This business is either negligent or incompetent- most likely both!? Called them for a tow and they broke my bumper. The driver said it was a quick $100 fix and tried to refer me to his buddy but turned out to be $2600! Bishops towed my car the month before without issue but on this particular day the driver told me they don t usually tow cars that low for this reason. For reference it is a standard 4 door sedan, no lowering or modifications. They took the job and sent a specific driver knowing well in advance what year make and model the car was and still sent a driver that wasn t capable of towing it without damaging it. To add to that, they then had someone who was driving the vehicle (not owner of vehicle) sign a damage waiver.I find it hard to believe that I, the owner, had to drive down to meet them and sign off on a receipt for the tow, but allowed someone else to sign off, agreeing to potential damage to a vehicle that didn t belong to them.The idea that any person with a brain would knowingly allow that much damage to be done to a vehicle for a tow less than 2 miles away is absolutely idiotic on their part.Went to a body shop and told the story and the body shop couldn t believe it and told me to call tow company back so I did, but was met with nothing but hostility.This company clearly does not care about its customers, despite being based in such a small town. It is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Phenomenal service!Tow truck showed up within 30 minutes of the call. My car was 10 minutes away from getting locked behind a gate for the night! The tow truck driver , Jake, was very helpful, kind and professional... Especially for a stressful situation. Can't thank you enough!

George was an awesome tow technician! He responded quickly to the scene of the accident I was involved in and got my car to the dealership safely. I saw the chances the other tow drivers took with the other involved vehicles and was very happy to see George did not do that with mine. He secured it to the bed with two hooks and 4 points of contact via straps. He also helped me feel calm and safe at a trying time. Thank you very much!Service: Car towing

Had issues with my truck traveling and called this company. I'm glad I did the service from the office was great and they had a driver(Jake) out to me in 20 minutes. Jake was very professional and did an great job. Very pleased with this company. Highly recommend.

Had Bishops tow my Silverado to NSB Chevy, when I went to pick up the truck I was shocked to see my mirror was bent out and glass was completely missing and black streaks on fender. When I asked service advisor he said it showed up like that and he has video showing the truck showed up to the shop with the damage. Not even a phone call very disappointing to see a business operating this way.Service: Car towing

I live by Bob. Have had to use bishops once as a car broke down in my yard. Extremely simple process, and he handled my car with care. I've only had to get towed a few times, and I'll be calling Bishops towing for any future endeavors. Ignore the bad reviews. A lot of people get stressed staring down big bills when something goes wrong with their cars. I'm sure these wrecker drivers deal with a lot of BS and drama, and people will lash out and say things/write bad reviews when emotions flare. Be patient with your tow company and theyll take care of you. Thanks Bishops.

Drove to New Smyrna Beach, to visit my Mom. I was so excited to see her, I accidentally locked my keys in my car... Der Googled local tow company. They were awesome! Came right down. Jon, the Tow truck driver, was perfect. Unlocked door in a couple minutes! Thank you Bishop's Wrecker Services

Professional, prompt and efficient. Was a real lifesaver after being stuck on the side of I-95 for 4 hours in the worst Florida heatwave waiting for AAA. Finally gave up and called Bishop's. Best decision!

So happy with bishops . They towed my 6x12 trailer for me . They were there in minutes and took it too the shop for me . The gentleman was so kind . Bishops Body shop repaired my vehicle in the time frame stated at the time of estimate. The quality job they did on my car was wonderful and you would never know it was an accident. I do not recommend going to this place! Not only did they take longer than they said they would, but after repairing the damage from hail, my hood was not aligned properly and the whole interior of my roof, the lining, was put back worse than it was and had all this orange glue and powder all over my car. Not to mention their dirty fingerprints! they will never again get my business!Service: Body & Trim

I've only had my car and drivers license 6 months. I broke down on a country road late at nigh on the way home from work. I was really stressed out. After we called they got there very fast and where very friendly. They put my car on a flatbed and got me home. It was my first time breaking down and they really helped. The price was really good. Thank you for your help and great service.

We ran over a tire on the interstate going 70 mph. Took my Chrysler 300 to Bishops Body Shop. I highly recommended them. The customer service was excellent. Roy was awesome and kept me informed of what was going on underneath my car. There was more damage than originally thought. They contacted my insurance and received the ok to do the additional work needed. Getting a rental was also easy with the rental company on site. Picked up my car today and it is perfect, just like new. Thank you so much.

How does your Driver tell my wife and the cop that showed up too a accident no more then 110$ to tow it home for you. Then tells my wife I don't except cards. Cash only so stops my wife by a gas station and he says its gonna be $300. The tow was literally like 1 mile from my house. I get NS beach drive and all. So 110$ sounded fair. Then when I asked to speak to the driver he could not give me a reason as to why the price changed nor how it was broke down. So now being our only car wash towed to BISHOPs with out our permission or consent. Thieves and Nat honest. My wife informed me the driver had made some not very professional remarks as well.

Super easy to do business with. Ordered a new part to my seat belt. Had an appointment for installation and was in and out in 45 minutes and all at a very reasonable price. Great to accommodate a busy schedule. Thanks especially Ginger and Shannon for the great work.

My mom got stuck at her doctor's office yesterday, car wouldn't start and couldn't get the keys out of the ignition. I was a resident once but now reside in Arkansas. She called me in a panic not knowing what to do. I remember who I've dealt with in the past. My buddy Tom at the Chrysler dealership recommended Bishop's. I called and gave them all her info and the vehicle's location. Then I called her and she had a neighbor come and pick her up. A little more than an hour later the wrecker driver called her and told her she left the car in reverse and that's the only problem. He told her if she could get a ride back there she could take her car and there would be no charge. When she got there she tried to give him a few dollars and he wouldn't take it. It's nice to know there is still honesty and integrity in some people today. My sincere thanks to Bishop's and the gentleman they sent to assist. It's no wonder why they are the biggest and best around the area.

Poor service after they did the repairs. My car went in for a fender repair. It came out with even more damage. The damage repair was on the front left fender. After the repair I went to pickup my car and the paint looked good. I started to leave and started my car and it was way louder than when I dropped off my car. They had drug my exhaust in reverse. Roy Bishop the owner came out and looked at the exhaust and said I will send you to a muffler shop. When I got to the muffler shop I found that my interior door handle on the driver's door was broken and my left front headlight was out all after they worked on the left side of my car. After the muffler shop completed the work Bishop's then refused to pay for their damage to my exhaust. Shannon at Bishop's was very rude when I called her and ask why they weren't paying for the damage. When I got home and started look through my car I found the door handle had been pulled to hard. The headlight bulb glass was cracked as if it had been dropped. My left front tire also has a chunk missing out of the tire. I sent pictures to my tire shop and they think it rolled against a lift in Bishop's shop. Also three clips are missing holding my spoiler on the front end. I called back again and got Shannon that was very rude again and I ask for Roy Bishop for the second time. He didn't bother calling back again. I called one more time and Shannon answered again and I ask for Roy and yet he was gone to lunch again at 10am. I ask Shannon if she had called Enterprise to come and pick up the rental that I dropped off. She said yes and hung up. The next day Enterprise called about the rental car. They never where notified that it had been dropped off. Roy Bishop needs to stand for his shop instead of hiding. Bishop's body shop needs to remember that some cars have dash cameras like mine. Beware their service is horrible.

I looked at the reviews for Bishop's Body Shop after Allstate recommended them. I read reviews, not many, that described them as unprofessional and not knowing what they are doing.Those folks are full of it. Roy Bishop and company are friendly, professional and they under promised and over delivered.I have built several companies in my life. One that did several million a year. I know a we'll run company that treasure their employees. This is such a company. Thanks to Roy and Ginger!

Had a blowout at 60MPH, had to get a tow. The lady on the phone said 45 minutes, and the tow truck driver arrived 45 minutes on the nose. Billy, the driver, was great and moved quickly. The ladies in the office were great. After I put my spare on, it needed air, the shop foreman jumped up to help and would NOT accept a tip. Bad experience turned into Not so bad after all. Highly recommend.. Thomas M.
