I ordered tires off Amazon and it offered to schedule installation at a few tire shops near my home. I chose this TireChoice because I knew where it was. The whole experience was seamless. They guys were so helpful and explained everything going on. I felt welcomed and comfortable with who was handling my car. I would absolutely use them again for any tire needs. I highly recommend!!!

NEALE WILSON is the heartbeat of Tire Choice. Very rare to find ethical competent management these days.Costco Tire referred me to Dealers Choice for wheel alignment after installing a new set of Michelin tires to replace the recent Goodyear ( ) from Walmart Tire a month ago.3 (THREE) visits to Dealers Choice and could not get my steering wheel aligned horizontally (3-9 O clock) when on highway.My friends suggested Tire Choice for alignment. Neale checked it and suggested we replace RH INNER CONTROL ARM.Voila ! My 2008 Rx350 rolls like a baller

Neale was great! Very responsive and helpful. No high pressure sales, I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Definitely will go back again for tires.

I called and scheduled an appointment and they got me in the same day. I was greeted when I walked in and they took my car back within a few minutes. I had just a small nail in my nearly new tire with a very slow leak, and they repaired it instead of trying to upsell me a new tire right away. It was a quick and easy appointment. I will be returning, as I seem to find every nail in the road when driving .

First off they lost one of my center caps (see pic) and of course they take no responsibility...Guys are dumb as a box of rocks...Ordered tired for my Tesla that I researched what sizes I could use.Got there and they made a big deal about the tires not being stock size. I was going from 265 to 285 in front and 285 to 295 in the back. This is a fairly minor size jump, especially in the back. They made a big deal saying how huge of a difference it was and its very minor.They put the fronts on and told me they rub, I said show me and he pointed to the upper control are area with about a inch of gap. He said it would rub when we lower it. I said I bet it wont and it didn't. Said it would rub when we turn the wheel, it didn't.After all 4 were on he said he can only turn the wheel a little and they rub. Said we need to take them off and get different tires (a $450 mistake and days of waiting).I said I'm ok and will deal with it. I lowered the car as low as it goes, cut the wheel both directions and it never touches anything! What the heck is he talking about?...Wasted 4 hours dealing with this nonsese and the next morning I come out and the center cap is gone. Common rookie move he broke the center cap and stuck it back on there.These guys are clueless...

DANGER! My friend brought her car there last week for an oil change. She drove it off site and moments later her engine went on fire. Tire choice failed to put the cap back on and the oil went everywhere.

Buyer Beware... very high markup on oil price. Recently needed my oil changed on a Sunday morning and this location was the only one with an available appointment. They charged a 200% markup on the OW-20 which retails at $30 for five quarts, plus $10 for the oil filter. Total price was $127 whereas Goodyear in the past only had a 50% markup on the oil, no charge for the filter and gave a $15 coupon... for a total price of $70. Lesson learned.Also, Tire Choice refused to do the free tire rotation because my tires had "dry rot" and they recommended all four be replaced for $900 (of course). My tires are absolutely fine. Tire Choice lost a good customer.

0 stars. I brought my car in on Friday after damaging the rim and tire. And after an hour of looking at the car, they tell me what i already know. And then the guy tries to tell me i need 4 new tires and new rear brakes with everything else and it would cost 1700 dollars. His reasoning for 4 new tires is because it would look odd. I didnt need 4 new tires. I just needed a new rim, one tire, and an alignment. He says he needs to order the parts, which was odd to me because what tire shop doesnt have tire parts. So he said it will be done the next day which was Saturday. Okay fine so i wait the next day for a phone call saying its done. No phone call. So i call on Sunday asking if its done. He says no because his dealer screwed him over and couldnt get the parts but it will be done on Monday. Okay it wouldve been nice to know on Saturday so i can make arrangements to get to work on Monday. So again i call on Monday asking if its done because it was already 2 p.m. and the guy who answered said no it will be done by the afternoon and hung up on me. Well since it was already 2 p.m. i assumed it wouldnt be done by the end of the day. Around 5:30 they call saying its done. So we drive 40 minutes *this place was the closest to my job and i could easily get there on a semi flat tire. If i couldve chosen where to go i wouldve gone to Tire Choice in Estero. So much better and nicer and never had to leave my car over night* and we get there, we pay and i start to drive home. Thats when i notice my passenger seat and everything on it is soaking wet. Dripping wet. And thats when i look around and my dashboard, door, back floor and front floor is also soaking wet. So i turn around to drive back and complain. The guy says sorry and will pay if i decide to get it detailed *which i am because everything is ruined*. But thats it. No sympathy. They left my window open during a storm. And when i got in the car at the beginning, the window wipers were on full blast so they were driving in it while it was storming. With the window down. Ruined everything i had on the passenger seat. So along with the rude customer service, they have no respect for others personal stuff. Didnt care that they ruined my passenger side of the car. Never going there again.. well only to give them my receipt so they can pay to clean my car.

Great service, they did my brakes, balanced my new tires and fixed one of my rotors. Super profesional I will recommended this shop. I drop off my car and they called me when it was ready. More than 5 stars!

Everyone here is amazing to work with. Coming from a terrible experience at a competitor, Neal and the team handled everything above and beyond for me. Not only were they extremely fast from diagnostics to estimate to scheduling a repair, they kept me up to speed on each step of the process. Will never take my car anywhere else!

The corporation I work for has a contract with tire choice and I went in to get a tire replaced and one of the employees made a rude comment about the company that pays them to service our vehicles. Really unprofessional

Horrible experience, they scratched all the rims. They said they will be carefully and they were not, they left the rim on the floor. Didn t put enough the tires, lost the caps for the lug nuts. They left the grease all over the rims, and didn t clean them up. Sat there for almost 3h. When I called the store to speak the the manager I was told that they don t even have one.

This place is a total rip off. I took my car in to get my brake pads changed. After picking up my car there was no difference in the pads as the brakes were still screeching. The braking performance was also still the same. Now I'm out $300 and same old brake pads that still need to be replaced. I'm so sick of being ripped off by scammers. I hope this place goes out of business! I'll never go back.

I come to Tire Choice because I have their Credit Card with interest free options but now because of Neale and Jose caring so much about my safety and the condition of my vehicle, I will be coming back to this location due to their customer service. I highly recommend Tire Choice for your auto repair / maintenance needs. After a really bad experience with another shop. I worked with Carlos S. over the phone who was polite, knowledgeable and worked up the estimates. Rudy, the manager is so kind and worked directly with my warranty company. They had my vehicle in and out, with an oil change and fluids topped off, within a day. we had excellent service. We ll definitely use Tire Choice again!

I am a on the go mother, and my tine is challenged. I felt like the entire team took that into consideration. The experience from beginning to end made me feel like a valued customer. The staff was respectful and police. The professionalism the staff showed to all guest at the tine, shows the great leadership and training that must go into that store. I will recommend highly to others you have found yourself a loyal guest, just because the way that I was treated. My vehicle they worked on like it belonged to your team . A really terrific business! Great staff, who are warm, obviously caring, and have tremendous expertise. I would trust them with anything! Expedient repairs, and with frequent updates. Prices are very reasonable, from service on my car to tires.Always a fabulous experience when we go to Tire Choice! Many thanks!

The Manager Andrew and his Staff are absolutely fabulous. Andrew went above and beyond to help fix a mistake that they did not do and Rick Johnson did. I will forever bring my Car to them every time it needs service. If you want trustworthy people working on your car than this is the place you want to go.

Once again! Never a dissatisfied, disappointed customer, great staff! Very courteous, professional, helpful, list goes on... Kudo's to all of the staff! Booking new brakes for my car soon, pretty sure due to previous experiences that I and my wife will be treated with respect and professionalism! I was born and raised in Naples FL. About two weeks ago I took my vehicle in for a synthetic blend oil change like I normally do. The guys at the shop noticed a nail in my tire that I was not aware of. Luckily they found it because I was planning to go out of town just a couple of days later. They gave me a good deal on a tire replacement as well as the oil change together. Appreciate them finding an issue before I realized the hard way, and offered a fair price to resolve it that same day. I have continued going to this shop because of their fair prices, honesty, and customer service...and will continue to do so as long as they hold up their end of the bargain. Very satisfied customer.

Best car mechanic that you could ever ask for! The manager Andrew goes out of his way to help his customers. I will never take either of my cars elsewhere. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Andrew is our favorite!! Always working out deals and going out of the way to help people out. Both of our cars always come out of the shop working better than ever! Thank you!! I really like coming to this shop because they're friendly, professional and do great work. They're efficient time-wise, and seem to know their stuff. I currently have my mother's and my own car serviced here, and the repairs or oil changes or tire services have always been reasonable and without issue.I would be more than happy to refer my friends to the shop, Tire Choice on Livingston and Pine Ridge Rd.
