Came here bc my oil light came in a few times unexpectedly after getting an oil change up in Port Orange. They gave me it a look and some suggestions but reassured me all was fine. I appreciated that they didn t try to offer me services I didn t need. They also came highly recommended by my usual auto mechanic (Tuffy Tire) up in Port Orange. I ll def come back in the future!! Oh, also, great coffee while you wait :)

These folks are awesome Kristen and Angie great people helped me with my daughters Audi q5 had to re program a new ac control unit don t go to Audi of Orlando they will tell you crazy money park ave Audi vw service did the whole job for a 3 rd of what Audi of Orlando quoted me over the phone and got it fixed 2 weeks before Orlando could get me in 5 stars

We have been using Park Ave Motors for a few years. We own a 2013 VW Touareg that had a sheared bolt which held the subframe front end to the frame of the car (unknown at the time found it laying in the driveway while backing out). Called Park Ave before going, but without an appointment Park Ave put the car on the lift and located the problem. Sheared bolt still in frame, with a special tool extracted the remaining broken portion of the bolt from the frame and installed a new bolt, correcting the issue. Not only did Park Ave complete this without an appointment I was in and out in less than an hour and the bill was more than fair. Park Ave went above and beyond what I have experienced from other auto repair facilities and would highly recommend them for any VW/AUDI repairs/service.

I had a great experience with Park Avenue Motors. They had me come in right away to see what I might need to repair my car and it turned out to be a fairly quick fix. They were gracious, professional, and friendly. I drove away that day with a car that is good as new! I will be calling Park Avenue Motors for all of my repairs and other maintenance in the future. A well deserved five stars!!

This shop is incredible. Honest, helpful, and this husband wife team knows what customer service is all about. They took care of a timing chain issue on my 2010 Audi A5 and charged me a fair price to repair it. There is no reason for you to go anywhere else. This shop knows how to take care of their clients.

I don't want to make this too long, so let me start by saying: There is NOWHERE else you should even consider going. These are the professionals you need working on your VW/Audi if it's having any mechanical problems. I have been having trouble with my 2009 S5 since I purchased it back in 2017 and thanks to Park Ave I am FINALLY ENJOYING IT!!The Long Story: I have performed thousands of dollars worth of maintenance myself and wasted thousands more on dealerships with no clue what they were looking at with my 4.2 V8. I moved to Florida with the car at the end of 2021, and on the way down, the timing chain finally began to let go, showing significant correlation problems on bank 1. Park Ave was recommended to me, and despite the size of the job (motor and transmission needing to come out), they took the car on and got it done in a very reasonable timeframe. Not only that, I was kept up to date throughout the process with pictures of everything. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I could hardly believe it was mine. It sounded perfect! I even asked when she walked in if it was my car she had just moved. To top off the whole experience, they even gave me a call a few hours later to follow up and see how everything was running. This is an honest, reputable, and caring place, and I will be going back in the future. I 100% recommend them to anybody in need of professional help with their VW/Audi.

Bought my first Audi from Todd and Kristen, still drive 50 miles for oil changes and routine service (it is only routine service because nothing has really happened with the car in over a year!). Amazing from sale to service! I doubt you will find a nicer team working anywhere. Everyone there is great! I felt so good about my experience there, I brought my girlfriend to them and she bought a car as well!!

My driving belt broke on my 2003 Audi A6 and they were able to fix it in one day. I m sure it would have taken days for the dealer to fix it. Very impressed with the service and Kristen who checked me in and diagnosed my problem. She called me just before closing and recommend I take rental to Enterprise 1stand she would pick me up. Great a Southern hospitality. Just moved to the area, and I believe I found my new mechanic. Thanks for great service. If you have an Audi/VW. This is your mechanic.

Honestly was super excited to check on this VW today I drove very far to go look at. When I got there I walked around the car and it was nice until I saw the mechanic bring out his obd2 scanner and I saw the check engine light on and he then cleared out the engine light. When I asked him what the light was on for he said just a misfire as if a misfire was oh so small to be clearing out. He cleared out the code as unnoticeable as possible because I walked away for a second. That s unprofessional and a misfire is not something you should take lightly specially with a VW. To me this is not honest and it is not somewhere I would send anyone to buy a vehicle to.

Great service, I will never go to the dealership again. When my MK6 GTI had issues with the ABS system Park Ave Motors was extremely helpful. Even when the part was back ordered they kept me updated on when it would be available and once they had the parts on hand my car was back to working perfect in one day. They were always very pleasant to deal with and when needed I will definitely be using them for my VW again!

We've been taking our car here for years. We're excellent customers. Always paid our bills in full. Never argued about the bill. The last time we took our Audi and dropped it off, the car sat on Park Ave. Motors lot for over 3 weeks. We never heard from them. Finally we called and asked them what they were doing with our car. They told us they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to come pick it up. We were in Jacksonville and stopped by on our way home to pick it up. Half way home my husband notices the windshield of the car has a huge hole in it just behind the rearview mirror. We called and asked them to check their security cameras and to please replace the windshield because it happened on their lot. They are saying the car was like that when they got it and refuse to replace the windshield. We are regular customers. I never thought this business would be so dishonest. If you drop your car off take a picture of it before you leave. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I would have highly recommended them before this.

Absolute experts! Super clean vehicles for sale that are ready for a road trip right off the lot! Amazing Service from basic maintenance to the most involved repairs done right the first time! Straightforward, honest and trustworthy staff that treat you and your vehicle with respect and appreciation! They are worth the drive from anywhere! I can't recommend them enough!

I've been going in for two cars and about 5 to 7 years now. I drive 30 minutes to get here because I truly do trust this shop. They're much more affordable than the dealer as well. Not only are they trustworthy and "affordable", but they are communicative, efficient, and fast. Can't recommend them enough.

It s rare to find a place that does both a good job and at a good price. I ve been driving VW s for over 20 years. They know what they are doing. Are they always the quickest, no but if you know German cars you know haste makes waste.

Just returned from Park Avenue Motors. For the past 4 years they have done all the service work on my CC and my Passat. Today I went in for a low beam head light and they checked my service history and suggested I was due for an oil change. Everything was done in less than an hour and was done for a very fair price. Thank you for the great service.

Honest. Trustworthy. Experts. I took my Audi A3 in because the idle was bad, it pulled a code stating that the timing was a touch off. I figured a stretched timing belt, I was due for one anyway. Park Ave motors replaced my timing belt and fixed a thermostat problem that has plagued my car since I purchased it. They also discovered that the dealer that I purchased the car from in Plano Texas installed the timing belt two notches off!! No wonder the vehicle had a shaky idle. Overall my experience was extremely positive for a guy who is excessive about his cars. Although they are not the cheapest repair shop (avoid those at all costs) they are very thorough and competent. If you spent the money on a VW/Audi it pays to have an expert technician care for it. Highly recommended, I won't go anywhere else.

Without any reservations, I highly recommend Park Avenue Motors.Todd and Kristen are awesome mechanics. I know that I can TRUST them to not only do a great job, but also not to take advantage of me. For example, there have been times that I thought I needed a repair and they were the ones who said no it is not necessary. I remember the first time I walked into their office and I saw that the magazines were in German, I had a good feeling that this place knew their Audi/VW cars. My car Audi presently has over 175,000 miles on it, and at this point I see no reason to get another car. In fact, when I do get another car, I find that I am reluctant to get anything other than an Audi or VW because I want to keep them as my mechanics. Further, I am so committed to them, that I drive an hour each way to have them work on my car. I do this, because I know that the work will be done right the first time and I will get an honest assessment of what needs to be worked on. Additionally, I know that their prices are very competitive with official Audi dealership prices. In many cases, they are better.

Todd, kristin and their team of experts are so great! I cant even stress this enough. Quality cars is all they sell and the best of the best servicing and parts from their team. They have totally bent over backwards for me. If they Dont have what you want, they will find you the perfect car you are looking for. I know this from experience. Ive bought three vw golfs for my wife here and two of them were bought and ordered elsewhere, just for me and couldnt be happier with the cars. (3 cars were purchased due to unfortunate accidents not failure of the car)The best and down right greatest part, that I personally love, is you can always find the owners getting their hands dirty and giving their team a helping hand to make sure you recieve the service everyone deserves. Love love love you guys! ...And girl P.s. do not listen to the troll in the review that says she had her car damaged while her car was on their lot, ive seen that same exact review on multiple car lot reviews before i found this place. (Diamond in the ruff)

Took my Audi in for service here and it was nothing but exceptional. Kristen was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Not taking my vehicle to any place else. Cant say enough good things about this business. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Park Avenue Motors has ALWAYS treated me and my Volkswagen GTI well. Respectable, honest hardworking team, a gem if you will, right here in New Smyrna Beach. I have been an automobile consumer for over 30 years and have purchased over 25 cars after looking at well over 100 and my visit to Park Avenue Motors will always stand out in my mind as the ABSOLUTE WORST and MOST BIZARRE experience ever!!! After finding someone to help us with the test drive 10-15 minutes after arriving at the dealership , the test drive and initial look over went well. While the sales person never introduced himself, he was nice enough and although the Cabrio we test drove is in dire need of a new clutch, the car looked good enough to take it through a more thorough inspection. While my wife and son waited at the car, I went to get my basic tools (spark plug wrench, OBD II reader, etc.) and informed the sales person that this is where I was going. He left to go into the office and stated that we would need the keys for the more thorough inspection so he left them. When I returned to the Cabrio I opened the hood and began looking over the engine. I was quickly jumped by someone claiming to be the owner of the dealership telling me to get away from the engine and leave the premises at once. This caught me completely off guard and I asked him what was going on. He more loudly and firmly repeated his order to get away from the engine and leave the premises at once. I asked him what the problem was and tried to explain that I was only giving the engine a quick inspection consisting of checking over the engine and then checking the OBD II reader to ensure there are no hidden codes. I was unable to get much more than an apology for overstepping my bounds as he saw them and tried to explain that we were still interested in the car and if he insisted I would put away my tools and take the car to a more official mechanic which only carried another order to leave the engine alone and depart the premises. I had no idea and still have no idea what set this owner off and can only assume that he was trying to hide a serious problem with the car and that this person was the MOST RUDE and INCONSIDERATE person I have ever dealt with! He and I continued to have words as I retreated as ordered to my car and was forcefully told as I walked away how he has been in this business for over 30 years and owns this dealership while I was an absolute nothing and rather worthless member of society (his words not mine). Some side notes here, there is no magical wire that sets off the check engine light if you do not use the correct tool and I never did anything with the spark plug wires anyway. Also, no wonder this guy doesn't seem to know much about VWs if he does not even know what a slipping clutch feels like and what the tell tell signs are of one needing replacement.As I said before, this was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with someone claiming to be an automobile dealership worker or owner and one of the WORST experiences I have had with ANY business in my middle aged life!!! I am confident that this person was trying to hide something seriously wrong with the car and panicked when I dared to try to inspect an automobile that I was seriously considering purchasing. He did tell me that I should have asked him to have one of his mechanics preform an inspection and that I had no business under the hood what-so-ever! I believe he is not only a rude and impertinent person , but also dishonest in trying to hide problems with the cars he sells!! I will never make the 175 mile trek to this dealership again and am really sorry I cannot get my time and expense back!!!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THINKING TWICE BEFORE VISITING THIS FACILITY AND ESPECIALLY TRYING TO WORK WITH THE OWNER !!!

Excellent. If you want an alternative to the high cost of dealer service, this is a great choice. These guys know what they're doing. Trust them to take care of you and your VW/Audi.

Best shop I've ever used. We use these for all 4 of our VW's. We much prefer them to our local VW dealer. We get buy most of our VW's from them and they are the only ones that we allow to service them. Too many good customer service stories to share.

My speedometer and gas gauge weren't working (and all the other lights were going on) and they had it fixed within an hour at the end of the day on a Friday. For a good price. Will use them from now on!

All the BIG words here. Like WOW, and Great and Affordable, and Honest.If you live in Florida, you should go here for all VW service. Anywhere in Florida. Park Avenue should be your #1 and only for VW service.
