I highly recommend VOIGT'S AUTO AND TRUCK CENTER at Bayview and 41! I had my sunroof repaired here, and Tony did it right and then some! I will be doing business with VOIGT'S for years to come!

Taken several vehicles for various issues over the last few years. As an out of towner, there's concern some people might try to take advantage of you but Tony and his team have always been accommodating, explanatory, and very fair with pricing. Nice folks, absolutely recommend!

Inherited an old dodge ram pick up truck. I got it started and the water pump was leaking.Voights had good reviews so I dropped it off and asked Tony to repair, and also to look for any other problems.They gave me an estimate, including a list of all the other issues they found with the truck.They were ontime and price. Tony was very pleasant to deal with, in person and on the phone, as was the receptionist.The next day our daughter drove the truck to Greensboro NC, it made the trip with absolutely no issues. I will definitely use voights again, and recommend to everyone for quality work, price, and customer satisfaction. Five Stars well deserved!

Great service as they were able to take my truck in right away with me dropping off that night after hours and quickly fixed the problem. The shop was very clean and organized, and to me when the office area of a shop is kept that way you know that the service area is well maintained as well. Otherwise there is no way to stop it from being brought into the front area and the place looking like a mess.

Brought in motorhome on a Tuesday, had it back Wednesday morning, only put out one night. Tony said he would try and get us out asap and did. The work by Jason was A+. Tony & his staff take pride in keeping all of my European cars on the road.What impressed me the most was the level of transparency and honesty displayed by the team. Very condescending and impatient owner. Knows everything you know nothing.Funny, you drive the car, but the information you provide is worthless. Was charged for a tire sensor and it was never programmed properly this it doesn't work.Simply will never go back!

I am not one to write negative reviews but the unprofessional way in which Tony Voigt conducted himself cannot go unreported. My 2013 Highlander was towed in a couple of Tuesday mornings ago. He said he had time to look at it. It was completely dead. At the end of the day on Tues.and Wed. I called to get an update and there was no progress. He made it sound like he could not find the problem. On Thurs. he was no longer picking up the phone when I called so I went there to talk to him. I asked if he could have my car ready by 4 oclock on Fri. and he quickly said no way. He then informed me he was 2 people short. Only thing for me to do was have it towed out to another shop. Russell at New York 1 auto diagnosed a faulty alternator and fixed it on Friday. Tony's bill was 4 hundred dollars for a very short tow and a battery that I did not need. My car was never moved from where the tow truck left it in the parking lot. I urge you to think twice before taking your car to someone who thinks way too much of themselves.

This is a great shop and very professional. I had an issue with my air conditioning and had the unit replaced on a Saturday. Definitely recommend this shop. Great work!

Nice people from the Philly area. Car was ready on time and cost as promised. This was for 40,000 mile scheduled maint. There were 3 services. My cost was half that of the dealer. Fully satisfied - highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Excelente service and work. Quick efficient and honest. I was noted a price and told it would not go over. When I went to pickup my car it was less than what the gentleman had quoted. Jason Gonzalez has worked on my Range Rover and BMW, for years. He moved away during the pandemic, and I found out he moved back!What a relief!!! The owner Tony tried to tell me that my tires wore completely out in 4 months because they were old! My mercedes s550 had 2 brand new tires and 2 older ones with 80 percent tread left. Massive cupping on inside edge of tires within just 6000 miles Goodyear F1s are wasted! Funny because the ones i took off before alignment were evenly worn. I owned and operated Lee Counties largest independent Mercedes service and repair shop for 25 years. Cape Coral Automotive. Poor alignment wore out the tires period! Old or new wear the same!Service: Wheel alignment

We have been doing business there since Tony SR. Was running the place and after his Son Took over. We have spent thousands there ! Went back to ask about some work he did and he yelled at my wife and was very nasty to her . He gave her a check and basically said cya ! Not very business like ! Bad attitude! Dropped my diesel Truck for diagnostiche said I need new motor he was not interested in the repair , he can t warranty major repair on very old truck it is ok and understandable . No official print of the diagnostic was giving even though I asked for it . He wrote the faulty injectors on the receipt ! how about the coolant pressure number ? How about codes and glow plugs ? $179 dollars to tell my engine is old and need replacing .

My work truck lost steering and had to be towed into Voigt's Service Center on Sunday. Tony and his crew went above and beyond to get the correct parts and get my truck repaired so I could get back to work in a timely manner. They're honest, fair and they care! A very pleasant experience and an awesome family run business. Thanks everyone!

We at Jensen had used many other shops over the past year.We have had problems with all of them. Since we moved to Voits four months ago their service has been impeccable Drew and Billy and their team always performs exemplary.jobs are done on time on budget and done right the first time. No one likes to have to take their car in for repairs, especially unexpected ones, but I have to say that each and every time I have had to, Voigt's has treated me very well! They always call us with updates and give estimates on the work needed, which often times when I get there to pay for it my bill comes up less than I was originally told, which is a bonus! They get the work done fast and get it done right the first time! Tony and his crew are top-notch. You can't go wrong with going to Voigt's Service Center!

After checking with several local shops to set an appointment and get a price on an oil change, I called Voigt's and I am glad I did. They hooked me up with a great price on full synthetic oil for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I showed up they got right to work, their customer waiting area is very comfortable with a TV and plenty of magazines to read. I will definitly be back with my vehicles when they need work done. Friendly staff, great work and fair prices.

Voigt's is by far the most reliable, efficient and reasonable automotive repair shop on the east coast of the United States. Their waiting room rivals any dealership for cleanliness and amenities. Their personal commitment to their customer and their customers vehicle is unsurpassed and exceeds all expectations. Five years ago, we sought out a local repair center when we were faced with expensive estimates, we found Voigt's and have never been happier. Tony was able to detect a problem that had been elusive to a large automotive dealer in the Northeast - he is the "ultimate professional expert"!

This is best place in Naples. My company takes our fleet vehicles for maintenance and any repairs. This shop also has great diesel mechanics. Recently a complete engine replacement on my diesel. At this point I'm very pleased. I went in for brakes and was told I didn't need them. Considering my Ford Explorer has 95,000 miles that's simply amazing. I'm about to set a world's record for Ford brakes.Since I didn't need brakes I opted to catch up on my routine maintenance. I got all new spark plugs and spark plug wires. I also had the brake fluid and coolant replaced. The total bill was $516. That's more than reasonable.The car was done on time, the people were nice and they gave me a free donut. What more could a customer ask for?

My friend recommended Voigt's to me for an oil change. But then a pipe fell off my car and I had it towed to Voigt's. Tony was very accommodating, even checked my brakes and A/C and got everything up and running same day and the price was more than reasonable! I definitely recommend them!

Just took the truck in for a power window regulator, oil change, and freon for the AC. They were professional, quick, and fair. I have taken all 3 of our cars there for the past few years and have never been given a reason to take them elsewhere. The mechanics are honest (I know what I'm talking about when it comes to cars) and will tell you what you need now, what is good, and what you might think about fixing in the next few months or miles. I would send anyone here for good, reliable, honest auto service.
