Best AutoZone I ve ever been to. Great service! I was getting some new wiper blades for my car. They put them on in a jiffy Tony rocks!

This AutoZone is the best! Maddie was AWESOME! She helped changing out my headlights and they were a little tricky. I was praying please don't give up She didn't. She is simply amazing I want to say she's one of the managers there. Although, everyone I have encountered have been fantastic. From courteous, professional and most definitely helpful! Thanks so much! God bless

Krystal is amazing..I'm an old man and it's nice to have an employee with her experience and knowledge..hope autozone promoted her and trains more new recruits under her expert tutelage. pay your employees better .you will get better quality,customer service and in turn happier returning customers. I always wait for Krystal and she has helped with my car collection and always found what I needed.november 12th 2022the new manager is great..this location needs true "car guys/gals"...I can't count how many times they look up parts and give me the wrong one..hopefully the new manager will find some good employees that will stay and learn.

Broke down on the side of the road. Entered the NSB Autozone and was greeted by a disgruntled employee who announced that whatever I was looking for he just sold out of. Who knew Autozone was now a comedy club?? I proceeded to the counter to ask if they had a schematic so that I could get the correct part. Mr. Funnyguy/Autozone employee says, "ever heard of google"?? I replied, "so, you can't help me?" I left the Autozone and drove straight to O'Reilly. What I should have done in the first place. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, courtesy and common decency this Autozone employee lacks.

I wanna take a minute to really write this review I live in tennessee and had a super crazy thing happen to our truck on Nov 13th but Steve there made sure to take the time to help me they are so amazing I really appreciate everything he did for us while we were in florida.. thank you so much STEVE

I've been to many autozones all over this nation. But this one....is the bottom of the barrel. Employees are unfortunately useless at the NSB location and extremely lazy. There could be a line of 15 people waiting to checkout. They won't open a second register.

Best accommodating service every I have had at any auto service I ve ever have been! Definitely recommend stopping at this location in New Smyrna Beach! Kenny and Richard I would highly recommend!

MADDIE went out of her way over and beyond to help me change out my lightbulb on front end I couldn t get it because my hand was too fat, but Maddie helped me finally get the light in because her hand was a perfect size now. This is customer service to the max.

Kurt is absolutely amazing! Came in for a headlight that gave us a hard time to get out. Kurt didn t get aggravated with the issue. He handled it like a real boss. Great conversation all around great guy. Keep him around

Hi, I recently visited store #6327 and The store employee, his name, Steven Barrett was very Professional, he resolved my problem in the matter of minutes, my problem was a bad Battery he even installed the new one. I have been an auto zone customer for over 30 years from Florida to Puerto Rico to North Carolina and now I'm back in Florida. I have dealt with many auto zone employees but none like Steven he really made me felt at home, well don't get me wrong,I'm Puerto Rican and sometimes I feel like I have been treated differently but not with Steven he is a good man, he really loves his jobs and treats his clients well, I pray to God to keep giving him the ability to do so. Also Candace L./ She was at the store that day she is very friendly. She welcome me as I entered the store, they both made me feel at home, God Bless Them.Thank you for your attention.Jose Nater

Steven, Richie & Mike treated me like a VIP - I'd called with a concern (Richie), arrived at the store moments later and they greeted me at the door (Steve) & already had all my info on the computer and the battery I needed right at their finger tips & installed it in minutes (Mike). They worked like a team of happy employees, making sure I was happy. I observed them doing that with all the customers. You have a stellar team at your New Smyrna Beach store. I thought I'd be there an hour - it was less than 15 minutes.

Received excellent advice regarding battery I should buy for my vehicle. I changed it out myself & of course dropped & lost the bolt that holds the battery bracket in place. Went back & manager gave me a replacement bolt. Everyone I encountered was very kind, helpful & knowledgeable.

I was driving down the freeway and had 1:30 hrs to go when all of a sudden my battery decides to die. All the warning lights came on and at the last minute I couldn t steer anymore and thank god we made it to this auto zone. Stephen Barrett helped us out! Great customer service! Got us out of there in less than 30 mins!

Steven was great and helpful! We traveled from Michigan to Florida and ran into a minor fender bender. He shared his knowledge and installed a temporary fix in order for us to get back to Michigan safely at the end of our vacation. Thank you Steven!

It was a pleasure buying a battery from this location. Rashad and Kenneth R were professional, efficient, and friendly. Kenneth R tested my battery and Rashad had the new battery installed in no time. Prices were reasonable and everyone was helpful! Thank you for making my day better!

My car broke down on the side of the road and the manager Steven saved us. Best experience I have ever had in an Autozone, and if I lived in New Smyrna I would return for all of my car troubles.

i came to the store not knowing what was going on with my car. Richard Binder and Kurt Smith helped us troubleshoot the problem and even stayed late helping us get the car fixed, He took customer service to the highest level and i couldn t be more appreciative.

Returned a gallon of oil for my son.Candice had to help newer employeeto do the return,not only was she very patient with him and me she also had a pretty smile to go along with her vast knowledge of cars and their parts . I'd advise to shop here even if other competitors are closer to you...

Steve has a good group Justin helped me with replacing stubborn wiper blades couple days ago and he and Rashad was also helpful replacing my mower battery!Really appreciate the great service!
