Purchased custom tires, dropped shipping to Tuffys for installation. Gary was pleasant and helpful from initial contact before purchasing tires from a wholesale Internet distribution company. Eric inspected my car with recommended services, including an oil change. All completed with a basic alignment and friendly and helpful service.

Car troubles are tuff ! Getting the truth about your vehicles problems are even tougher,however if you want the truth and get your vehicle fixed right then check out the Tuffy that is located at 9401 Tamiami trail Naples FL.. We have had over 15 yrs of satisfaction. Also remember cheap car repairs are never worth it. Learning to maintain your vehicle is worth it..

By far my favorite tire / auto shop in Naples. Gone there a couple times for patches and flat tires. No matter how busy they are, they can ALWAYS accommodate you. Super quick and efficient workers!

Had a problem with my truck on the road ,pulled in and JACOB helped me out right away nice guy and very willing to help .they fixed me up and got me back where I was going .very honest mechanics aswel thanks Jacob and tuffy tire !!

Fantastic business! We were vacationing and had a fast leaking tire. Gary the manager was VERY compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I seldom leave reviews, but Gary treated us wonderfully he and his staff got us in, fixed the tire (reasonably priced) and got us back on the road quickly. Not exceptional customer service, but they did see me very quickly to evaluate my leaking tire. The guy was accommodating but would not look me in the eye. I ended up needing a complete tire replacement. Overall decent service.

Awesome help in getting my care new tires quickly. I had a bad flat on Saturday late in the afternoon, and they ordered and replaced my tires Monday. They had a car for sale. Came down from cape coral... they lied about everything. Said cold ac... it wasn't. Said tires where good... nope they where not only bald but dry rotted. Paint and everything was not as described. If your dishonest about a car... your probably a dishonest mechanic also.

I came upon Tuffy's while looking for a place to get an oil change. Immediately upon entering I knew I had found the right place. Gary and his crew were friendly, professional and thorough in their inspection of my car and the completion of repairs. The waiting room is like an old fashioned small town meeting place- everyone knows one another and, soon, it's as if you known these people for years. My car was done quickly and off I went. Won t ever patronize this tuffy, previous management was good. New management terrible. Charged me extra for filter they had to go buy and labor on top of oil change price. Filter supposed to be included. Managers response was that s the price and was inflexible. Beware.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a tire emergency with a fast leak while traveling on US 41. Were luckyto make it to the Tuffy Center on 41. The manager and staff showed great concern and sense of urgency. They were polite and efficient. The workdone came with a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back for myfuture mechanical needs. Awesome experience!!

I have serviced all of my vehicles with them and have been 100% satisfied. The service manager Don always goes above and beyond his duties to make you feel at ease that your vehicle will be fixed and at a reasonable and fair price. He is one of a kind, he truly cares about his customers. The whole Tuffy's service team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service while being very professional at their jobs. All appointments have been handled in a timely fashion. The service and dedication each employee gives to their customers is unmatched by any other service center in Naples. They are truly committed to their customers.

I went to Tuffy tire and auto service because my air conditioning wasn t working. Prior to stopping in at Tuffy I stopped in at the auto clinic down the street and was turned away. Gary and Nery We re very accommodating and and immediately took my car into service. I was impressed with the customer service that I received and the professionalism of the staff. Nery and Gary were amazing! I will definitely return again.

While on vacation my AC went out. This shop did the work quickly and professionally. The price was well within what any other shoo would charge and came with a warranty. If you live in the area, make it your shop. If just traveling through and need service, make it your shop!!

The 2 salesmen at this Tuffy are wonderful! They are honest and give excellent customer service. I have tried taking my SUV to two different dealers, they had horrible service, no knowledge and were much more expensive. The Tuffy guys exceeded my expectations by far. I really appreciate all they have done for me and will definitely recommend them. Thank you!

What a great place to get your car done! They do it as fast as an oil change can be done In a high quality service! They also made sure that my vehicle was safe and told me what I needed to replace to make my cars life overall in good health! High recommend this place to you if you are in a hurry! Took me 30 - 40 mins! Not bad! I have waited almost 2 hours anywhere else due to excessive wait times! Going in the morning at Tuffy ensures a quick oil change replacement and you can watch the entire service being done if you choose to do so!

I went to my dealership to see why my AC wasn t cold. They tried to tell me it was $200 to diagnose it which is by draining the whole system and putting more Freon in it. Oh, and the diagnosis was 2 hours long.I called Tuffy, they took me right away. In 20 minutes they fixed my problem.Friendly service, efficient and quick! I ll be going here until further notice.UPDATE: went back and had another great experience. Such great customer service! If I could I d add another star to my review.

I had a nail in my tires and needed immediate assistance. The manager helped me immediately, didn't want to sell me a new tire. Explained everything well. Communicate with me during the whole process and kept me posted. After the work was done he picked me up from work to my car and everything was done quickly and stress free. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

I had just rented a car the day before, and my warning light for low tire air pressure came on. I drove to Tuffy Tire and Auto Service and received 5 star service. Gary not only assisted me immediately, but also checked all the tire pressures and checked the first one for any leaks. The store manager, Nery, also made me feel welcome by greeting me at the desk. Gary was my Hero today and I highly recommend this Center for auto service.

I have used Tuffy's Naples many times over the years. Gary and his crew are 100% professional and do great work at fantastic prices. The do not oversell and in fact, recently, they suggested I consider the long-term plan for the vehicle when considering expensive repairs. I trust Gary and the crew like no others. Period.
