So this morning I get to work an find that my tire had a screw in it and was going flat. I threw the spare on it an drove down the street to tire one where they took great care of me! Took the tire in right away an patched it for me. Also mounted it back on the car for me at a price of 40. I was probably only there for about 30 minutes! Very timely and professional these guys are! They will take care of you! I will definitely visit again for any tire issues that may arise. Thank you!!!

I cannot believe the service, price and quality I received from Tire One. I went here for a second opinion on my truck and they saved me SO much money. I found out that all I really needed was a new set of tires. Thank you Tire One!!

after driving around to three tire shops/mechanics for a nail in my tire, they were able to patch my tire for me. I was in and out! reasonable patch price too

Got a flat fixed in 30 minutes. Was able to call ahead and they squeezed me in. Was able to keep all of my other appointments that day, really helped me out.

Danny was amazing! Went for four tires and alignment. Had me done in a little over an hour. Checked brakes and fluids at no additional cost. I will be back.Thanks again tire one

Called about a simple lift kit install and was told yes, no problem, come by and let me see the truck . Drove the 30 minute ride to the shop to be told I would be called back with a price in a couple hours. Girl in the office texted me asking what lift kit brand it was but no response after that, even after I checked back later that afternoon to the same number. Phone calls are easy to make, even if it s we can t or don t want to do it. Whole lot more respectable as a business than just not responding to a potential customer. Don t waste your time because they obviously don t care about it.

Second Update - So I called to get the refund and the lady just asked for the information - last four of Card, phone, email - and said they would refund the charge. Thank you. To avoid this in the future, your shop guy should be able to send folks on their way at no charge if they just check something. They were prompt, but when I asked him what I owed, he just said to go up to the office and ask. The lady in the office had NO COMMUNICATION with the guys in the shop and charged me $25 like it was a standard charge for walking in the door. Hopefully this feedback helps avoid similar problems in the future. I know shop rates are pushing $150 an hour and everybody needs to get paid, but goodwill creates business. Love you guys for addressing the issue and changed review to 5 stars. Congratulations on being a veteran owned business.Update - Tire Kingdom checked the TPMS/Tire Pressure Monitoring System and calibrated it for free while Tire One charged us $25 and didnt even calibrate the TPMS. None of the sensors are bad but Tire One wanted us to order new sensors. Take your business to Tire Kingdom. Original review: We had tire pressure sensors acting up and Tire One was the closest shop so we drove in. They were prompt about checking the tires and sensors. Good news was tires were all good, but at least two and probably three sensors are bad ... some reading high and some reading low. Only negative was it seemed pricey at $25 just to check tire inflation and sensors. Maybe I'm spoiled because I had tire problems in Salt Lake City, and they checked and repaired the tire for free.

They were they first tire shop that answered, amongst 3 or 4 others that i called. Ana or Anna was kind and very helpful when she answered, the work was fast and didn t hurt my wallet, compared to a few other places. Great business overall.

What a truly exceptional experience. The owner was very honest and transparent with fees and timing. I got a nail in my tire and tire one ordered a new one and replaced it all within the same day. I just wish we found these guys sooner, fair pricing and friendly staff. We will definitely be going back whenever needed.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. I had a screw in one of my tires. Arrived around 8am and was out in less than 30 minutes. The owner, Phillip is awesome.Recommended! THANK YOU TIRE ONE.

Was referred to them by a family member. They did my alignment mounted and balanced my new tires that I purchased else where. They did a great job on my tacoma and had me back on the road when they said they would. The new owners are great. Thank you guys for a great experience. I'll be back in for future business.

Previous owner would NEVER put a spare tire in the back of the vehicle instead of returning it where it belongs AFTER charging more than $50 to mount a tire!! Only aired up the tire to 32lbs of pressure instead of 36. Stay far away from here if you want a positive experience!

Went in there January 12th to schedule and Oil change. schedule for my car to come in January 13th at 1 o clock. Ask to make sure my car was going to be worked on and done same day because if not i would of taken my car else where. January 13th arrives I take my car there and drop it off an hour BEFORE it was scheduled to even be worked on. asked again clearly if my car was going to be done today and was told yes wasnt going to be a problem to come pick it up at 3. I then get there at 3 o clock, and i get told to bring it back Monday or Tuesday that my car wasnt even worked on..... Extremely Unprofessional especially after asking multiple times if my cars was going to be done.. If you need your car back same day for something as simple as an oil change take your car somewhere.

Apparently this guy s time is way more valuable than mine. I had an appointment with a local tire retailer for an alignment at 7:00 this morning. The idea was get the first appointment and wait and just get it done. My mechanic ( who doesn t do alignments) said to call Tire One, gave me a recommendation that I do it there instead. So, I cancelled my appointment with the other place. I called Tire One last week, asked for the first appointment today, explained that I wanted to wait. The person I spoke to was responsive, took my information, told me to be there at 8:30 and said he d get it done. I don t have many days off and I felt confident that this would be handled. No such luck. I was there at 8:30 this morning. I spent another 10 minutes watching the guy open his shop. He then yelled over to me Are you dropping your car off? . I explained that I called last week, had a first appointment and planned to wait. He advised me that there were several cars that he was going to be working on before he got to mine. At that point I let him know I d be going somewhere else. Long story short, it s now 9:00. I should have just gone to Tire Kingdom. My alignment would be done and I d be less aggravated. I have lived in Naples for 25 years and plan to be here many more. Our family has 4 vehicles and proper treatment would have given this guy future business. He may do great work, but this experience was a total failure in customer service.

A few months ago I needed new tires in somewhat of a hurry for a road trip to the mountains of NC. No one else in the area could accommodate but Steve could and did. He's terrific, as a tire guy and as a person. Highly recommend!

Steve works on every car like it's his own. I've purchased tires here in the past at a very reasonable price. I recently had front end work done on my 7 series BMW for a lot less than other places would charge and I'm extremely happy with the work. Steve also comes highly recommended for front end work by my mechanic, Oscar, at Pro Auto Electric.

I had a nail in my tire. I brought it to Tire One. They fixed it and saved me the cost of a new tire. I was there about 15 mins and Tager couldn t have been more professional and friendly. Excellent.

Phil is courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I'll give him the keys and say..."Yeah...whatever." No price gouging here, either! Don't hesitate to call this guy.
