Starrs Auto Repair to the rescue!! Corie, our amazing service rep/driver showed up and showed out. He helped calm my nerves and lifted my spirits by hooking up Black Betty without any issues. We made it to our service destination and unloaded her. I m beyond grateful for the rescue and amazing customer service. Thank you Corie!!

They were absolutely amazing & were able to service a MINI, which made it even better! My husband's car died in the median right in front of Starr's & they didn't hesitate to get the tow & tow my husband in. Chris has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very personable, he was extremely informative & didn't ever make us feel like we didn't know what was going on! The mechanics were super quick ordering the parts my husband needed for his car, & got it installed the next day! Highly recommend & will definitely use them in the future if needed!

Unfortunately we hit some metal fencing on 98 right after getting on 98. We had Starr s Auto Repair Towing come out and Kyle is the best. He was kind, informative and skilled. He was just a wonderful in handling everything. If you ever need towing service this is the place to use. I hope you all get Kyle because he is a great.

I had a wonderful experience. The owner personnally looked at my vehicle. I told him that a parts shop (not named here) diagnosed as a bad alternator. He said he would take a look. 4 hours later, he called and said the alternator was fine. He offered to do more intensive testing, but it is our only car so I did have time. He said if I wanted to bring it back to him on a Saturday, he could look at it then. I will definitely go back in the future. If you want to be manipulated, you came to the right mechanic shop. Was told that my key was worn down, and I needed new keys but failed to mention that my old keys still work on my truck. So they got away with charging me 270 dollars for keys that I didn't need in the first place. Starr toeing company does not care about the regular person and continues to screw anyone over that comes to their shop. Will never use or suggest this mechanic shop to anyone.

Long story short, this is a crooked shop.I called this shop to see if they can help us. I explained over the phone our situation in detail and the specific part of issue since we already had the vehicle inspected and diagnosed by another shop. I also disclosed the lack of access to the specific part. In response, the Starr's service person said, "That's strange. Bring it in and we'll take a look at it for you."$168 later, that's all that was done to our vehicle. Just a look. And a piece of paper with the specific part that I told them about before we even brought the vehicle in. No full diagnostic report. Not even that sheet of paper with a car that points out the basic safety defects with recommendations. Nothing worth our money we had to pay.120% a complete rip-off.

This is an absolutely wonderful auto repair shop to work with! They recently helped us with our son's vehicle, and we couldn't have asked for better service. They were polite, extremely knowledgable, professional and were very quick in diagnosing the vehicle's repair needs. We've used Starr's Auto Repair numerous times, always receiving topnotch service with fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Starrs replaced my rotors and a break pad for a good price. I have had to slam on my breaks multiple times since (bc I live in florida) and they've held up good!

I want to thank the Good Samaritan driver for Starr s towing and repair shop that expertly rescued me from the 3 mile bridge after my Jeep stalled on the this dangerous bridge. A situation that could have quickly turned perilous, was averted by this heroic, quick thinking, guardian angel.He selflessness averted a potential dangerous situation for me and the many other commuters during rush hour traffic today.His unsolicited rescue and commitment to my well being has me grateful and blessed.Starr s towing and their employees has reaffirmed my faith in the goodness of humanity.Thank you.

My daughter is in Florida and I am in Tennessee, so when my daughter s car died, we were both panicked. I contacted Starr s and from the beginning they were very helpful, the pricing was very reasonable, and they bent over backwards to help us get this done in about a day. It may just be a car repair but for me it is peace of mind and they took care of her like I would. I highly recommend these guys. ThanksServices: Auto maintenance, Battery

I was in Mobile & lived in Navarre. I had car trouble so as soon as I got homeI went straight to Starr's Auto Repair. They were wonderful. Took Great care of me & my car. Their prices were great & they saved me alot of mone & got it fixed fast. I will always yse this place. Trust your car to the people at Starr Repair Shop. Great people. 10+

I had my truck that wouldn t start and Starrs got my truck towed to the shop and repaired in less than 8 hours. They were able to do that repair in this quickly even though they had to search for a gasket and run to Fort Walton to pick it up. They went above and beyond to get me my truck back the same day.

While on vacation at Navarre Beach, our pop-up trailer needed serious maintenance on the wheels. Booked an appointment for the following Monday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They understood we needed the job done as soon as possible because this is where we slept. Problem fixed at a reasonnable price. Very happy and now we have peace of mind.

My car wouldn t start and I was stranded at my daughters school. Insurance estimated 75 min before a tow would be there. Dave was there in less than an hr and was super nice. Every auto shop I called said 1.5-2 weeks before my car could even be looked at!! I am a single mom with only 1 vehicle and had no idea what I was going to do. Dave called their shop and they said they would try to squeeze it in the next day. As I waited for my ride everyone at Starr s was friendly and helpful. The owner even came over and I explained my situation of no other car and he said he would take care of me. I was happy they were going to at least look at it the next day but i never expected what was to come. I got a call from Richie the next morning telling me that my fuel pump and a valve in my gas tank needed to be replaced and gas had gotten in my oil tank so an oil change too. I expected a week or so since I didn t have an apt, parts had to be ordered & they were super busy. Nope! The owner said he d take care of me and they did! I picked up my car that evening and it was running better than before the trouble started! THANK YOU SO MUCH STARR S!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I can't say enough good about Starr's Auto Repair. I was on vacation in Navarre and ran off the road into a ditch, damaging my front-end. They were able to remove the damaged underneath part of my car and do temporary repairs to get me home. I pleaded with them to help me get back on the road to Cincinnati within a couple days and they jumped on it and finished repairs the same day. Incredible service! Richard and his son, Richie, were ever so pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. Pricing was reasonable, too. I wish they operated in my home town because I would always use them and recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

While vacationing in Navarre Beach recently, we needed a full rear brake job. My wife checked around, these guys came highly recommended. I called on Monday morning, got the car in before noon, picked it up around 4. All the guys at Starr were great, fast, courteous service done right, at an affordable cost. Saved our trip! My truck started overheating just a couple of miles from their location. I pulled over and called them. They were able to get me right in and they had me fixed and back on the road in a couple of hours. Very friendly staff and mechanics. Highly recommend.

Bought brand new Transmission for Rich. Left me stranded in North Carolina. He had it towed while I had to extend my stay at my own expense. Received my truck still shifting hard and he told me that It took sometime to relearn the program. 3 months later transmission failed again I had to pay for his towing company to come out and hat to pay for towing and new parts. Asked him to look at the brakes and he hits me with a new 3000.00 dollar bill after spending near 8500.00 originally.Never working with them again. Nor should anyone

The first time I went in, I was stressed out about my situation. Shortly after being greeted by Richard, my anxiety quickly went away. He not only made feel relaxed and valued, but my experience proved he is trustworthy, experienced, kind, and patient.Just this past weekend, I was out of town and ran into a problem where I needed a tow. AAA was no help to me as I needed to get my car from Destin to Pensacola. I called Starr's towing division and the guy who answered the phone (I think his name was Dave) was pleasant and gave me a quote which I thought was fair. I called around to several other places and found out that the others neither answered their phone or wanted to take advantage of me. When I called Starr's back, they had a tow truck to me very fast and that driver was super pleasant, professional and careful in loading and securing my vehicle to the flat bed.I also talked to Richard again while waiting for the tow and once again, he proved to be very knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his questions, guidance and options facing my situation. I called him because I needed a trusted voice to help me out of my immediate dilemma. I'm glad I did because he was very honest about the timeline of the job.I'm extremely picky about my repair shops. Richard has great staff which I believe reflects his personality and experience. I highly recommend them! There are very few people in this business that are as honest and fair as Starr's repair and towing services.Thank you everyone for taking care of me and my family during very stressful situations!

Gentleman behind the desk was super rude. Requesting a quick 5 second hand with testing a connection on my truck for my trailer lights he replied with. We have 18 cars in the yard. We can't do not have time to do it. We can get to it Monday as if he's going to get through 18 cars on a Friday to get to me on Monday he couldn't give five seconds to help help

I was on vacation and my battery died. Call Starr's and they had my new battery in and my truck was purring like a kitten in less than an hour. Awesome service and awesome people. My car sh*t the bed a little while here on vacation and Richard was amazing. I was a little panicked and everywhere I called said they didn t have openings until after I was supposed to go back home and Richard was able to fit me in and have it fixed the next day. It s running beautifully now and he even gave me advice on a new more reliable car when I asked. Very much recommend.

Kudos to Dave the tow truck operator that saw me stranded in the middle of Hwy 87 in Navarre Saturday Night November 26 around 7:30 pm, and pulled in front of me to assist getting my car and myself to a safe place. I was coming from I-10 down Hwy 87 and just I got to East Bay exit it felt like something under my car came loose and I ran over it. Then the noises started and as I slowed down and applied brakes, my car locked up and slid about 50 feet and left me stranded in the middle of the street. Not 10 minutes later, Dave came up on me and with out hesitation immediately stopped and assisted me during this stressful experience Thank you Dave for all that you did for me that night, You Rock!Mike

This is the last time I will ever do business with this thieving business owner. The Mechanics are great. The Son of the original owner, who was good peeps, is out to snare you into a trap of fees and REALLY doesn't seem to care about repeat business.I recommend any one with a need for repair to do business with.... anyone else in Navarre... in my experience with Starr's, word to the wise CHOOSE ANY OTHER SHOP on highway 98 garage or on highway 87 garage!!!! 1000K%Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My daughter had a screw stuck in her tire and needed to get her tire fixed fast because she was headed on a trip downstate the next morning. We were turned away from several other places in town because they couldn't get us in in such short notice. Not the owner of Starr's though, although he was also very busy, he was able to squeeze us in, and we were in and out within 30 mins, was very kind and professional, great price and service. I was in a bind. I was moving within 48 hours. The U-Haul company up the road said my trailer lights were not functioning correctly and I could not rent the U-Hail trailer. Without a prior appointment Starr s was accommodating and fit me right in. Within the 2 hours they had my vehicle tested and returned to me. When I went back to the U-Haul place to have the light retested, it once again showed my lights did not work. After hooking it up to a trailer it proved to be the U-Haul companies faulty equipment.Without Starr s fitting me in and helping when I needed it I likely would have gone somewhere else and waited several days. Regrettably, I haven t gone to Starr s over my years living here. If I were to stay I would without a doubt go there for every vehicle repair need. Their compassion and willingness to help when you really need it is beyond words.Service: Electrical

Had the best experience ever! The staff was amazing from the first phone call till the time I picked up my car. Richard was accommodating. I called in a bind, they had no availability however agreed to take my car in to get it evaluated and potentially get it fixed if the issue was nothing to major. He set me up with a car rental and peace of mind that the job would be done as soon as possible. He called me soon enough to let me know to cancel my reservation for the car because he would have my car done by the days end which he did. His staff picked me up and brought me to the shop for pick up and I was greeted by more friendly staff and 2 beautiful pugs! This is my go to shop going forward. He is honest, efficient and super personable. These guys know what they are doing. You won't be disappointed!!!!
