2 days ago a young Hispanic, female, with tattoos, had an extremely bad attitude when I was checking in with for my appointment at 3pm. She walked away from me, and another young man came and checked me in and gave me a slip with a barcode on it. I waited for three hours, and my car did not move. After I went back to the desk, they said I was not checked in. They checked me in again and changed my oil. I was there for a total of 4 1/2 hours. There is no doubt in my mind the female with the tattoos deleted me out of the queue after I was checked in the first time. All of the workers there seemed to be mad at each other and hated their jobs I will not be backJim M.

No one picked up even after being transfered 3 times!! When asked to speak with a manager, they didn't pick up either!? WORST CUSTOMER CARE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A WALMART, AND IVE BEEN TO ALOT OF THEM FOR OIL CHANGES. PATHETIC

They are slow as molasses. Turtle speed! My car was still parked front of the line after and hour and half of shopping! No one doing anything and my car still there. WTHAll they were supposed to do was an oil change and rotate tires. They were to weak to get the brand new tires rotated The only star givin is for Customer care guys who were all very nice .

Don t go here. Came bright and early to beat the line and they said my tire change would take no more than two hours. I came back four hours later and they still hadn t touched my car. They said my car was next in line. I came back an additional 45 minutes and my car had STILL not been worked on. All I needed was ONE tire changed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They give you a ticket with a barcode to scan to track your service but it s useless because they go out of order.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. AWFUL customer service. They never answer the phone. They had Billy at the front dealing with customers and he s probably the most disrespectful, ill-mannered person I have ever met. I had my battery changed here because I had a warranty on my last one. Immediately after it was replaced, my battery light came on, and every other light on my dashboard followed. When we brought my car back in, they blamed it on the alternator and that there was nothing they could do. We had the alternator checked and it was in perfect condition. We wrote incident reports right when it happened and weeks later they were nowhere to be found so it was a waste of 2 hours. Now my car is undriveable and no one has taken responsibility for a thing. I will never come back hereEDIT- took my car to the dealership and determined Walmart had in fact messed up a simple battery change and they had to pay $5000 to fix my car. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Went to this location two days in a row after blowing a tire on my way to work, only to be told that they were not taking any more work for the day. The first day I understood because I got there at 6pm, but the second I got there at 5pm and I had my own tire to put on the rim. Was told they were only taking flats and battery repairs. But would not change my flat tire out.

Very poor customer service. After waiting an hour for a simple tire plug, I was told it was going to be another 45 minutes. I asked if I could pick up my child from school and come right back.. they said I could and they d hold my place in line.When I returned 45 minutes later, they said there were 6 people ahead of me and it would be another 2-hour wait. I asked if they could make an exception since it was a 5-minute job and the previous employee had told me to come back. Instead the guy attending me got defensive and raised his voice telling me I d have to wait and it may be over 2 hours. Very unreasonable and extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely ridiculous! The laziest most mismanaged group of people ever experienced. Appt at 9am. Received text 10:10 car was ready. Arrived 10:30 and car had not been pulled into bay or serviced. At least 10 people in the area but only 2 working. Work finished at 11:45 am. Will not buy from Walmart again.

Desk attendant was lovely. However, we call ahead twice to ensure they could provide the service for our vehicle: Change the headlight. Hour of waiting and we ask how much longer; we were told hour and a half. Two and a half hours later we're told they can't provide the service we've been waiting for. They wasted our time and our ability to go elsewhere for the day to remedy the problem.

DO. NOT. COME HERE! I came to get a routine oil change done here and now my car is currently sitting at the dealership, deemed unsafe to operate. Before even putting my car in gear I knew something was wrong, and went inside to voice my concerns. When I stated what I saw, Service Manager Ray laughed and dismissed me, stating my oil pump must be no good. After going to customer service to begin a formal complaint, I was directed to Auto Care Manager Roosevelt, who just like Ray, laughed and dismissed me. This time, the mechanic who operated on my car, William/Billy chimed in that my sensor must be bad, and that I just needed to drive it to a mechanic to fix it. To make a long story short, my Check Valve was missing from when Walmart replaced my oil filter. Oil had leaked all over the engine and was puddling on the floor. The service representative at VW spoke on the phone with them of their mess up and gave me a form of EXACTLY how much Walmart owed me. I went back to Walmart in an Uber while my car sat in the shop from their negligence only for Ray to try and tell me they wouldn t be paying for it. I told him that was unacceptable and that I would be opening up a claim. Ray then came back with the cash for the invoice from VW. I received not one apology for this. Roosevelt wouldn t even show his face despite me directly requesting him multiple times. Top to bottom the entire operation is shady, disrespectful, and Ill-informed.

I ordered online tires for Tesla model S and they did a great job thanks to Yaumel! Yaumel is the guy to do the job on any low profile tires and expensive vehicles-if no for him, I would need to go somewhere else to do it.

Had an appointment for 1 pm. Dropped the car off at 12:55. They gave me a barcode to "track" my service that wasn't working during the entire time I was out and trying to figure out what is happening with my car. I came back at 3 and my car was still sitting at the parking lot. Had to scream at them to finally start it. And also they had to "double check" what exactly needed to be done, although the girl that accepted the vehicle wrote down everything completely when I got there....unbelievable!

I made an appointment to have new tires I bought from Walmart mounted and balanced. When I arrived the manager told me it would take one and a half hours. I went shopping to kill some time, and was gone for the hour and a half. When I got back they had not even started working on my car. The manager said they had walk in customers ahead of me.Why did he tell me it would be an hour and a half if he couldn't get it done in that time frame? Why do you take appointments if you don't intend to honor them? If they would have been honest I could have made other arrangements insted of waisting my time.

The employees are not helpful, very unorganized I walked in a rim to put a tire on it waited over 3 hours they seem to not care online says that they close at 7pm and they closing at 6pm. Very bad customer service here

I went to this Walmart to get an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot the tire rotation. The receipt said they checked the tire pressure. They didn't because one of the tires was 5 psi's below the rest. Poor customer service. If you decide to go to this location for a tire rotation, make sure you mark one of your tires, so you know was done.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

6 people,20 min wait in line to purchase a battery that I was going to install. A d the only reason I waited is because the battery is more reasonably priced at Walmart than advance auto. Same with the four star. Otherwise it would be a 2. And by the way that was with 2 cashiers

Arrived at 4:30 for someone to look at my tire . I was told that they only have 2 technicians because it was Friday and they were closing at 6pm instead of 7 pm posted Time. And had let the rest of the staff leave.

Do not trust these mechanics. They are loaded with false information and motivated to do quick and faulty work. Extensive wait times for what should take a fraction of the time. They may charge you for something that you didn't ask for, or come up with an excuse of why they could not do the original job. It's a luck of the draw whether you get a lazy mechanic. The saying 'you get what you pay for' is exacerbated here. Do you your self a favor and take your vehicle to real a mechanic. Expect any complaints to go right in the garbage. Customer service does not exist here.

Absolutely terrible. I had an appointment at 6pm for two new tires. I have one tire that is dangerous. Two nails and a laceration. They told me that I bought the wrong tires (We purchased them on the Walmart website and they were delivered to the store tuesday) the technician took the tires to switch them told me they were two inches too big and then put the original Tire back onto the rim. I looked over my order and I double confirmed with them that we ordered the right tire. Another employee went to the back and realized that they made a mistake and grabbed the wrong Tire. At this point the technician was upset and told me no he's not putting the correct tire on. They pulled my car up and handed me the keys and that was the end of it. I begged them to please put the proper Tire on it and that it wasn't my fault and they refused. I'm so disappointed because my car was unsafe and they did not care they just wanted to leave. This was not my fault, and they completely overlooked the proper tire and did not fix the mistake instead they left me to drive home in a dangerous condition. I'm so disappointed because I begged them to please just put the one tire on so that my car was safe. He said that it's time for him to go home and he was upset. And that was the end of it. Disappointed is an understatement.

The worst.. can i give negative? They cancelled my Saturday appt after arriving!! ..and then again on monday.. excuse: were just so busy.. so why provide appts???Went elsewhere after wasting 4 hrs. Of my life.

They NEVER answer the phone, they never have more than ONE tech available, its always a 3-4 hour wait and the reception staff always has a funky attitude. The discounted prices are not worth the abysmal service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.Service: TiresService: Tires

Seeing that they closed in 90 minutes, I called ahead and I was told to come in for an oil change. I drove 20 minutes and when I got there I had to sit in line for 15-20 minutes. Must of that time was watching the manager flirt with a female customer. One of the employees also humped ahead of everyone in line to pay for his good, ignoring the people behind him. After waiting I was told that despite what I was told on the phone, they were unable to schedule another oil change for the day. If they did, they might not be able to get out on time. He was sorry that he told me to come in but that's what they're supposed to do. Considering how unprofessional, rude, and lazy the manager was I can see why the rest of the staff acted the way that they did.

WARNING!!!!!!!The man who installed my 2 back tires did not even mount them correctly. I had to go somewhere else to correct them the next day. I talked to the manager the next day and all he said was sorry and never got back to me or said he would make sure the man who did my tires would learn how to install them correctly. Never going to Wal-Mart auto care again. I'll have to spend my precious time now trying to contract the Juliet Blvd store manager to tell them so this incometence stops .Service: Tires

Fantastic experience! I was a little worried when I read previous reviews, but my experience was excellent! We bought 4 new tires & had them installed. Friendly service staff, explained everything clearly & all done in about an hour. Great job to all!

7-6-23 at 4:36 , the cashier guy was rude and being lazy. Not helping me to get tires. Skips me in the line to check out his friend. Don t go here. Go to tire choice.

Bought battery and installed it myself after being told of 2 to 3 hour wait. 3 lines of cars being serviced, reasonable number of folks in the garage, fairly casual sense of urgency. Good price for battery, slow check out process, bi-lingual staff.

Literally I was first car this morning for oil change . I get a text an hour later saying they will be starting my car right now. The girl behind the counter greeted with a warm and welcoming "What" when I came to the register.. she had no interested in the job, me or anything but her cell phone. Way to keep the standards high Walmart!!
