone with you numerous times. I was told that the Jeep would be ready for us to pick up today. He brought his mechanic in especially for us is what he said. What is going on here? We were told it would be ready and to expect a call soon. Two hours later I called them back and they sold the jeep to someone else. I would not recommend doing business with a place like this. They flat out lied to us and acted like there was nothing wrong with it. I am sad it is Saturday and the Better Business Bureau is closed. They will hear from me on Monday.

Very quick to answer the phone, not quick at all to interact with me on the lot. A gentleman walked out to greet me wearing his headphones in his ears. Not professional when it came to discussing the vehicle. He handed me the key and allowed me to start the car, it didn't start when I tried to turn it over. The battery was dead. They clearly do not take care of their vehicles nor do they care about their condition. Highly would not recommend buying a car from here. Terrible experience.

These guys were amazing!!! Frankie was really cool and nice to talk to very polite. He was very honest on the phone and cordial. My wife and I wanted to put a deposit down on a car that we saw on Saturday night on their lot. We called and left a few messages understanding that they were closed on Sunday. The owner of the dealership was very nice and polite and called us back on Monday even before the dealership open. These guys are on top of everything. I spoke to Frankie on Monday after the owner left a message on my phone, and explain to Frankie we wanted to put a deposit down on a Kia soul without even taking it out for a ride. Frankie then explained that he didn't feel comfortable taking a deposit on a car that we have not test drive yet. This showed me that they care more about the customer then the sale. I then explained to Frankie that my wife was battling cervical cancer and that this was her dream car. I told him we put our hands on the car on Saturday and did a Carfax on the vehicle. We also checked out service records on the vehicle as well. I then convinced Frankie to take a deposit and told him the tires needed to be changed, then I asked him to please make sure that the car had a new tires on it before we came in to pick the car up on Thursday. I paid for the tires but riverside motors went out of their way to make sure the vehicle had new tires on it before me and my wife pickEd it up. My wife and I could not be happier. They knew my wife just had a hysterectomy and beat cancer and was in pain. They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. My wife was in tears as she pulled out of riverside motors with her dream car. We are so thankful to Frankie and the owner of Riverside motors for taking such wonderful care of us and making my wife the happiest I've seen her in a long time. For about an hour and a half my wife forgot about her pain and was happy. This brought tears to my eyes and riverside motors has no idea what they have done for my family and for my wife tonight. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and will continue to purchase vehicles from them from now on. We've already referred for people to this dealership and will continue to spread the word. Thank you riverside motors

I m not usually the person to put stuff like this but i bought a car from Riverside Motors in New Smyrna beach on April 11th, 2018. Not even 3 weeks later i was driving home and my transmission completely went out in the middle of the road, i then had to have my car towed to Clinton Auto Body, my uncles auto body shop where they then had to figure out what was going on with it, they looked at the fluid of course and it turned out to be something other than transmission fluid it was thicker to stop the car from slipping gears long enough for them to sell it... My uncle Eddie then called and told them they should do the right think and help me out seeing as I hadn t even had the car a month yet and they knew it was junk when they sold it to me. They then told my uncle they would call us back when they talked to the owner! A day and a half later we still got no call so we called back they then informed us that they would pay half which would end up being 750$ then they would take that off what i owed them for the car but i had to pay it up front but i would have to send it to their transmission shop who is just as crooked as them we said absolutely not! Now MY UNCLE is going through all this to make sure i have something to drive i am out 2000$ as which i used as a down payment and 3 250$ payments i have not had a car in almost a month and these crooks couldn t care less they have done nothing to help insisting that i had no warranty! Now being this is the first time I ve bought a car and I m young and a female they used that as a perfect opportunity to take advantage! My point being DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RIVERSIDE MOTOR CARS!!! They are all crooks and scum bags.... also would like to give a HUGE shoutout to my uncle Eddie Clinton for helping me out so much and going through all this with me. Another shout out to Jake Bennett for fixing the transmission and to my boyfriend Kyle Sachse for making sure i had a vehicle to get to and from work! You guys are so amazing and i wouldnt know what to do without you!!

I went to the main lot across from dairy queen today and that guy was a dick. He didn't even tell us his name and he was being very pushy about getting a deal done and we have only been there 10 minutes. He wanted us to do a 3rd party deal and not finance that way he gets commission. We went to the other lot by papa John's and the guy was great super helpful polite and everything very possible we might go back to that lot to get a car.

I don't like to get into putting negative comments. But I'm tired of horrible car dealers, as such as this one. BEWARE! I don't have the time to elaborate. But I will say, they're not honest and they are rude. I don't know if they have good or bad cars. But they're attitude towards me is an indication they don't take pride in what they do.

Riverside Motorcars sells low quality cars that you are going to have to pay more in repairs to fix the car then the car is worth and they simply don't care. they buy some cars from CarMax that are basically rejects to their lot because of quality issues. don't fall for Riverside Motorcars scam and stay far away from them
