My old truck recently lost its transmission and I didn't want to put that much money into a 20 year old truck. I had seen Rick's and all the white trucks and fleet vehicles they sell their as I drove by in the past and I decided to swing in there to see if they had anything my requirements. I was looking for a full size truck with crew cab and four-wheel drive for a tow vehicle. They had a 2 year old one with 73000 me that had fleet maintenance records that was in like new shape. I checked it out and went to a couple other places to compare and it was clear that the truck was priced fairly and I did not even try to negotiate the price as I thought it was a fair and justified price that I was happy to pay to get a quality vehicle. I took it for a test Dr and did a presale inspection. As expected it passed with flying colors. I bought the truck and got tremendous service from Jeremy in sales throughout. It's in the market for a truck you should check out Rick's as every vehicle looked extremely clean and in good shape and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.

Recently purchased a box truck from Rick s. I live in Nevada and flew out to Florida to purchase. Buying a vehicle from the other side of the country can be somewhat nerve wracking, but Jeremy was amazing to work with! From the first call, all the way through the buying process and pickup of the vehicle. He was always quick to reply with any answers or follow up, and is very knowledgeable. Jeremy and Richard were in constant communication with me, and they have very fair no haggle pricing, so it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I ve ever made. They even filed all my registration and taxes for Nevada! Jeremy also followed up with me a week after purchase to ask how the truck was doing, and to see how my cross country drive went. I highly recommend Rick s Auto. Finally a car dealership with integrity and good customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership! Within 2 min I was greeted by Jeremy, a friendly honest salesman who immediately let me test drive multiple work vans and helped me make a decision based on the best deal. I bought a like new Nissan with over 50k miles left on the bumper to bumper factory warranty at a very fair price. Fast, easy and honest dealership. I plan on getting my work vans here from now on

I want to thank Rick and Jeremy for the awesome experience buying my 2018 Ford transit. I started my own business and have been looking for months for a vehicle, and every single time I find one that I may like it gets (sold) I stopped in at rick's auto to check out the what they had, ***wow let me tell you, every vehicle to fit someone need*** I was able to talk with Rick he was very helpful, showed me many options and really took the time to answer all my questions. After leaving the dealership I thought about it for a couple days and knew there wouldn't be a better price around town and made my purchase that Friday. Jeremy made it very easy had all the paperwork done all I had to do was show up test drive and sign. That EASY!!! It was a wonderful experience and I plan on buying more my fleet trucks from them thank you again Rick and Jeremy.

We own a small gutter company in Jacksonville and lost our box truck to multiple repairs. Jeremy, Will and Rick had an excellent inventory of the type of truck I needed and couldn't have made the sales process any easier. I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough how incredibly patient and wonderful Jeremy and the rest of Rick's crew were in easing me through the purchase of my new used Ford Transit. The process was so easy and fluid! Great experience!!

The entire staff is very nice and professional. They have a large inventory of fleet vehicles of all makes and models that should be perfect for any business or trade. It was great dealing with them, and we will be looking to purchase other fleet vehicles from them in the future. Recommend highly!!!

The easiest and most relaxing truck buying experience I have ever had..... by far!! I HATE going to dealerships to buy a car. It is always an all day event, but not at Rick's! My husband and I were so impressed with how nice their inventory is. Jeremy was awesome and knowledgeable. He was not pushy like other sales people I have experienced. We were in and out in under 3 hours with the exact truck my husband and I have been searching for!We are small business owners and will be recommending Rick's to everyone we know.

We've been working with Rick's for a few years now. They really are easy to work with and the quality of the vehicles they have there are unmatched. I know that whatever I'm getting there is going to be in great condition and I don't have to worry about down time on the vans for repairs immediately after purchasing. Rick and Jeremy are awesome to work with. They will take care of getting the vehicles outfitted with shelves and ladder racks if wanted and really make the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I have been searching for a high roof van for conversion purposes. So I began my search online at a local dealership from Ormond Beach and throughout the area. So many dealerships listed the vans online when you get in front of the salesman they don t have anything. It just becomes a big ordeal about buying something that you don t want. The whole process is not fun at all. I was frustrated and ready to give up searching when I came across Ricks online ads. Dropping a quick email I got an almost instant response on a Sunday when they re not even open!?!! It was Rick, the owner! He promised me a completely different experience than I have had with the other dealerships. He was so right! Jeremy was on it first thing Monday morning and I was driving home to Tennessee in my beautiful ram conversion van! The team at Ricks Auto Marketing Center is fantastic! When they say no haggle pricing they actually mean it!! Go see Rick and Jeremy, you won t regret it!!!

The vehicle buying process with Dan and Jeremy was an absolute pleasure from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and not pressured into anything I would highly recommend doing business with this company if you are looking for commercial vehicles I was in and out within 3 hours Great job Dan and all of the staff

This is William from Charlotte NC. I had the best work van buying experience at Rick's Auto Marketing Center. I had been looking all over the east coast online for a quality van in good condition with lower miles than normal. The price was great. Plus the van is in great shape. I had a headlight go out on my little over 7 hour trip back to Charlotte. The very next morning after emailing Jeremy, the owner Rick paid my headlight replaced at Firestone in Concord NC. All the good things I read online about the buying experience with Rick's Auto Marketing Center is true. He stands behind his vehicles. The customer service was an excellent experience at the dealership in Florida. Most importantly my wife is happy. Happy wife happy life.William

I haven t had the pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Rick s Auto but I have had an amazing experience with them. Ricky Yow, the owner, offered to help me sell a handicapped equipped van that I purchased to help a needy family in NC. The dealer I purchased it from was absolutely no help. Rick knew it was purchased to help someone in need so he sent someone down to pick it up and of course he sold it. He did this for no financial gain on his part. He did it just to help! Great truck options. Amazing customer service. Competitive prices. Best buying experience! We had Jack to help us but we talked with Rick and also worked with Will for paperwork...they are fantastic (truck dream team)!We had been looking for a Ford F250 for awhile. We found Rick's Auto Marketing Center and they have an incredible collection of trucks and commercial options. Their prices are excellent and very competitive! They don't tack on ridiculous fees either. I had researched locations for hundreds of miles. We are so glad we chose to buy here. I have a very happy husband! For the wives...I was treated with utmost respect and engaged in all conversations even though the truck was for my husband's business.

My husband and I had been looking for a van that we can use for all our outdoor recreational purposes. When we drove in the lot of Rick's, we were so excited at all the vehicles there were to explore and choose from. Rick greeted us and gave us a tour of exactly what we were looking for. It didn't take long for us to find one we loved and couldn't live without. It was such a hassle free, satisfying process. Rick and his staff are so nice and so professional. Jeremy, Will, and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with. They're not going to hassle you in the least and will let you take your time making a decision. All the vehicles I checked out were in great shape before making my decision on a Ford Transit. Rick clearly doesn't bring anything in that isn't worth the time. Don't bother trying to negotiate - the prices are already fair and they keep the process very straightforward and simple. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle.

Rick's Auto Marketing Center is the place to go when you need to buy high-quality new or used vehicles.We have purchased a number of vehicles over the years from here, and always get the best customer service. Their service manager Jack is very knowledgeable. He knows just what vehicles to recommend to us, and always get great quality running vans. Owners Rick and Kathleen have consistently treated us like family, and offer a truly welcoming and enjoyable vehicle buying experience. Best car buying experience I ve had! Rick and his wife were super helpful, kind and no nonsense when it comes to pricing. They have continued to be helpful even after we bought our van. We had some mechanical issues (nothing that could ve been known before buying it) and Rick helped us get it to a good shop, covered under warranty, and he even paid out of pocket for the parts that s were not under warranty. This type of service is unheard of! Highly recommend! I will definitely buy from Rick again

Jeremy was a delight to work with. He was extremely professional, honest, and expeditious in our sales process. Not to mention the entire deal was done over 4 hours away. Hands down a GREAT auto buying experience! If you are in business and are looking for a service vehicle I HIGHLY recommend visiting Rick's Auto Marketing Center South before going to a large dealership! I purchased a 2016 Ford F150 Extended Cab truck today and Jeremy along with Rick were open and honest through the entire process. They answered all my questions related to the condition of the vehicle and also had it serviced to ensure the vehicle was in great shape before we even drove it off the lot. If you are in need of financing they can help you with that as well. I am sure we will purchase another vehicle from Rick's Auto Marketing Center South again in the future!!

From the moment my wife and I arrived at Ricks Auto, we knew they would be the people we would buy our fleet vehicles from. Their facility is beautiful and they have a large inventory of exceptionally clean vehicles.We drove two trucks that day and both were exactly as advertised on the website. If we could we would rate Ricks Auto Marketing Center South with 10 stars!Just purchased our companies 3rd vehicle here, and every time we get treated like family, with respect and honesty and no hassle. From Rick to all his staff, they do a great job! Short time on paper work, quick response from leander with the cheapest 7.54% APR, Other places we would get 24% APR. They have a huge selection on there lot, and every one of them is priced at a very good deal, with low miles, and good quality. We will definitely be back for truck/van number 4. Bought a Ford Transit Connect for our Trophy & Awards business. Clean van and although it had 118k miles it runs great. We went ahead and had the 130k service done and the tech said the van is in fantastic shape and was well maintained.When We were at Rick's everyone was very friendly and we had our transaction completed faster than any vehicle I had purchased before, that is over 20 vehicles over the years.I highly recommend if you are looking for a commercial vehicle check out Ricks, it a no brainer.
