The phone was never answered and I tried calling a couple times a day for three days. I wanted to schedule an appointment to get new tires. Ended up going somewhere else and I m glad I did, I got a really good deal.

I ordered the tire on Walmart online. When I found out the pick up day, I made an appointment online to have the tire mounted and balanced. On my appointment day I was checked in by a nice gentleman. Walmart proceeded to let me know the progress of the car and when it was ready. This tire center is wonderful! They even put my spare tire back in the spare tire cubby area. Nice and neat! Thank you Walmart Auto care center!

they tried to charge $16 for warranty without even asking if I wanted it. When I asked why I was being charged $16 per tire, when i refused the warranty They put an attitude on me and tried to lie to me about a mandatory warranty. Scammers

Kenneth went out of his way to fit me in at end of day. Even though he was visibility worn out from his long and busy day, he made sure to get my car in for flat repair so I could continue on my trip. Thank you Ken!Good thing I had added the road hazzard when I purchased these tires at walmart back home because it required replacement.. at no cost they put the new tire on.Exceptional service from excellent employees. The other walmart auto service some 10 or so miles away refused me service.. their excuses were obvious lies as the shop was void of customer or car..Thanks again Kenneth and Randy too! Keep those two guys happy their valuable.

Went to get a tire patched at 3:30 on a Saturday. Open till 7pm. Waited 30 minutes for service person to tell me the mechanics aren't doing anymore jobs after the one they are working on. Took a can of tire slime filled the tire added air myself. Fixed in a few minutes. Won't be going back there for anything.

Poor customer service from the start.... Theo could care less if we were there or not. He was helping another customer and I understood that....but no eye contact or "I''ll be with you in a minute" or anything'.As far as I can tell the oil change was fine. We never got notified the car was ready either.

HORRIBLE!!! When i got here 7:45am my car was the first one outside and they weren't working on any other car. Went through all the check in process with Jean while at it i asked him if they did headlight installation and he said no only repairs mind you repairs are $25 per vehicle and istallation is only $7.95 per light and i just needed one since i had my own bulb. It took them 2+ hrs to change my 2 front tires because is more the time that they waste talking, screaming and gossiping that actually working.They started working on my car at 10:00am. I went back to desk and asked the guy that was there at the moment which is one of the techs why i was told no installations are done in this locatiom and he looked confused and ended up telling me that Jean is not a tech thats why he didnt know about the installation, but he clearly knew to offer me the most expensive service while having a tablet on his hands with all the services they provide. This was my second time coming here and last. What a horrible service and experience

I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat trailer tire, trying to call all the local Walmart stores so my MiL wouldn't have to drive around looking for a tire to bring us. I was on the phone for over an hour with every extension just ringing and ringing. Only the pharmacy picked up but said they "couldn't" transfer my call to the auto department or the manager, we'd have to call the main line. Another person on the Covid-19 extension tried helping by getting me a direct number to the manager of one of the local stores, after I gently apologized for disturbing him because he was at a general line, and not local. He was sweet, but the number he gave me was for a vision center a hundred miles away. So, be warned that apparently the new MO of Walmart "customer service" is to not actually provide any of it.

I had a problem with battery and went to local Walmart auto shop. ( still under warranty). They said they didn t have the parts to take out the battery to test it and sent me on my way.It wasn t that they weren t able to help, its the lack of solution based customer service. They had just opened and I found it odd that they handled things so poorly and were very unprofessional

The autocare team is great. I've had tires for several cars changed here over the years. A budget minded person should shop in advance in app or online to be sure the tires they want will be in stock. If not in stock they transfer them to store very fast. Sometimes next day. And you still get a $67 tire. All the add-ons are standard for the tire market or cheaper. Most places now mount tire for free but have started charging for balance. Don't let it upset you. It's kinda standard now.Fyi.

I went yesterday to get new tires. After much back and forth, the manager told me I had to come back today. I left and came back today. A nice really nice guy (Fredenel) put my order in, but when it was time to pay, the assistant manager (not sure what his name was-he s a vet) tried to charge $16 for warranty without even asking if I wanted it. When I asked why I was being charged $16 per tire, he had an attitude. I ignored his attitude yesterday but today i couldn t understand why it was a problem to ask why I was being charged $64 extra. Eventually, he said there was a misunderstanding and we were asking different questions. Maybe if he gave me the chance to explain myself, he would understand what I was trying to ask. I didn t know questioning my bill when I am about to pay $300 was a sin. I should have read the reviews first. It clearly wasn t his first time trying to play smart with people s bill.Service: Tires

Went there this morning to get my daughter a tire on her car. The manager Juan told me $71. When the car was done the assistant manager rang me up and charged me $97. I told him I was quoted $71 plus tax. He added a $16 lifetime balance for the tire and I said I didn t need that and he said well the mounting is $14. I never heard of that ever that the quote didn t include the mounting of a tire. He was very rude about it and being a wise A s he said well there s a $1.50 state fee to throw away tire do you want to take it with you and I ll take that off! Staff needs to be trained for to properly communicate prices and attitude as well. Beware and ask for complete price if you go there.Service: Tires

Closing time on both online and even right outside of their entry say 7 PM. However, nobody wants to help you after 6 PM. Came in for a simple air valve repair on a tire that I had already taken off myself self, and they sent me away

My tire blew while I was driving across the alley. A road ranger helped me change it to the spare, but I still needed to replace the tire before I could finish the rest of my three hour drive home. Luckily, this Walmart Auto Center was right after I got off the alley. Thank goodness for Juan, the employee who helped me. I was quite a mess and started crying (your first blown tire in the middle of the highway is a very stressful experience), but he was able to help me figure out what I needed and got me in and out in under a half an hour.

I had a wonderful experience Jean was top notch and the gentleman at the register went above and beyond and my vehicle was ready much earlier than anticipated. Another wonderful experience with Jean and the technician Joseph.

The customer representative and the automotive both of them Estella and I forgot the gentleman's name whent above and beyond to try to see if they can find the backorder of the 4 tires that I bought from Walmart more than a month ago so I would say that you should be glad and happy that you have these employees .

Management at this Walmart are being cheated. Employees in the automotive service department are simply loafing. While I was there, several took multi hour lunch breaks. I left my van at 11:50 in the morning. Was told it should be done between 3 and 4:00. I watched as the service personnel did virtually nothing all afternoon. At 3:30, I complained to a counter person that my vehicle hadn t even been in the garage yet. They indicated they had no control over the service technicians. My vehicle was next but it would take at least an hour once they brought it in. The counter people didn t offer any assistance and in fact encouraged me to leave! Management of this Walmart either need to close this department or put someone in charge who has the authority to provide decent service.

Went in for an emergency tire problem, dropped it off at 12pm, got a phone call at 5pm saying that my car was ready.Got there they didn't do anything to the car because the screw was too tight?Cashier even asked me, what they were supposed to do to my car?? Really????Asked them for the tires itself so i can take them somewhere else and they took 45 min just to bring them in to the cashier, guys outside were too busy talking and laughing with eachother.Horrible experience.They have no idea what they're doing.

I should've known better and I should've read the reviews. If I could give it 0 star I would. Came for an oil change...told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Ok cool. Almost 3 HOURS LATER my car has bot been touched. I asked at the 2 hour mark to see what is going on and was told that someone was ahead of me and said it would take another hour...mind you the person ahead of me informed him the I was ahead of the person. Smh! 2 seconds later telling me it would take 10 minutes...if my car was on the ground, I would have left. Oh and still not done after 10min by the way. AVOID if you can or cancel your plans for the whole day to spend time there. Never again.

Amazing service, came in for oil change and the associates were very helpful and efficient (finished in less than 30 minutes). Special thanks to Juan Marante, he assisted me with everything I needed. Very friendly and great service overall.

GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT EVEN DECENT SERVICE. The entire staff was unhelpful. We needed a trailer tire - that we had just bought there - changed and the counter person acted like it would be a big imposition to do this. My husband was then going to do it himself and asked a guy (looked like a maybe the shop manager) to check the pressure on the new tire before he did so. The guy was standing right by the air hose but called to another guy who was already busy to do it. He himself just stood there. We waited several minutes but no one even looked our way again. We ended up returning the tire and going to another Walmart Tire Center about 6 miles down the road. The staff there was very helpful and the tires were $12 less! Also, in the short time we were at the first unhelpful tire center, we overheard that another customer had the wrong tires put on her car!

Service sticker was for a different vehicle, they flat out lied about checking the tire pressure, (claimed I had 32 psi when I actually had 80 psi. They did not bother to check it but marked it down anyway),. Engine started to knock within 30 miles. Coincidence? Brought it back and filed a claim. NEVER AGAIN! Please, do yourself and vehicular investment a favor and avoid this service location at all costs!PS: I was told that the machine sometimes prints the wrong mileage for next service due. If that were true, that is a pretty serious oops. It must also print the wrong oil weight used since my sticker does not match the paperwork. I feel really bad for the person who received my sticker. They will be WAY over due for an oil change while my next service was due 5000 miles ago. So sad. Seriously, get it together, Walmart.

Ask for Wilson, one of the managers, or Jeff. Both are the nicest dudes. Yes, the work took a while to get done. And yes, paying for the service always takes time because there's nobody at check out when you need them. But Wilson made sure I left happy, or else, and Jeff handled my car with speed and care. I've been going to Golden Gates Tire kingdom for years, and they have truly terrible service. Compared to them, Wal-Mart rocks.

This place is a joke, but I guess there s not much you can expect out of a Walmart auto center. The managers the most useless excuse of a man, refused to help my family that was stranded across the state with a flat tire. When he said they wouldn t mount the tire they asked him if he could help pull the spare out, and he s so stupid he couldn t even locate the spare underneath and my 10 year old daughter had to show him where it was. And then he said there s no way to get the spare out without putting it on the lift which I can t do . Clearly the a*hole just didn t want to help. I guess there s a reason he s a Walmart mechanicService: Tires

Worst Jeff is not competent with his customer service skills and does not give a $h!+ about anyone. He personally looked at my truck and drove it to service bay and an hour later tells me he can t do the oil change because my dually truck is to big. Several other Walmart s have serviced my truck many times in the past. Lazy people who don t want to work. Just stay the f@k home...

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an auto shop. I only needed one tire and i was told to leave my old tire and they would call me within 2-3 hours. I dropped off the tire at 8am and came back at 12:00 and they did not have my tire ready. I waited another hour and was latter explained by one of the mechanics that the tire was out of stock and they notified the worker assisting me but he never called me or told me that. Worst experience ever.

Jeff went out of his way to address my warranty issue with a tire. He was overwhelmed with customers, but took time to listen, genuinely cared and I left with a very favorable attitude and sincere appreciation for he and his managers kindness and fairness in this dealing!

Let's face it...no one goes to Walmart for quality service, we go for low prices...my tech at this location seemed to be more qualified and professional than his "managers". Managers who could barely speak English with little motivation and no urgency..go here for the basics..oil change and tires...anything more you may want to drop off the keys and take a vacation. Thanks to my tech Vlandy for a new tire...here is to hoping someone will read this post and take action to benefit qualified personnel. .I will not name bash the so called "managers" here punching the time clock day after day.
