I had an AMAZING experience with Mullins s Ford New Smyrna Beach: i don t give many reviews, but this dealership and my sales associate deserve high raves.. Taylor, my sales associate is one of the nicest and most honest guys out there. A truly genuine guy!!! I went there after visiting several dealerships that had hidden or high dealer fees for a similar car. I walked in expecting the same, even as much as feeling embarrassed after completing the purchase. My Finance manager Ashley, was also so amazing!! She was not pushy, explained everything very clear and even found me a lower rate than my bank, saving me an additional $30 a month!! She didn t have to do this, but she did. Thank you Ashley!! I was waiting for a surprise fee to pop up. But there were no surprises. This is the truth.They kept the car for an additional day to take to the service department, to make sure the car was in great working order. This is were I thought, here we go, but not at all. They have the clear to sign papers and pick up the car. They recommended tires, but didnt push it, and I declined. They found a loose tray latch and replaced part for free. I am still in shock that this place exists, a good shock and a very happy car buyer that had a great experience.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and straight forward dealership. I am still in shock that they did what they advertised and If I could give this Dealership a 10 rating I would. Thank you Taylor, Ashley and Mullins Ford New Smyrna Beach! I can t stress enough how great this place is. Much success to you all.

I had the best experience ever when getting my new car. All of the people were so incredibly kind and helpful! I really felt like I was dealing with family. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They are straight up and honest and very professional. Nick, Josh, and Chris were an absolute pleasure to deal with when getting my new car. I LOVE my car and I m so happy with the whole experience. Plus, they all welcomed me back for any need, even if I just wanted to have coffee, which was also excellent. I left there hugging everyone. It was great

Second best car buying experience ever! Jack Tuthill did everything possible to find the vehicle I wanted and quoted a fair price with NO hidden charges! Actual time spent at the dealership was minimal, unlike most dealerships where they keep you tied up in the finance office for hours. I highly recommend you shop at Mullinax for your next car, truck or SUV!

Dealt mostly with everything through the phone witch was nice. Mike the sales guy I had was nice. Didn't feel pressured to buy the one I didn't want. Actually ended up with a way better vehicle than I thought I could get in the price range I could afford. Thank you!

Let me start by saying what an overall super incredible experience we had at this location! Special thank you to Mr. Michael Lira for answering all of our questions up front and honestly (though we did have a lot of questions). We greatly appreciated the time and attention that was provided to us while making this purchase, and relocating it from a different Mullinax location to yours.Another very special thank you for Mr. Chris Lee. We truly appreciate the time spent explaining the different financing options and the pros and cons of one plans on financing a vehicle. Thank you to the service team for making her shine like the sun! Having a team like that truly makes a difference!This is our second Mullinax Ford purchase and we definitely recommend this location of Mullinax Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used!

I bought a used 2020 Ford F150 Raptor about 4 months ago from Deland Ford. After the purchase I had a few issues I wanted fixed with the truck (even purchased an extended warranty from them). There service department/dealership is absolutely terrible (tried to charge me for diagnostic fees, made up fees, every little thing). They couldn't care less about me or any type of customer service after I made the purchase so I decided I was done with that place. Found Mullimax Ford on google and saw that they had great reviews. Made an appointment and brought the truck in...like night and day between deland ford and Mullimax. They told me about a recall I had on my trucks tailgate I had no knowledge of (deland ford never mentioned it). They fixed it...no cost. Reset my transmissions adaptive learning...no cost and charged my trucks oil. They treated me as if I bought the truck from them. I couldn't have had a better experience and will forever be having them maintenance my raptor from this point on. Solid 5 star rating from me!!!

I bought a used 2011 Ford Edge at a great price from Jace! He was the best salesman I could ask for in buying a car for the first time. He not only made everything simple but also went above and beyond to help us. He literally drove us an hour home when I couldn t drive the new car home the same day and then drove an hour again to deliver the car a few days later. 10/10 service and the car runs great! I m in love with my new car and very happy with my purchase!

Best Ford Dealership in Florida! The customer service provided by Taylor was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous, patient and so helpful in making my purchase a great experience. Will in sales is a great salesperson. He gives you all the tools and answers you need to make the decision that works best for you.The dealership itself has a strange layout inside. Open concept to open for me. There is some counter almost like a checkout counter at Best Buy with people sitting or standing behind it. I guess that is where you go to pay when you found the vehicle you want to buy.I really like how the new trucks are lined up it's very easy to browse through quickly.With that being said the Mullinax family of dealerships did not have the equipped model I am looking for at this time.

Paul, the quick lane service manager has made me love this dealership. I was treated very well by Nick in sales when I recently bought two trucks from him, and I think he is wonderful. But I got frustrated when the brakes started making a noise but not when the dealership had it, only at our house. So they said they could not do anything about it. But Paul stepped in and fixed the problem completely! I was so thankful to have him just take my word for it and fix what I was describing. He will literally do anything he can to make sure his customers are satisfied. And I am! Mullinax better hope they don t loose him.

Mullinax New Smyrna helped my mother in law find the perfect certified used vehicle. This dealership had the best price in the country and she was treated very fairly on her trade. The condition of the vehicle was exceptional and she got the perfect interior/ exterior color combination.The process of buying the vehicle couldn't have been easier and this dealer didn't charge any ridiculous fees.I highly recommend Mullinax New Smyrna Beach !

Josh was a great salesperson to deal with. I didn t feel pressured into making the purchase and when I decided to do it he assisted in making sure the paperwork process was efficient. Also, Ashley was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty and other packages that were available. She gave different options and let me select the one that I thought was best. 100% would recommend going back to Mullinax and dealing with Josh and Ashley.

I was having a problem with windows opening with switch on the door of my 2011 Ford Edge. John my service facilitator kept me informed as the repair proceeded. And cheerfully changed my front wipers at my request at the end. The cleanliness of the facilities and pleasant attitude of everyone I had contact with is a credit to the owner Larry Mullinax, who I had the pleasure to meet while I was there. BUYER BEWARE!In Jan 2024, I bought a used F150 as a dealer as-is. During my test drive I advised the salesman of a dashboard alarm. In the lot I talked to mechanic doing the rounds who told me the car was due for maintenance as it "didn't have a sticker". I proceeded with the purchase on being told it will have been through the full inspection, maintenance and has been tested, as "only quality cars are resold to maintain the reputation and Mullinax brand".I drove away and the dashboard alarm happened again a day later, I got a second opinion and was told a sensor was obviously leaking into a connector causing the alarm. Some other issues they noted that would affect safety and performance ie not cosmetic. Even the batteries in the key fobs require replacing!Trading voicemails and texts with the disappearing salesman resulted in being told the service department would look at it with a 3 week backlog.I escalated to management requesting resolution and received a brief reply that the truck was sold as-is, and all the issues are outside of their responsibility.Long story short, I would not recommend and the lesson is to have a used car independently inspected, even if you are paying a premium from a Ford branded dealership.

When I walked in there everybody was so pleasant so welcoming I came in there at 11:50 and I left out of there at 2:10. I really feel like for oil change it was very long too much of a long wait and when I asked the employee Don why is it taking so long? He kinda like brushed me off a little bit and it really bothered me but I kept my cool, I don t feel that oil change should take two hours to get done especially when it was only two people there before me. Great customer service, but lack of time management.

Had the unfortunate experience of my current vehicle's transmission going out when I came in to the dealership. Since it was my only vehicle I was in a tough spot but had been looking for awhile at newer vehicle's. Luckily got Jack and he was absolutely awesome to deal with for the purchase. Everything was easy no hassle no pressure and I felt at ease dealing with the whole process there. Would definitely recommend NSB Mullinax and if you get Jack as the salesman you cannot go wrong.

I Special ordered my F250 Tremor Super Duty through Will Leondike. He was extremely helpful through the whole process and always kept me informed about the order. When I picked up my truck the process was stress free and he spent all the time I needed going over all of the functions on the vehicle. I would definitely order from Mullinax again when I am ready for another vehicle

I had a wonderful experience at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna. The sales men were very friendly and held/opened the door for my mom and I. They offered us cold bottled water when walking into the building. During the buying process I was offered to help my self the coffee bar and there were vending machines inside. I was a first time car buyer and Ben helped me select a car that fits me to the T. He answered every question I had helped me through the buying process. Ryan in the financing department made the process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Mullinax in New Smyrna and I will be a returning customer!

would not recommend coming here. i got my car appraised online and was quoted $6,000 for my trade in. i took the car in and they changed it to only $2,500. so i found someone to purchase it for more than the trade in amount and asked my salesman if i should trade in or sell and he said that it would be better to sell it and not trade in to have more money to put down. then i found a truck that i wanted and took them 6 days to get it through service. so when it was finally out of service they told me to come in at 5 so i could sign the papers and buy it. so i showed up at 5 and will never even came over. they sent someone completely different over and they completely changed the conditions of the loan which made my APR go up by 5% and my monthly payment, AND loan terms because they said it was worse to pay cash rather than trading in!! which was the complete opposite of what the salesman advised me to do. this was going to be my first dealership purchase and it was an awful experience. ended up going to honda and got an even better truck with a lower rate and amazing staff who were up front and honest and had me out the door in an hour and a half with a brand new truck. wouldn t recommend coming here, very disappointed.

Had a Ford Factory requested recall for a rear wiring harness reexcellent. 4 tire rotation, oil change and filter and a hard reboot of the Ford Pass system. All went well, all was done professionally and in a very timely manner. I am extremely pleased, the people were excellant.

I recently bought a new truck at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had in over 40 years. The salesman, Andrew was excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The manager, Adam was excellent as well. It was a relaxed experience and I will continue to do business with Mullinax Ford in the future.

It was very easy to buy my new car from Mullinax. The no hassle pricing made it easy to pick out the best car for my budget, but my salesperson, Mark K was the greatest! He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of all issues and even arranged transportation to the dealership. I would definitely buy another car from Mullinax and definitely Mark K!

My experience with Mullinax Ford. I checked the website and found a 2024 Edge ST line atlas blue. On Monday April 9, I called and spoke with a salesman and told him which vehicle I was interested in. He assured me it was on the lot and I scheduled an appt for April 13th to get the car. I arrived at the dealership after driving an hour just to be told that the car was not there. I had the title to my vehicle and was anticipating buying the Edge. All the salesman wanted me to do was look at a black one or a white one he had on the lot. He could have called me to let me know the one I wanted wasn't there. I think maybe it was a "bait and switch" situation. Oh well, I found my car Gary Yeoman's. Mullinax lost a sale.

Went there to have our F150 serviced. First time at this facility! Great staff! Organized and focused on the task and performed in a timely manner. We just moved to Florida a few months ago. Really happy to have found a good dealership
