I just left this location! I have never been so shocked and disappointed by this business and its employees. I arrived for the first time there because I could not find my initial location for a business called the garage auto & and care, so I asked about their oil change. A Cuban person was quick to respond in Spanish not knowing I did not speak English and as I was showing him a coupon I received in tha mail for an synthetic oil change for $63.95 he immediately replied its $125. 0 customer service 0 care 0 empathy to me asking for help. Just $125 with an attitude. Will never stop by and get service by any of these locations. As soon as I found my initial location, i was treated immensely better with kindness and respect toward my needs, unlike your business.

$160 for alignment. Garage auto tire next door (12525 Collier blvd) is $90. Charged me $13 shop fees on top when it was just an alignment. They also said needed rotation before they do alignment. Brand new tires installed the day prior. Told them just alignment. Won't be going back after so many years of taking vehicle there.

I went in for an alignment and the mechanic beat the steering control arm to loosen and broke it. Then the store Manager Niobel Mendez wanted to charge me $350 to buy a new one. I called Corporate and they apologized. This auto repair is a rip off scam and are not true mechanics.

Staff super rude. My car was broken down and i had it towed there bc they told me they had a mechanic. Then they told me they couldn t fix the problem there because they didn t work on transmissions which like okay fine if you can t do that you can t do that. But he wouldn t even let us leave the car there over night just because they weren t working on it. I had nowhere to take my car now I have to get it towed again. I m a young teenage girl I really could ve used some help here. What a jerk

Sat there for an hour waiting while my truck was on the lift, watching everyone sit around talking. Finally went out to see what was going on to be told the tire machine broke! Luckily no work was done on my truck and I was able to tell them (had to tell them 3 times) that I wanted my truck back and to get it off the lift. They could of at least said something instead of having me stand around waiting!

I brought my car in because it was overheating. It was discovered that the seal on the water pump had went bad and the pump needed to be replaced. Chris the manager and Jorge the mechanic are top notch. They got me back on the road in no time and I feel the price for the work was very fair. I'll definitely be back in the future!!

At 6:35 PM tire warning light came on on my dodge truck. I got out to inspect I found a nail in the middle of my tire. I googled tire repair. This place popped up even though they were closing they took my phone call and invited me to come down and now they re fixing my tire that is service I would highly recommend these guys they worked until the last minute of the shift. Marcus was awesome highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. Came here on a Saturday morning as a walk in for an oil change. I was helped by Nick Prado who was amazing to work with and went above and beyond. He did whatever he could to lower the cost of the services done. I left as a happy customer and will not hesitate to come here for future car maintenance/issues. Thanks Nick!

Thank you for saving the day Tire Choice! We experienced a tire blowout on Alligator Alley this past Saturday and limped into your shop on our spare. From our first phone call to Marcus who assured us you had our tire in stock, to the quick service, fair price and pulling out of your repair shop an hour later the entire experience was great. I have used this Tire Choice several times in the past without incident. More recently, March 2023 to be exact, I paid nearly $1300 for 4 new tires. I have had a couple issues with the installation of the tire since then. They replace the valve stem when installing new tires... and TPMS sensor is connected to the valve stem.. I have had my car 7 years with no issues... but now after this tire choice has worked on my car... my TPMS sensor is gone.. has Fallin off my car. Will they fix their mistake? No... they will tell you the part costs $85 plus installation to fix the problem they created. Anyways, Walmart sells all 4 sensors for $25 and will fix Tire Choices mistake for under $30... so, looks like the Walmart auto center is an upgrade from this garage. Go figure. Also, Walmart is only a couple miles from this place. Save your car and your peace and go somewhere else.

Daniel was the rudest unorganized person at the front desk. I called for an appointment and he told me to come in at a certain time. I come in and he said I didn t have an appointment . He then asked which number I called from and asked me to confirm my number in his caller I.D. I did that and showed him my number. He said I never talked to you about your appointment and that he is the only one answering phone calls . Then who s name is Daniel that I spoke with about my appointment? He gave me a hard time and made me wait until after the new service was about to start (the one who he gave my appointment to). I told him just to confess and make it right that he made a mistake and he refuses to. Customer service is important. I would fire him as a business owner. If he treats one customer bad, he s treated MANY.

Amazing staff ! Great service and honesty! Quick and no hustle. J was so nice, attentive, and professional! It s hard to find this type of service. The prices are great and installation also. Most importantly the honesty. If you are in the Naples area come here !! Don t waste time going anywhere else. I promise you will not be disappointed!Thank you guys for you re amazing service <3

After going to two different tire shops were I was turn down due to my after market wheels, I went to Tire Choice and Gabriel took care of me without hesitation, super friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend.

Quick and efficient. They were able to attend me quickly when I went in with a flat tire on my lunch break. They are very friendly and able to solve my other car issues on the spot as well.

They were awesome, fast and to the point when I came in for diagnostic (which ended up being free) I was able to get in the next morning. Above all, they were very affordable, and personally worked with me so I could keep my Jeep on the road, and I actually understood what was wrong. Totally recommend, as this may have actually been my first GOOD experience in getting my Jeep worked on.

Needed a new valve stem on a spare tire. Went to a different place where I had done lots of business and they said they were too busy to even let me leave it. Drove here and despite being busy they fixed it on the spot and didn t even charge me anything. Great service!

Hi, I am writing just to share with you guys my worse experience ever at TIRE CHOICE #1588 MV which is located at 4020 GREEN BLVD NAPLES, FL 34116. I went there today just for an oil change; as it is my favorite place to have services done in my car. Usually , oil change for my car costs me between 40 to 56 bucks as prices go up to mostly everything . When I first got in there I told him I want the same service same price as last time. He says yes as he sees it on the system. He is the one who charged me last time , too. He knows what I should pay for and type of oil my car use. DANYER OR DANIEL GOMEZ charged me today 69.99 just because he asked me to change the air filter and the all four tires , which I cannot afford today. I only had on my debit card $78 , that is all I had for today. He messed me up. On top of that, he said next time go to TIRE KINGDOM as that is where services are pretty cheap. He did not want me to look at the oil change menu( saying Go sit down sir), which is his own way to mess me up. He talked to me so harshly and he is so angry not only at me but also at other customers. If it were his own business, he would know how welcome customers, manage it very well as it is his own business. Worse case scenario was , he did not tell me ahead how much oil change would cost me until after he asked me to insert my debit card and I ended up seeing how much and I surprised. He did that by peer spitefulness. I would fire him if I were his manager. Tire choice needs to grow , we cannot let him destroy it.

I can say enough about the amazing service I received. After having a horrible experience at different tire store that I had been taking my vehicles to for almost 20 years. I walked in to Rick Johnson on Green Blvd and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Nick the store manager gave me a great deal on tires and had my truck done in no time. I was treated with respect and got great service from all the staff. I would recommend this Rick Jonson's location to anyone who wants great service and has a respectable staff. I will only take my vehicles to Rick Johnson's Green Blvd location for anything in the future.

Great prices, great service, and you get treated with respect! Nick is now the manager at this location and he is FABULOUS! I followed him from the Radio Road location because his customer service skills cannot be beat! My husband and I put a lot of miles on our cars for business so need oil changes monthly. These guys are on point. We make an appointment, they do not waste our time, get everything done with a smile and a great price every time! This is definitely the place to go in Golden Gate for your oil changes, tires and much much more! I 1000% without hesitation recommend this location. Under Nick's leadership this place will have lines out the door!

Do not go there if you value your time and money. First when I made the appointment I asked about the oil change special for 14.99 they said yea no problem.... when I got there it was magically increased to 25.99. I would have over looked this if the service was good. My appointment was for 9am. ... no problem.. I got there at 9:01... I was told 45 minutes... not happy but OK I ll wait why did I have appointment?... I didn t leave until 10:58. That s what got me upset. I have out of state tags maybe that s why they decided to screw me. 2 in state cars came in after me and left before me with the same service. The guy at the service counter had nothing to say except I m sorry. I am the General Manager in my business, I would have never treated a customer the way I was treated today. Naples residents be warned if you have non Florida tags beware they will take advantage of you! They don t seem to care, they have multiple locations, go elsewhere if you value your money and time.

Amazing people with excellent service!I drive an old 2003 Ford Focus, and ever since I moved to Naples I've been taking it here to get serviced. Both Jorge A. and Portia have helped me greatly in ensuring my safety and providing wonderful customer service.A shout out to Jorge Fuentes who helped fix my engine to where it feels like a brand new car!! Previous car shops had told me that rattling engines are "common in old cars", but little did I know that my engine parts were deteriorating and went undetected for 3 years until it was inspected here.Everything is fairly priced and staff will make sure you get the best deal possible. They are very thorough with their work and are very personable with customer satisfaction and safety when going back out on the road. These guys are the best!! :)

Tire Choice on Green Blvd. is OUTSTANDING !We take our cars for oil change there, but this time I needed new tires for my SUV. Manager took time to find very good brand tires for a very good price.Service was fast, office is clean and organized.Very polite and friendly staff.Very impressed !

I visited Tire Choice on Green Blvd. My mom told me to come here. Yes perfect place for a woman to go get her car fixed. They totally took care of me without trying to rob me. Portia at customer service was the best. I'm a true customer of Tire Choice. Thank u so much. I'm a single mother and on budget and they help me out so much.
