Last year we visited twice both times I got my car back like it was never in an accident The staff was helpful I walked in and noticed what a cute little cozy lobby with refreshing drinks and hot coffee. Hardly any wait time,Drake helped me walk through the process of my repairs in a very professional manner. I love that the hours of availability are convenient. I walked in and out very quickly and most importantly leaving relieved they were on it.

Working with Dustin and the Caliber Collision team was a wonderful experience! They were always kind and quick to provide information. My car was ready a week early and anyone who s had to go any time without their car knows, that was a very big deal.

Caliber Collision proved to be outstanding in both repairs and customer service. They stayed in touch with me constantly while giving me updates to the progress of repairing my wrecked automobile. Great shop with friendly employees. Dustin kept me up to date during the whole repair process. My truck was there for 2.5 months and I would receive 1-2 calls a week with updates on the repairs. They did an awesome job repairing my entire left side of my truck from being T-boned. You can t tell that there was ever a wreck! I will definitely use them for any future repairs. Thanks Dustin and Caliber team!

Obviously no one likes to have their car worked on and it s always stressful, maybe that s just me. I can tell you this time around, Caliber Collision was amazing. Sadly, I ve been hit or in an accident a few times and this was my best experience by far. Drayton was friendly, professional, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. These guys did a great job.When my Volvo had peculiar problems, they coordinated with the dealership and the insurance and the rental car company to get me taken care of. I got a phone call just for them to say it s gonna be another couple of days to get it taken care of. Courteous and professional all the way.My car looked great too!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Navarre, FL. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship of the repair on our vehicle, which was the replacement of the entire rear end on our 2020 Nissan Armada. Drayton Taylor, our service advisor, was great. True professional who ensured the repairs met the highest quality standards.

Excellent service all around. Dustin and Sara mainly assisted me when I was in the building. I can't remember the name of the tech that assisted in rebuilding/repainting the car but they did an excellent job. caliber Collision took care of my car and it looks great! Good turn around time and they kept us up to date on repairs through calls/text. Would use their services again if I need auto body repair!

I didn t have an appointment to be seen, but Drayton was kind enough to come out to where my car had died and check it out for me. Upon discovering it was a dead battery, he gave my car a jump and got me on my way as soon as possible. I tried to tip him and he declined. Every time I have needed their services, they have gone beyond my expectations.

I stopped by because my seat belt was stuck in my passenger door. My door was ajar and wouldn t open or shut. I had no idea how I was going to get it open so I stopped by to see if they could point me in the right direction. I didn t have an appointment scheduled but a kind gentleman in the office came out to look at it for me. He promptly had one of the techs look at it and the tech had my door open and I was back on the road in less than five minutes. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all of your bodywork needs.

My SUV was rear ended and I took it to Caliber Collision. It was covered by insurance of the other driver. Justin informed me by text every few days. He called when they discovered more damage than the estimate...even though I was not responsible for payment. I was treated very well through the repair process. Checking in and out was done quickly. I highly recommend this business for family and friends if they have an unfortunate situation as I had. My car looks like new again.

Took entirely too long for them to get our vehicle back to us. 2.5 months in the shop and a month and a half without a rental because they went over the reasonable amount of time to complete the job. We were contacted at least 3 times to pick up our vehicle and each time we had to turn it away because it wasn't fully painted, parts weren't lined up or it was missing. We were eventually able to pick up our vehicle but told that the the paint scratches, light scratches were unavoidable and would happen every time they put the pieces back together. I won't be using this company again.

Dustin at caliber has been a great help, since we moved here we have had our vehicles hit 4 times. Caliber has done a great job on 3/4 so far! The 4th vehicle will be going in next month for repair. Keep up the great work and give Dustin an extra day off.

Repairs were excellent with emphasis placed on fit & finish. Repair time was lengthy but that was due to availability of parts not Calibers fault.

Fast and accurate estimate. While they were busy and repairs were scheduled about a month out... they took my vehicle on the date scheduled, repairs made my truck look like new! Repairs were completed several days ahead of promised date! Great communication during repairs and truck was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Highly recommend Caliber to everyone!

Navarre Caliber is outstanding! Quality of work and customer service is far better than I've seen before!! Would recommend them without a second thought!
