Thank you Jean and your Team! I waited 40 minutes to get in and they took another person in before me that came about 15 minutes after me. It was frustrating and I expressed that to Jean he was kind and listened and apologized for the error. He proceeded to assist and guide his Team which were efficient and did a great job! I appreciate the kindness and customer care and would definitely come back! 5-star service!

They always do a great job at this location. They are a trusted place to come to to have your car taking care of!I started coming here several years ago-literally I drove here from Quick Lane after having an oil change there because my brand new car drove and sounded worse than when I had pulled it in for the oil change, not for the first time. When I arrived here at Valvoline Instant Oil Change they pulled out the dipstick and the oil was pitch black and they showed it to me. They asked when the last time I had an oil change was. I pointed to the Quick Lane sticker on my windshield and showed them I had just had one.I'm really glad that I found Valvoline instant oil change. Did you know that after your oil change they pull out the dipstick in front of you and show you so you can see how the oil looks? It's great!I was just so happy to find people who are honest and a company that's honest. Sadly, I had to switch to the dealership because the dealership didn't want to fix something on my car since I hadn't been coming there for my oil changes. Wow and not in a good way. My temper was close to boiling over with that one. And now I'm glad to be able to come back here. No matter who the staff is, they always take good care of you. The battery the staff here at this location put in my car several years ago was the best battery I have ever had in this car. The staff here make recommendations for your car and they listen to you when you describe what's going on with your car. For example, just a few months ago I got an oil change at the dealership and they told me that my cabin air filter was just fine and that none of my air filters needed to be changed. I knew that wasn't right since as soon as I got into my car I started coughing so I knew the carbon air filter needed to be changed, probably for sometime now. When I pulled up two weeks ago to get an oil change at this location at Valvoline instant oil change, the men were kind and they pulled the cabin filter out of the glove compartment and the filter hasn't been changed in forever. It was so dirty and dark. They said this really needs to be changed. I was so happy to have them change it for me. They never do a bad job, even when it's at the end of a long day and they're closing soon.And do you know if you take the company survey after your visit, by email, they might give you a coupon for your next visit?! They did for me!!! They never try to get you to buy something you don't need. They always do a great job. Thank you!!They listen to you when you say there's something wrong with your car and then they help you. If they find something they show you, like that cabin air filter. And then they fix it. And that's wonderful!If I could give them 10 stars for review I would, so here's the extra five stars I couldn't give in the rating:

Overall it was great service and very nice people. Gave it 4 stars because they put air on one side of my tires but forgot the left side. However, I went back 3 days later and they made sure it was all good.

Highly recommend this Valvoline. This place never disappoints. The service is always superior! The service techs & mechanics are always pleasant, professional and very thorough. The building is always nice and clean. Very good vibes!

Buyer beware. I had my oil changed on a relatively new f150 a few days ago. When I pulled in, I was greeted by the manager who immediately started a sales pitch to upsell a very basic oil change. He claimed that my truck required full synthetic oil (a $25 upcharge on an already $100 oil change). For perspective, Ford Dealer Works service is only $80 and includes tire rotation and more. I declined, telling the manager that Ford states the truck requires a synthetic blend. The manager retorted that our (valvoline s) conventional oil is better than their (ford motorcraft s) full synthetic . Anyone who knows anything about oil would question this claim and why someone would say that. I also presented the manager with a $10 coupon which he said he would take off at the end of the service. That did not seem to happen. They also claimed that the oil change would last only 3,000 miles when ford states the oil change is good for 7,500 miles. In summary, if you choose to use this shop, come prepared with knowledge about your vehicle and be prepared to encounter low integrity upselling tactics. I will not be visiting them again.

Be very aware using this service , I suspect that folks giving 5 stars are not aware . Manager TOM will try to upsell in a snarky manner . windshield wipers for $49 dollars ( you can buy at Advance Auto Parts for $25 or less and they install them free) Cabin filter practically new but was told it had mold would repace and not charge labor with 10% off at $39 . Avaiable at auto parts Store for $17 to $19 . I understand making a profit but this is scamming . We need a consumer reporting checking this establishment out for its practices.

I really love Valvoline oil change and I will recommend it to anyone they are really nice people and they do a nice job of changing your arm your filters in anything else your light bulbs or anything else that you need they are great people

My daughter took her car to get a quick oil change on her 2 hour lunch break. It was first time @this company & had a awful experience. After the technicians guided her into the ditch they all scattered. After calling her brother & came to assist did staff come back to the car. After another 20mins later a very rude manager TOM came out & with the video trying to blame her. They didn t change the oil, & trying to charge her for the tow .. there is damage to the car & tire. Tom said he would call his manager to discuss options but instead he called a tow truck... 1800towsafe.com they are vultures tried to threaten to tow & impound at her expense even after we refused to consent to the tow. thankfully we already had police in route & tow truck left immediately. Unfortunately this is now a civil matter & disgusted with the treatment of a Naples resident supporting a local business.

While all the staff were friendly, Mario specifically went above and beyond in making sure I understood the information I was asking about and got me back on the road safely-oil, coolant, tire patch, rotation etc, thanks for the superior service!

11/22/2021 after the oil change we found lots of oil spots on our driveway and brought the car to our mechanic. Only to find out that Valvoline, 3570 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL did not put the oil filter on correctly. 2/6/2024 we gave them another chance and as soon as my husband came home we had oil spots on our driveway and he brought it back immediately. Only to find out, AGAIN, the oil filter was not put on correctly.

Would give this place 0 stars. Sold us a dead battery. Didn t last 4 days and wouldn t refund us our money! The worst. Do not trust this organization with your safety.

They put the battery wrong in my vehicle and ended up destroying everything electrical in my vehicle, no lights work.They even said I was good to go and safe to go and made me take off when the battery warning was on. My vehicle wasn t working after I took it on the road.manager said because I didn t have the original lights that they couldn t do anything what kind of excuse was that. Now it s costing my $1000+ to fix this problem that they cause.Will me reporting this and taking it to corporate.

It was a great experience to wait in a drive thru line to get my oil change!! I liked the experience because I had my kiddos with me!! What I didn t like is the outrageous price that I had to pay to get my oil change!! I wish the price was a little cheap, but other than that the guy did a phenomenal job changing my oil!! Thanks again!

Our Avis rental indicated we had low tires and no windshield fluid. Emmanuel had to put within each tire and filled our windshield fluid. HE WAS AWESOME!

Jean and his trainee (sorry, I cannot remember the young man's name) were friendly and attentive. I am a frequent flyer with this company. I can travel anywhere in the country and when I arrive I can seek out a valvoline and have my fluids topped and tires checked at no additional charge. A nice safety feature. I was afraid to not go to my dealer for an oil change, but decided to try them. I was impressed by their routine, team work, and professionalism. I didn't lose my car for hours like at the dealer and they didn't go fishing to find others things to work on like Hendrick's in Naples does. I have 179,000 miles on my 2012 Chevy Traverse. Next oil change will be there again.

I was on my lunch break trying to get my oil changed before I went on a road trip the following day. The guys there were super friendly understood my situation got me in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely go back

It s a great place to get an oil change and workers are friendly, but the last two time I ve gotten an oil change they have not tighten the bolts to my mudguard, causing it to scrape on the road while driving which is a safety hazard . So from here on out I will not be getting an oil change with them, and for anyone that does and that is reading this please make sure you tell them to tighten the bolts before you leave.Service: Oil change

I came at 6:29pm yesterday to do an AC recharge, there was about six men there and they denied me of the AC recharge stating that "they didn't have enough time because they close in 30 minutes." Prior to telling them that I wanted an AC recharge one man scanned my door and asked my mileage (assuming I was there for an oil change) he came back and said "You just got an oil change" I told him I know, I'm not here for that. he laughed in my face and said well what are you here for? This isn't the first time that I've been denied services from this Valvoline I think the men there are only trained to do oil changes if you're not there for an oil change then they don't want to do anything for you! The Boys do a great job on personal and company vehicles that my brother and I use. They are always courteous and display the parts they replace and the new oil in engine. If your car needs service I recommend here.

After trying 4 different places for an oil change I found this place. There were lines. About a 30in wait. They tryef to sell me a radiator Flushing, because it was black when they removed the lid. That was just the tank my antifreeze was new and I didn't need it besides that they did a good job
