Dianna and kenny did an excellent job ?I was across the streetcat cvs and my car died.I got it jumped and I drove across the street to advance. And they gave me fast quick courtesy Service, it was a little more than I wanted to pay for a battery but they got the job done. I recommend pay raises.

About double the price of ordering from an online only retailer, but it's good to have a local pick-up option available if time is critical.

Very very friendly employees, and helpful! We needed to replace all our spark plug wires and were able to do all the work in the shade of the parking lot. Grateful!

Common courtesy and customer service go a long way. This store is very lacking in that department. Would like to be able to shop at our local store more but between never having the parts we need in stock and major lack of customer service would recommend going elsewhere.

Lazy, disrespectful staff! I called to verify they had an item. The salesperson stated that they did. Upon arriving at the store, there were none on the shelf! Had the person walked s few feet to check the shelf, my time and fuel would not have been wasted! The person was not there, but a coworker told me the item was in Pensacola! As I was leaving, he referred to me as "bud" , not regarding my right to the address of 'sir' !!!

Always helpful and professional! Even though they were short of staff today.. they worked together to efficiently help each of their customers. Thanks Ky for helping me troubleshoot my battery today! Glad to have you guys in Navarre!

So nice this young man was he has dark hair I wish I would of gotten his name let me look on my receipt because I would really like everybody to know his name he was a real helpful real nice young gentleman came out there and checked my battery and I definitely told me I need a new terminals which I pretty much knew that but he was just you know kind of considerate and was willing to help me with anything that I needed help with really good guy could see where he would be an asset to that company first you know his part in customer service was great sales explain things to me what the questions that I asked him so all in all I had a really good experience but I'm definitely going to check my receipt it says Tracy b on the receipt but I don't believe that was his register that he was using but it yeah it's the 1750 highway 87 South Navarre Florida 32566 and it says yeah Tracy b 21622 but anyways it was really good experience the young man was great I'll definitely go back

Great place to find everything to fill your automotive needs. Parts for interior, exterior, engine, transmission, tires and more. Free battery/alternator check, battery installation, wiper blade replacement too. Great prices and always having a sale on something!

Been here a few times for various items and parts, never had an issue. They are always quick and efficient, dont hesitate to offer help and are quick at finding what I need with little or no problem. I usually always see them asaisting a customer out in the parking lot with various different items, usually wiper blades though. They might be simple to do, but they are always helping with them, so if you are unsure this Advanced is definitely one to go to for help.

Lady on floor was less than helpful. I asked her where something was and she pointed in the general direction but I still couldn't find what I was looking for. Walked out and drove 3 minutes north to Oriellys auto and found exactly what I needed.

Always get my oil on sale here! They always throw in a free filter. Best place to get other items for your vehicle when in need. The staff is always helpful and nice!

Didn't need to get anything this visit - I had some batteries from our son's wheelchair to turn in for recycling. Staff was incredibly gracious - thanks for making the turn in much easier than I thought I could expect!

I don't even bother going to other parts stores anymore. I shop online and pick up in store. Almost always get a substantial discount on line. And I rarely get the wrong parts, or defective new parts.

Eh...its OK . guy was half knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He at least came out and checked to see if he could offer assistance. We ran through some checks and tests and still couldn't figure out the problem. He just labeled it as a short and went back inside.

They always have what I'm looking for my vehicles. If it's not at the store they can get it in pretty quick. They give a 10% military discount. You can order online and pickup at the store or have delivered to your home.

I went to a different place to get my battery checked was told they could not install the battery I would have to take the battery somewhere else to be installed. I went here and they sold me the battery and installed it for me at no extra charge.The other place had now lost a customer.
