If you value your time. It's not worth the trip. I have the Ford Tire and Wheel warranty. I would have paid for my tire by now with the time I have spent. I had a slow leak in my tire. I called and let them know. They needed to see the tire. I came up, took the 45min drive and sure enough they couldn't patch it and needed a replacement tire. This is the 2nd time coming here. The 2nd time they do not have my tires in stock. I then had to return. I rearranged my schedule to be 1st in the morning after being informed that they were receiving the tire the night before. I rearrange my work schedule and my kids getting to school to be 1st in line and was at the location at 6:45a so I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 hours. I'm there 30min and I find out the tire never came in. I left frustrated and having to come back a third time and again rearrange my schedule. I worked with Von who was great but unfortunately, the day I returned for the 2nd attempt, he was not working. I arrived 10min after opening at 7:10a and I explained my situation to Don and asked if due to all the inconvenience they could push me to a sooner part of the line that was already created. I've been sitting for an hour. My car never moved. Don could careless of any inconvenience that was caused. No urgency or consideration of a customers time. I explained I had another appointment at 9a. He could careless. It would be nice if a company considered the inconvenience they put you through and the return business. Disappointed yes. I would rather not pay for the warranty for Wheel and Tire to save time, over having to come here and spend days of my time for a tire change. If you value your time...go somewhere else.Side Note: If you have to come here, Von is the only person I'd work with. Just be sure he is working thay day.

Excellent quality of service, and efficient. Which probably explains why their bays fill up fast - arrive earlier than opening time if you don t have an appointment.

I haven't had a Ford in some time so I just don't go to the Ford dealership very often but I'm glad I did because we needed help. My daughter has an older van and our lug wrench wouldn't work so we drove over there because she was close and the guy took her lugs off for her and they let us change the tire there and they asked if they could help here and there and everything I mean to the degree you know they knew that we weren't paying customers but they were still very very helpful and I truly appreciate that. Particular person was James in service and he was super nice and super helpful. And then the gentleman inside was an older gentleman probably the manager and he was extremely helpful as well I just want to thank them. My review has done using voice to text so I apologize if anything is weird

Not only did I receive prompt and assistance at a reasonable price, Ben gave the most courteous customer service. Definitely would come back if I loved locally.

I have a real concern about the service I received yesterday. I made a service appointment for 4:00 PM on Tuesday 6-27-23 for an oil change and new filter.I arrived at 3:45 PM as I m always early for appointments. Of course the vehicle was not taken into the service area until 4:30PM. Within 5 minutes they called me to the customer service desk to mention about spark plug needed changing, and the cooling system need flushing and new coolant. Also mentioned it needed new lug nuts on the wheels.I did ask them to flush the coolant system but to skip the other items mentioned. At 4:57 the technician pulled the car out of the service bay and headed to the car wash rack. So here is where I question the service that was to be completed. In 30 minutes they tell me the car had the oil/filter change, tires rotated and a cooling system flush which is normally required a minimum of 1 1/2 hours. Then the technician didn t put down on the service report the condition of the break pads!! The man behind the desk wrote something on the report about breaks after the technician replied to his question.I truly do not believe they flushed out the coolant system or rotated the tires. I will be headed back to Mullinax on Thursday to find out what s going on. I paid over $250.00 for this service and expect to be treated fairly! I ve been a long time customer at MULLINAX Ford and I will be asking questions.Follow up: so MULLINAX Quick lane told me they put two service people working on my vehicle and still stands with completing the work in 30 minutes. I ve spoke with two experienced mechanics and both said it would be impossible to do the job correctly in 30 minutes. Looks like the Quick Lane has lost a loyal customer. !

Their customer service is absolute trash. First, the guy didn t greet me. Didn t even say hello. Older guy with grey hair named Don. The younger guy with the hat was cool, but Don was extremely rude. I was so polite to him. When he had my info, he literally didn t even look at me and mumbled I m done here and pointed to the coffee. I was like ok and walked away. I asked him initially how much the oil/tire Rotation was going to cost me. He said it should be 64.99 but it could be $104.99 . So I m thinking if it s $104.99, I ll just go some place else because that s almost double what they advertise. Anyways, I send a text because apparently you get an automated text saying to let them know if you have any questions. I asked if they could confirm it s 64.99 before doing the job just so I d have some peace of mind knowing how much it s gonna cost. No reply. They said nothing until the job was done. So of course I d be wondering why they didn t just give me a simple answer to begin with. I brought it up to them, saying that maybe they should let customers know the price before doing a job, just so nobody is waiting on edge not knowing if they are even going to have enough money to pay the bill. He told me it doesn t matter because it ended up being 64.99. so he didn t need to tell me. He had an attitude with me and said I was making an issue about nothing. Literally just because I said it might be a good idea to answer a customer if they are asking how much something is going to cost before hand. I had to ask three different times what the price was going to be. Of course, then they decided to not wash my vehicle even though I opted in for the car wash. I went out to my car, it wasn t washed. They acted like they literally had some thing against me when I did nothing but ask for the price lol. This is some of the worst experience I have ever encountered anywhere. And I legitimately feel like they judged me from the very beginning. So unfair and unprofessional. I hope this place shuts down.

The guys at the Mullinax Quicklane are second to none. Service is excellent and quick. My only gripe is that the individuals who are working on my $80,000 truck that tows boats, horses, and my most precious cargo, my family....are only making $17 an hour these days. McDonald's pays the same, and some positions at Buccees start over $20hr for far less responsibility than keeping my family and property safe at Interstate speeds!!!

We have purchased two vehicles from Mullinax and have used Quicklane since 2017. Every visit is an outstanding experience from Don or Matthew and their team of techs in the garage. They have a great waiting area with coffee and bottled water. If you want to go for a short walk, Dunkin Donuts is about a 5 minute walk to the west. They keep you abreast of the time for service if it runs long, but expect to only be there for about an hour if you are getting the Works oil change and car wash. Highly Recommended!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I bought my car at Mullinaxnsb Apopka and moved to Port Orange. I've been using the New Smyrna Beach location for almost 7 years. Polite, professional and always thinking of my safety. I have trust in these dedicated workers. There's fewer and fewer businesses you can trust so I am grateful for their hard work and integrity.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

My gf Kaitlyn had to bring her Ford Fusion in this morning for a transmission issue. The manager Paul handled everything, and he and his team really made the process smooth and quick, communicating regularly during our short visit there. I'd highly recommend Quick Lane (NSB)for any Ford vehicle owners. Clean place, nice employees, and just a solid experience overall.Service: Transmission

Since my truck has a "composite" oil pan, I only trust a Ford service center to do any oil changes on it.This seems to be my go to place. Staff is always friendly. I usually drop it off as wait times can be a bit long. I haven't been disappointed, well worth the service here.

The Quick Lane Auto Center has great personnel working there. I have never had any issues and I have been going there since 2014. If you get there early, before the work backs up, you can get out quickly. Glad to see they are busy.

This shop is part of the mulinax Ford dealer, i didnt realize until i was already there. Service was good but it was dealer pricing. They do walk in service only so sometimes the wait can be a little long, depending on how busy they are.

I just moved to new Smyrna Bch from Orlando..My car needed an oil change and a check up..I went thru several different car repair center reviews...and I settled on 2 or 3 ..but something just said to pick Quick Lanes ...and I was right ....they're professional and friendly.. very thorough and honest ....they made a file on my car and explained everything they checked...very thorough...very reasonable in price .Quick Lanes is very clean .... comfortable..Alot of people come thru....some were new as I was and some were regulars...I am definitely a Fan of Quick Lanes ....I am a woman and not to much knowledge about repairs...I know my car ...that's it ...I felt very comfortable asking questions.Come to Quick Lanes if you are looking for a car repair center. Honest and reliable. They made me feel at home...

Been three times now. 1st time I went in for brake pads. The job gets done, lady on the phone says they noticed the rotors were going bad so they "went ahead and replaced them for me" without calling me first. I asked her to take them back off but she informed me that they would not warranty the pads and I would be charged an additional labor hour for replacing the new ones again. I said forget it, I needed em anyway but thank for the heads up on the up'd price. (Sarcastically ) 2nd time was for a fan belt, went smooth. 3rd time I take it in, 7/13/22, it's for a front end noise. The service writer calls me and tells me they dont know where its coming from, I ask if they have any diagnostic equipment or if they just stood around the hood like hank hill, he says they stethoscoped it and couldn't find anything. He then ask about the belt, I tell him it's one they put on a month and the noise started 2 days later. He says he will call me back if he can get it done under warranty. They do the belt and it doesn't fix it. He then suggest it may be the pulleys and it will be 265$ out the door. The job gets done and the noise is still there. We go back and forth on if I should pay or not and he says he will take off the labor. Which brought it down to a whole $237. On the write up sheet it states that the mechanic advises him the pulleys wouldn't fix the issue but they did the job anyway. It also states that I asked him to replace the belt. I NEVER ONCE REQUESTED THAT!! They call me back, tell me it's done, itll be 237$ but its still noisy. I, me and anyone I know will never visit this place again. BEWARE!

Quick Lane is a great place to have your oil changed. Very comfortable seats, three different TVs, coffee. They do a great job and they top off your fluids check your tires and brakes. Very relaxing pleasant experience and great get out of the house during the pandemic.

Needed oil change service was ok .It took 3 trips to get this done .Visit #1 was told I had a 5 hour wait .Visit #2 was told I had a 3 hr wait .Visit. #3 had about a hour wait oil change took 30 min .Oh I forgot the phone call I was told they don't book appointments but they could give me a ride home if I left my truck there .Service staff was friendly .I felt very frustrated .Just wanted the oil changed in my truck . This process took a week .I Feel THIS DEALERSHIP JUST WANTS TO SELL VEHICLES .NOT PROVIDE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE .

Good service, quick, and good value usually. Don't know why, must be the COVID thing driving a bunch of temporary residents over and above the usual "snowbirds" here since they can work from anywhere. Clogging everything up. Usually "The Works" takes an hour and a half to two hours to get done. Today told it was three hours just to get it in a bay!

These guys are great. I feel they really care about my vehicle and give me honest recommendations if needed. They are upfront about timing and will offer a ride if wait is longer than you can manage (although I ve yet to take them up on that as they get work done quick)

Brought my husband's truck in yesterday making a strange noise (the truck, not me). Danielle and John did a great job. They found nothing wrong, even checked twice. They took the time to speak to me AND my husband, and made sure I had fresh coffee (seems like a small thing but it helps!) Instead of "coming up with" a cause for the noise and getting $$ for their time they were honest, told me what to watch for in the future and sent me on my way. A +
