Tony and the team did a great job with alignment and replaced 2 tires damaged from poor alignment. I was so grateful for the prompt service and getting the custom tires so quickly.I felt comfortable taking my car on a trip of several thousand miles after the work was performed and they made me feel confident about it.

Great experience. Representative was very helpful in figuring out tires that met our needs. He was knowledgeable and ensured our tires were available on date scheduled for install. Work was completed as promised and on-time. Tires have been performing as represented. Very satisfied.

I had a great experience having my Ford Expedition serviced at this location. Balance, rotate, oil change & battery test in less than 90mins. Truck had new tires mounted at local shop about 45days ago but started having road vibration at different speeds. Now smooth as silk. Tony (the manager) is easy to work with & the staff was friendly. Recommended.

They stole from my wife and did not perform the service that was over paid for. Sent them 4 tires from tire rack installation costs are pre-negotiated, they told her that did not cover everything. I spoke with the manager who said to me no need to call anyone we can work this out. How many times a day is this said to a customer? I spoke to Tirerack and the told me that I would be contacted and have not been. 3 months later the rear passenger tire is completely bald on the inside and all the other tires are exhibiting normal wear. Stay cleat of this location.

I mounted my own tires and brought them here to be balanced. Price was cheaper than I expected and the staff was phenomenal. Will be a returning customer.

I shared my concerns with the tech regarding shops over tightening my lug nuts, he informed me that he always tighten them according to manufacturers specifications. I then watched him using a torque wrench on every wheel tightening by hand. That care and attention earned him $10 tip to replace two tires for me!

Tony is the best! He was so kind and helpful! I got a nail in my tire and he was able to get the tire I needed and installed very timely. I drive a Tesla and he knew exactly what to do and even had Tesla pucks! Great service! Thank you!

Excellent service at fair prices.My car needed a new battery. I called for a next-day appointment. I asked for some leeway with the time, because I had to call roadside service to get my car moving and wasn t sure when I d arrive.All their service bays were full when I showed up. They still got me out of there and back on the road in 60 minutes.I ve gone to them for tires, too. I ll try an oil change next.They provide a pleasant, no-surprises customer experience for your car s frequent service needs. Five stars.

I had a great experience at Tire Choice. I left my truck overnight due to a tire issue. The next morning the Store Manager Jaime, reached out to me told he would take care of it he was very responsive and communicated with me well. He honored his word and the work of his staff! Being from out of town this was a flip of the coin, but it was definitely a great choice. He put himself in my shoes and made the whole process very easy!! Any hiccup he was willing to help! I will definitely recommend this Tire Choice to anyone!! Thanks again

Most excellent experience! Mechanics were exceptional and the sales staff were spectacular! Great prices on tires and brakes! I love the fact these guys looked for possible mechanical failures and brought to my attention a few necessary repairs.Highly recommend.

The manager, Jamie, was extremely helpful. I am not from Naples which means I will likely never go to that location for service again, but if Jamie worked for a company here in Pittsburgh, PA, I would be a loyal customer because of his thorough approach to getting my car serviced beyond my expectations. If your organization rewards employees for outstanding customer service, I nominate him with question.

I had a flat tire on a rental vehicle on a Sunday evening. I walked in at 7:30am Monday morning -they worked my vehicle in right away, and fixed the tire. The front desk employee was SUPER professional and polite. I am so glad I found this great tire place to get me going on my vacation again without much time lost.

I took my work truck in after breaking down on I 75. Although it was late afternoon on a Sat, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to thank Gabriel and the rest of the staff for your excellent customer service.

They do have very good service and good prices, I took my truck for an oil change and tire alignment, I have to come back because they didn't do well the alignment at the first time, in the second time they fixed but as we can see, they didn't give a **** about clean up or wear gloves which is sad because we still under covid 19 pandemic risk and they leave greasy prints everywhere, on my experience I'll never come back to that specific place ever again.

Highly recommend this Tire Choice location! Easy to business with from the time I scheduled the appointment until checkout. Good communication throughout the process. They also do more than just tires. I ll be back!

Wife called for a price for brakes, said it was best they could do. Told them we were going to get other prices so they offered $50 off and said it s the best they could do. Told them we had another offer for $400 cheaper and magically they were able to match it. Service was fine other than them not being completed when they said they would be.

Exceptional customer service for a customer down on her luck!Came in for an alignment and tragically realized that the two new tires that I had just put on my vehicle had wore out completely down to the wires on the inside of the tires! I had steering work and brand new tires put on the vehicle 2 weeks prior and in just that short amount of time it ate up both of those two new tires!Very short on cash the front staff and manager made it very affordable for me to have the alignment done as well as four new tires!You guys are complete life savers as I have kids in this car on a daily basis so it needs to stay a safe driving vehicle!Will be returning again with other vehicles!

I went here because of all the positive reviews. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and I mentioned an issue with my parking break. They were very nice and said they'll check it out. After an hour, I noticed a lot of people standing around and my car was just sitting in the garage. After they noticed me pacing, they finally changed the oil and told me all my tires are over 5 years old and they are rotting. I said that's not possible because I had a tire replaced two years ago. He then made it seem like my tires were going to blow at any moment. I saw red flags and said I'll get a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. One tire is two years old and has 6mm of tread. The other was from 2018 and had 4mm of tread.. Then they didn't even look at my car or talk to me about my concern with my parking break. I didn't bring it up because they were already lying to me. Probably the classic "younger woman in a car shop" scheme.

After driving to several other tire places who turned me away due to being short staffed. Gabriel was wonderful and took my car in right away! My tire was repaired very quickly. I will definitely be back!

I had a serious issue with my vehicle after a repair from forgotten bolts on my axel but after speaking with Niobel, he helped a lot and sent me a tow truck to bring my car to their shop. Elija was my mechanic & he made sure that every issue was fixed and explained it all to me in great detail. I appreciate the work from these two gentlemen today. THANK YOU

Highly recommend!!!! I had a tire completely shred on me. These guys stayed open for almost 2 hours after closing to help me and my family! The team was very professional and extremely kind to my kids and I! You will not go wrong by choosing them to service your car needs. Thank-you a thousand times to the manager! Your awesome!

Quick and efficient. But the tech replacing my tires lost one of my expensive irreplaceable Euro brand tire nozzle caps and replaced with a cheap black plastic one and never said a word. I left a $10 tip to boot. Wish I knew while there so I urge him to look harder.
