Eric did a great job helping me figure what my options were and I purchased two new tires and got a wheel alignment at a decent price. Very grateful they were open and attentive on a Sunday! Highly recommend!

Kenny and Eric at Golden Gate Pkwy are wonderful. Today went and bought 4 new tires left and the tires were humming and I turned around and they installed different tires no questions asked. Outstanding customer service. If anyone needs new tires go and see Kenny or Eric. Thank you both for 5 star service.

Picked up a screw in one of my tires. Came to Tire Kingdom, Golden Gate. Manager Eric promptly looked at vehicle and had it brought into a bay for qick repair. Great service on a Sunday morning. Will definitely return here for all my tire needs. Highly recommend.

Kenny went above and beyond while handling my Allstate Tire & Wheel claim. He was always cheerful & patient despite the long wait times for the claim adjuster.Price and quality of work was top notch.I will definitely come back for any automotive needs in the future.

I went to this location for the first time yesterday. I did not have an appointment but Kenny was able to look at my car right away. While I was waiting, I noticed a few other customers come in and be taken care of as well. Service was quick.Any time a technicianwalked in, they would acknowledge the customers with a smile. Thank you!

What a lifesaver! We got a flat tire out of nowhere, and it was too late to go anywhere or have the car towed. I was able to call this location, and ask if we could have it fixed the last hour before they close. They were extremely helpful, and said they would be waiting for us, while AAA helped.The moment we went in, both gentlemen at the desk and the technician were all welcoming. As expected, we weren't able to have it patched. But ended up having to get a new one, with several options. The service was extremely quick, they got us back on the road quickly. These are some courteous, professional people that are an asset to the company.Thanks for saving the day! (and night).

Had a flat tire during my second last day in Naples and had to drive back 1000 miles to my home state. The brand of the tire that had been installed in my SUV was not available until 2 days later. The gentleman in the front desk was able to put together an order for another tire brand and had the job done the same day. I'm writing this review from my home 1000 miles away. Incident happened on Wednesday, Tire replaced on Thursday.Thank You Sir!! I owe you this review.John

Eric has helped me twice this week in and out within minutes w big problems to me and apparently other places and it was a non issue in and out w a great price! Nice to finally see real customer service! Even at a real price! Thank god for this spot! And I work at a dealership! Just too simple fast and easy to deal with another place. Thanks Eric!

Eric was very helpful and checked my car out for free. My tire kept getting low but they didn t find a leak, he gave me a few solutions and let me decide for myself without trying to sell anything. Super friendly and really quick service! Will be coming back for any of my car needs.

I brought a company vehicle here to be serviced for an oil change/tire rotation. Kenny (who I believe to be the manager) was professional, attentive, and very well spoken. Kenny and his employees worked fast, diligently and efficiently and had my vehicle finished within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again Kenny!

Highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location !! The store manager "Kenny" offered to immediately take care of my tire problem. Kenny was a great spokesman for this business. He was polite, worked to understand the problem and assisted the workers with their assignments as they worked, making him a good leader. I'll bring my vehicle back for future service !!

Tire Kingdom was awesome! I m from out of town so didn t know who to trust when I had a nail in my tire. Luckily I called Tire Kingdom. They were fast, professional, polite, and had multiple tire options to choose from in stock. I can t wait for my next flat tire!

Had a nail in my tire. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Got my car in faster than any other place I called in naples and fixed my tire fast. Will definitely be coming back when it s time for my oil change.

Elvin is fantastic. My rental car got a flat and they sent me to the local Enterprise to pick up a new vehicle. They didn t have the size vehicle I needed, so they called Tire Kingdom and Elvin helped quickly patch the tire to the original vehicle and I was back on my way. Great Customer Service!!

I had a moderate tire leak unexpectedly so I googled the closest place and pulled into tire kingdom early Saturday morning. Their internet was down, so couldn t access customer information, stock, etc. Kenny really went above and beyond to get me taken care of, despite their tech issues that were out of his control. He took great care of me and got me in and out of there quickly - even though he had to dig through files the old fashioned way to see what tires were in stock. Thanks Kenny, I ll be back because of you!

Met with Elvin Lopez at the Golden Gate Parkway location. He was outstanding. He got me in right away and promptly plugged both rear tires that were losing air due to a nail puncture. Would highly recommend Alvin and Tire Kingdom.

i want to give a big shoutout to eric at tire kingdom on golden gate parkway, he saved the day. took a nail out of my tire and noticed my 2 front tires balding/replaced and i was in & out less than an hour! thats what you call amazing customer service on a Sunday!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! I would give this place a zero if I could. This is my first and last time coming. I went to tire kingdom on December 2, 2023. I spoke with one of the mechanics about getting my oil changed and asked him how much it would be. He told me that the max amount I would have to pay is 75 dollars and some change including tax. When everything is done I come back and another worker tells me that my total is about 100 dollars. I asked why if the guy previously told me the max amount was 75 and the lady then told me a lie to sort of shoo me away. Needless to say, I will NEVER be coming back.

I previously had a very poor opinion on this tire-kingdom, due to poor customer service. but it was my only option in a time crunch. But Josh inside was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to you. They never once tried to upsell me on anything and were very prompt. I would 1000% return.
