Trust.Honesty.Respect is Who they are Indeed. I always get greeted with the best Customer service from the moment I pull up each time. I have had the honor of having Ruben as my my upper bay tech a few times and he is always in a good mood and very respectful , as well as very knowledgeable. I would like to give a big shout out to Wes the manager of this location for running an exceptional crew and for keeping the standard of professionalism. Keep up the great work guys.

I was highly impressed with the incredible level of service that I received today at Express Oil Change in Navarre! Ruben was professional, knowledgeable, and his personality was perfect for customer service! I will absolutely return when it is time to get my car serviced again

Wes - manager on fluid change side is amazing! fast efficient and spot on customer service. There is no better place for OIL changes, and things like transmission flush - for price, quality, or speed. The other side for repairs and alignment. That manager Levi will talk you out of most any work you need just by over sharing whatever risks come to his mind about that work. You're better off getting that kind of work done either when Levi's not there or at some other shop.

Pulled in for an oil change on my 2017 Silverado and was out in no time! Ruben and Ben were top notch technicians and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back for future services. Great job fellas!

Friendly service but i came in for a major repair. They quoted me lower than a dealer and said it could he done no problem so i went with that but then my bill was higher than the dealer quote i initially received by $150. Not really happy about it.Edit for the response: You can make it right if you give me back the difference from my quote that Express Oil emailed me

This shop and staff are truly amazing, we had a flat tire unexpectedly. Levi with the assistance of his staff saved our day. You can only imagine getting a flat tire while on vacation and these guys saved us from any additional delays and got us back on the road. Thank you so much.

Stopped in for an oil change today in and out and under 20 minutes. The whole team was amazing. The main reason for the review is because of tech in bay 2 Ruben. He approached me right away got my car serviced in and out, and was extremely professional.

Big Thanks to Wes , Jedidiah and Tim! From calling to inquire on rates, to pulling into the lane and getting my vehicle serviced! They really do care and make sure everything is going well with your car ! Great team everyone was working together I wish I can point everyone out by name! Today was customer appreciation day and the food and drinks were amazing! Even the staff at the food booth were very sweet and caring! I would not want my vehicle serviced anywhere else but here! I had come to FL from Texas to pack up my mom s belongings after her passing. My oil change light came on, and I did not want to drive the 13 hours back before taking care of it. While there, my car went dead several times.Levi kept looking until her found that when I had a new battery put in, the connector had been stretch and it was no longer able to charge. I was under so much stress, but Wes and Levi were amazing, and I was on my way. Highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience. Got my oil changed, checked my lights, signals, horn, fluid levels, and was able to get my windshield wipers replaced. Julian was greatly appreciated!

RUBEN!! I wanted to give a huge thank you to you and to your team. I have been coming there for about a year now and every time I come there, the service is exceptional!! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ruben in Bay two and he was extremely professional, courteous, mindful, and clearly explained my options . I wish I could do more for you bud, I would ve tipped you well, but I didn t have the option. I called and spoke to the service manager to give my respects and writing this review is the best I can do brother. Ruben, thank you for your dedication to your job and keeping a smile on your face. Your positivity was addictive and even though we spoke a few words I needed to tell you I appreciate what you guys do! Truly Keep up the good work and I ll see you in 3000 miles brother. Please give this man a Raise!!!P.s if you live in the Navarre area stop by and tell Ruben and his team thank you and get a quick oil change.. these guys are truly outstanding!!! I highly recommend the mechanics at Express Oil & Tire! They've done great work on both of our cars. They're always very thorough and have diagnosed issues that were smaller than I expected, saving us money we were prepared to spend. Other shops will fix things not needing repair and take you money without transparency or push services that have little impact on your car's performance to upcharge you. These guys will always shoot straight with you!

The staff here is very helpful and friendly . They always do an amazing job shop and property clean and very effectively run . They greet you upon entering I highly recommend doing business here. Feels like hometown service!

I always get my oil change here and they do a good job, but I just got my belt replaced and afterwards it fell off while driving. Immediately called the manager and he s refunding the money. That s good customer service and even though they made a mistake they corrected it. I highly recommend this place.

Late review 10/5 I was on an emergency travel to get out of town and Ruben got my vehicle and did an excellent job with my oil change and all the request I had. I would use express oil change everytime. Thank you Ruben for going above and beyond providing excellent customer service!

Nobody that I know of enjoys getting there car worked on; especially if you have to wait on it for whatever reason. This shop actually made it bearable with cleanliness, decent coffee, free wifi, comfortable chairs, intelligent staff and everyone I came into contact with was smiling and appeared to be eager to answer any questions. I was able to get some work done and the time passed quickly. It was unusual to be asked by at least 3 different employees if I'd been helped yet - kudos! These guy's are on the right track and I believe any business here should take note. Well done, EOC!

Ruben and the rest of the team did a great job- really went above and beyond. Not only changed my oil in under 12 min but also checked my suspension per my request and helped me out by finding out that 2 of my 3 brake lights were out plus a rear turn signal! My alignment is off , my car overheats a little bit , something is wrong with either back brakes or a valve could be multiple issues . And I didn t have any of these before taking it to this place . They also don t list everything they do on paperwork , and don t do full oil changes they ll say they did everything but don t . And now my brother is facing a problem with them as well but with his engine I did also have my bf look at my car and drive it and even he said alignment is definitely off and something is wrong in the back because u can for sure feel it . Please anyone reading this do not go here save ur money !!

Changed my air filter, much needed! They had the filter on hand and charged me a fraction of what the Nissan dealership quoted. Plus, it was Ladies day so I received a $5.00 discount. Fast, friendly and great price. Thanks guys, I'll be back

I've been using this location for a few years now. Wes and Chase are fabulous!! I always feel well taken care of. Its like going to Cheer's; They always know my name. The oil change took maybe 7 minutes and you don t even need to get out of the car. The gentleman who changed my oil was extremely respectful and professional. Very thorough with the inspection as well. Will continue going here for sure.

On Oct 14, I noticed my car brakes were very off and making noises. I called ahead to see if they could tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate because they were about to close in 1 hour. They told me to bring it in for a free quote, and they can work on it Monday if I decide to get it repaired. I brought it in, and I forgot his name, but he was the one that does brake repairs. His initial is JT. He did a survey and could tell me what was wrong and give me a quote. He even offered to fix it that day, which shocked my husband and me. We felt terrible because they were about to close. But he was able to fix it within 1 hour. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service! We will be coming back!Service: Brakes

We broke down (broken oil line) as we arrived in Navarre Beach from Tennessee. This was our first trip to Navarre so we were clueless as to who to call. They took us right in and diagnosed the problem immediately. Line had to be ordered and shipped before repair. These guys had us ready to go just in time for our trip back home. This is the most professional, safe and friendly business I have encountered on the road. Highly, Highly recommend these guys!!! Thank you for taking care of us!

I can t say thank you enough! I ordered a lift and wheels off the internet. When they got delivered I had trouble finding a shop that would take on such a big project and the shops I did find had waiting list 6-12 weeks. I talked to Levi at Express and explained I d really like to get everything installed before Christmas while I had a break from work. Within a couple weeks he had worked me into the schedule and came through big! He and his team did a really professional job with detailed break down of the work done! And the pricing was very similar to the other shops! Thank you Levi, looking forward to do business with y all!Outstanding service! I get my oil changed here I m in and out quick every time! They also do a check list before you leave they check your lights, horn etc.. The service tech suggested I replace my fuel filters, they give me options on the spot and installed it quick!
