I have to give this place 1 star. Service can be good anywhere, but the work done is what ultimately matters.Service, friendless, time, all deserve 5 stars. The crew was incredible. The reason I have to provide 1 star is because my vehicle has an undercarriage cover underneath the engine bay, which requires a few screws/panel holders to be popped out before you can access the oil filter. They unscrewed it enough to get to the oil filter, but did not put it back in place, leaving it to just hang. Putting this cover back on would have taken less than 5 minutes to replace. Is this a big deal? Not really, but the fact of the the matter is, if corners are cut to not do something this simple, how many other corners might be cut when it comes to servicing your vehicle?Several mechanics will intentionally do stuff or not do stuff that is required because they believe most individuals don't know anything about vehicles, and lazy work will go unnoticed. Be careful who you choose to Service your vehicles.

I got my oil changed, air filter, and cabin air filter done very quickly and extremely professional. I am so pleased with Cat, she is amazing and so was the gentleman who worked on my car, I didn't catch his name. 5 stars to both of them, higher if I could!

1st time customer. I'll be back. Great service by Cat and assistant. Oil replacement and no residual oil leaking after. I've tried others here on Navarre and always had an issue. Grease Money earned their money. Am very satisfied. Thank you.

I drove in today to get my car fix & Grease Monkey treated me so well. When I pulled up they were friendly when I told her I just needed my engine cover reattached they took care of it speedily & told me to enjoy my day. Thank you so Much I will be back & I making this my oil change place to be

I had my oil changed in this place 3 times now. The young men that worked here are very friendly and courteous. They explained everything that needs done and made recommendations. I wasn t feel pressured at all. This place is so convenient, its on my way home. This place would be awesome if its a one stop shop. I rather have my tire rotation done here instead of going somewhere else. Highly recommend this place.

So I noticed a couple oil stains on my driveway (see attached) today and crawled under my truck and saw oil drops on the oil filter and plug. I called store and took the truck in and they said the oil filter was loose and the technician who serviced my truck before forgot to put a gasket on the oil plug. I have 2000 miles to go before next oil change and was initially told that I would need an oil change in order to put the gasket on the plug. Reluctantly I pressured them to just pop the plug and put the gasket on. So I was initially down a half a quart and they lost a quart putting the plug gasket on.Fours stars for the lady tech today but deduct one star for the previous tech who didn t do the job right the first time.QA is lacking.

The new service manager at Navarre was great. Had a hard day on the dunes and she made me feel truly welcomed. Will visit in 3000 miles.

I usually do my own oil changes but when I m short on time, this is where I bring my vehicle! They make it so fast and easy, I love that I don t have to get out of my car and wait in a lobby. The customer service is excellent and I ve never had any issues with the work performed.

Cat, Tyler and Hayden were absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have ever received at an auto service store. They changed my oil, replaced my battery and ensured my vehicle was road safe in under 30 minutes. They have my business for as long as I am in Navarre.

Fast, professional. Special thanks to Tyler who let us know that some of the mileage recommended maintenance the computer says we needed, didn't apply to us and that we didn't need. Saving us an easy $200. This is standard here. I take all my vehicles here for oil changes and preventative maintenance and trust their recommendations and have ever since they existed at this location.

Went here in a pinch and got overcharged. If you have a European car they will charge more despite using generic oil. Gaskets appeared not to have been replaced and oil filter housing was way overtorqued. Would have been fine for a normal price, but not for a premium. For about the same price I could have gone to the dealership.

Quick, communicative, and kind! Everything you want in customer service and exceeded automotive customer service. I wasn t stressed at any point during my visit, which was about 30 minutes overall for a complete oil clean and change and a full diagnostic at no charge, and an air filter change as well. They offered an extra coupon and honored one I brought. 20/10 if I lived here I d bring my car for anything it needed.

Very professional! Local FB page commented on how professional the employees were, and they were spot on. I've been a regular customer for some time now. But, the crew that serviced the car is exceptional. Take care of the crew because they are definitely taking care of the business

In and out and never got out of my car. They matched the same high mileage oil my dealership provided previously and has the most generous military discount. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

Great service and great team, only thing wrong in my opinion is that the team is not supplied with the equipment to reset inspection lights. They need a real code reader to provide better services to the customer. I had to go to a different oil change place to get this taken care of.

Hayden and Xavier go above and beyond when it comes to customer service & product knowledge. If you are not getting oil changes by these guys you are doing it wrong. I will be going to grease monkey for every oil change from now on.

I hardly ever leave reviews but they deserve a big shout out!Not only are they incredibly speedy (oil change, air in tires, check levels, etc. in about 10 minutes -WITHOUT an appointment!) but they are the most friendly people. I had the pleasure of having Cat, the store manager, and her team today. And they were on top of it!She listened to my issues and went above and beyond to help me. She explained everything in a way I could understand (because I, unfortunately, know nothing about cars ). She showed me the services they offered without all the sales pressure. It was great having a woman to do business with. She took away the terrible feeling of getting ripped off because I'm a dumb girl . Thank you, Cat, for an awesome experience! I will be back! Fast and efficient but it cost more than I had expected. They said they only had full synthetic oil which cost extra. I wish they had told me that before hand.

The girls working today were professional, kind, and completed our oil change quickly. We will definitely be returning for future oil changes.
