I talked to Michael the owner several times over the phone and he is definitely a manipulator. He had me convinced that I needed to buy the whole a/c system or it wouldn t work. Ok. Parts purchased from Michael, after the mechanic worked on the car he realized the compressor was bad. Things happen. When I call this all I get, Michael has ignored my calls and makes promises to return calls. He even uses a friend of cancer for some of his own problems, don t walk but run away from this business.

Compressor failed after 4 months. I was talked into buying extras so I could obtain their 12 month warranty for the compressor. Even though you have the invoice and warranty paperwork, they will not stand by it. Do not deal with them. They sell sub par components and are very underhanded.

I have purchased several a/c systems from Michael. We are completely satisfied with the performance . We had problems with one unit. Michael replaced it very promptly

lasted 6 months cant get a hold of them they don't honor their warranty even if its installed properly they will send the part with paper on how to install with out voiding warranty it does not matter they don't care I called 25 times I am calling PayPal and putting a hold on there account

My $349 part broke after 1 month! And won't honor the warranty. Absolute ripoff.
