My car was wrecked by someone with a trailer making a left turn at a stop sign. I had a horrible experience with the driver's insurance so, I ultimately took matters into my own hands and made a claim through mine. To be honest, I had low expectations when I was sent to Gerber because of my experience so far. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to completion, the customer service was wonderful. I was informed through the entire process. The workmanship on my luxury vehicle was outstanding and I'm happy with the results. The shop even offered to deliver my vehicle (I lived nearby) when they found out I was not readily available to receive it on a Friday. They did it and returned the vehicle clean! Both of these items were unexpected and fantastic!!

As a retired service manager I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the employees of Gerber Collision and Glass.I stopped in for an estimate on a dislodged plastic panel on the front of my car. The estimator and a technician looked it over and said they could take care of it in only a few minutes if I wanted to wait. Within 10 minutes the tech pulled my car out of the shop with everything back in place.I have never encountered such friendly and efficient service in the automotive industry before.

I want to compliment Maro and Billy for promptly assisting me with my passenger door my wife was in the passenger seat in my 2014 Honda CR V not opening due to the door being out of alignment with the front passenger fender, I would like to compliment them for their friendly prompt expertise. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes without an appointment. They are truly an asset to your business. Wishing you and your team members a well deserved. Happy New Year. Again. Best experience I ever had dealing with an Auto Body shop in 72 years of life on planet Earth! Took my car in for what I expected to be several days of repair to my wife's paint job. The appraiser looked at what I thought was terrible damage, and said that it may be fixable without a lot of work. In less than 30 minutes I was on my way! I believe this is one of the highlights in dealing with reputable businesses! Don't hesitate to take your car there for an estimate, or having insurance work on your auto performed there! I called to make an appointment for my auto claim. I thought I got an appointment for a week later. I came to drop off my vehicle. I was told my appointment was not made that she remembered my call and was just telling me about availability. She did apologize but insisted that the appointment was not given to me. It was the strangest excuse but she believed it. I said nevermind and took my vehicle to Rachel's Collision instead.. UPDATE the general manager, Fred just called to apologize. It doesn't change what happened but I really appreciate him reaching out to say that the above behavior is not correct. Fred asked his staff to let him know about scheduling problems in the future and not turn the customer away. Thanks.

One of those places I never want to go (like the ER or root canal)... but if I need a body shop again, Gerber will be my only call.Their techs kept me updated each step of the way thru a complicated insurance/cash scenario.They got me in fast took their time to do it right and kindly kept me up to date on progress.For my personal convenience I wish they had a detail service and Saturday pick up option, (thanks covid for introducing contact free lockers). Otherwise highly recommend this great place

Here is my take on Gerber NSB,Took my wife's car to get an estimate. Was told I needed to make an appointment. They set up an appointment for a week later. I took it in and the guy took 4-5 mins and was done. (waist of a week) I don't get an email for a week so I call and am told that the guy is no longer working at that location so they put someone else on the est.The est came in at $1700 but they would not order the parts untilI dropped off the car. (makes no sense to me) So I went by and told them that I was not going thru my insurance, I would write a check and was told they would sent me a new est. The new est came in at $2,100 ($400 more) I was told that the Insurance has a guaranteed rate. So they wanted me (I was writing a check, no CC) to pay $400 more for the same repairs because I was not the Insurance Company.Sounds like a scam to me.

My truck has been there for 6 months, it has been promised to be finished for the 6 weeks and for the last 3 weeks promised for every day! Every time my dad speaks to anyone, as there is always someone new, we get lied to, usually a lie that s already been used! Been told several times it s been put back together then today it has to be put back together again?! Yes, it started when it was still Bishops but at least they didn t lie! Best excuse was a part they couldn t get became it was there for 3 months and never logged in!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Had an appointment 8:00 Saturday morning and they didn't show up that's enough for me. I don't have that problem with my customers because I KEEP MY APPOINTMENTS!!
