I would like to express my feedback about the service I received. I must start by stating that Shane provided excellent service. However, I was not satisfied with the work performed by the mechanics. Specifically, I observed that the tires were not installed correctly, caps were missing, rims were greasy, and the alignment was not properly done. As a result, I had to take my vehicle to another shop to have the alignment redone. This experience was frustrating, especially considering the cost of the service, which exceeded $1100. I would like to request a refund for the alignment service.

Slow leak in one tire the day before a trip. I called and was told to come in. They showed me the nail in the sidewall that couldn't be patched. They had a matching tire in the store, installed it, and I was on my way. I am very happy with the helpful and professional service.

I m not sure if the technicians were having a bad day or what exactly went wrong but my experience was horrible. Had appt. For oil change and waited for about 1/2 hr just to be checked in. After nearly one and a half hour, I was informed the technician lost the cover for my oil valve so he had to drive to the nearest auto parts shop to buy this part in order to complete the oil change. Another hour goes by, and I witnessed the frustration and disappointment of the customer service representative when he realized the technician had used the incorrect oil.In lieu of the challenges that I experienced, my oil service was comp. which was nice of them to do. Both the technician and representative profusely apologized for the inconveniences.

Went to get an oil exchange on my kiuh sport. Absolutely terrible! They put the wrong oil in my car and oil technitial John told me that this is negligible. Unbelievable!! Let s keep it professional Naples! Service man Anthony was helpful in calming down this fiasco! He even offered me a cigarette to calm my nerves. He told me in this industry you really have to pick you posion . I even overheard John say this district is going under and that i could save myself some money just doing the work by myself. I have been coming here for years and i hope this gets resolved!

Left Wiggins Beach and realized I had a nail in my tire. Not being familiar with the area, I headed toward 41 and figured I would find a tire place along the way. Little did I know, that I pass Tire Choice every time I go to the beach but never paid attention bc I never needed it. Pulled in and asked if they could take care of me. It was not problem, they explained it might be a short wait but still would take care of it. They gave me an upfront price and I was happy. I waited about an hour ( without an appointment , which I was okay with) and they fixed my tire. I had a 1300 mile journey to drive two days later and was a little worried about the patch. Well fast forward 1300 miles, I arrived safely and the tire patch held strong. They even check all of my other tires, when I mentioned I was driving a long distance a few days later. Good service, fair price and the team members were very courteous. I would go back for other tire needs, oil change and other services. Thanks

They are super professional, no schedule difficulties unlike the other tire shops nearby. They get the job done quick and easy. Jordan took care of my issue from start to end.

Jordan H and the young man with curly hair helped me immensely with my car, I can trust them whenever something comes up, they are very nice and I just drop off my car and let them do their thing I did not make an appointment but they still were able to squeeze me in which was also a plus

Never feel taken advantage of here and the price is always reasonable. This particular location is the best. Being open on the weekends is also super helpful as my only day off is a Sunday

I been a regular here quite a while , the whole team are amazing as they have been treating me and my car especially very well. Would recommend anyone to come here for all your maintenance need. I recently got rims and they fit them on perfect , cant thank them enough

Great experience! Have been working with Joe. I bought 2 new tires several weeks ago, and he promised me he'd hold the price for the next 2. Sure enough, even though the prices had gone up, he stuck to his word. Integrity is much appreciated!

Extremely disappointed with my service here. Went in with several fixes, was assured by Joe, the manager, that they were more than capable of making the necessary repairs. They ran into several problems when executing the repairs, through a combination of shoddy work and older equipment, which I was more than accepting about. Delays turned into my car being in the shop about two weeks.When I originally went to pick up the car, they had activated the emergency unbeknownst to me, which led to them having to replace the pads after my test drive.Upon second pickup, we noticed the interior door handle was cracked in two, broken. When we drove the 10 streets to our house the check engine light turned on, so we brought it back to the shop for more time without our car. They said it was just a sensor and they replaced it.The third pick-up I took the car home and after a test drive I noticed the check engine light on AGAIN!I decided to take it to get a second opinion and, low and behold, the "sensor" was related to the fixes tires choice had made, and had a second chance to fix.They offered to fix it for a FOURTH visit, but after everything that happened I decided to have someone else fix their mistake.I had returned, told them of the issue and asked for a refund only the part I had to have serviced again ( I think this was a pretty reasonable ask considering) and Joe had agreed. It is now multiple weeks and I still have not received my refund, while Joe passes the blame to "corporate".I will be reaching out to corporate myself to inform them of my dissatisfaction.I would encourage anyone thinking about having service here to go ANYWHERE else other than here.

Had two flat tires. Brought to this location. They looked at the damage and put up on the hoist. I found out that my tires were covered under warranty with Costco. They took the car down as I was able to drive it to Costco. They did this without charging me anything and were extremely helpful.Alex was amazing.

Great place here in Naples!! Not only great prices, but awesome customer service. Their oil change includes a tire rotation! I'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future car needs. Exceeded my expectations.Additional post:Came back again for another oil change. Great customer service. Chris is the best!! I'll definitely continue coming here for my car needs.

They receive three stars instead of four because I always review a business for their integrity. My family works too hard to not trust who we pay. When I called and asked for pick up drop off, they offer me the cost of my rideshare would be deducted from the bill instead. I paid without that agreement honored. However, they seem to have a decent business and look busy. I hope my brakes are 100% now.. This level of service for my family should be better for what we paid this business we never been to. My car needed talent, I forgive them but will not return.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and give you options to work with your time frame and budget. I got new tires for my VW egolf and they went above and beyond to special order them and contacted me immediately when they arrived.

I've had exceptional service twice so far at this Tire Choice - they are quick to respond and thorough in caring for my car. I recently took a long road trip and they made sure everything was in great working order before I hit the road. Ken, specifically, has made each visit a stellar experience! Highly recommend.

I figured I might have a slow leak in one of my tires, and finally saw a big screw stuck in it leaving Whole Foods. I immediately googled tire centers near me and found this one. I headed there right away. Walked in, explained to the young employee what was going on, he took a look at the tire, asked if I could wait an hour, as it would need a patch. 30 minutes later, and only $38 later, my tire is good as new.

Down from Tampa and was about to leave to go back and unexpectedly, needed new tires! Ernesto couldn t have been more kind, caring and helpful!! I had called 3 other tire shops and he was the most patient and informative, frankly the other 2 felt slimy! He did his best to help me find a discount and did the work in 70 minutes so we could check out if the hotel and head home! Definitely recommend Ernesto and his team, as generally this is my husbands role, and they made me feel confident in my decision!

Had a nail in tire. Happened twice b4 with same car. Local shop plugged it for about $15 bucks. I take it here this time, guy tells me the bad news I need 4 new tires. I tell them the tires still have 30,000 miles left. He says the real problem is they won t fix run flats. 4 new, not just 1!! Beware this place. Will cost you thousands$ when 15$ would do at local shop. Avoid, avoid avoid. Scam.

Josh Davis and Steven Feinaver provided excellent service. The showroom is clean and comfortable. The wait to repair my tire was reasonable given I just showed up without an appointment. The explanation of what was wrong with my tire was very thorough and understandable. I will be going back for additional service in the future.01/01/21 I went back recently for an oil change. I had an appointment this time. When I arrived they took the car right in and competed the oil change, rotated the tires, and their free inspection. The waiting area was still comfortable, spaced appropriately for social distancing, and clean. I'll be back.

My car dashboard said "tire pressure low" one morning so I looked for a place nearby in Naples and found Tire Choice. I called Steve, the manager, who told me to stop by and he would fit me in. I waited for about 45 minutes while one of his workers patched my tire and I was out the door for $38. It was a busy Monday yet Steve took the time to work me into the schedule. He was honest and took care of me professionally and cordially. And the business is clean (even the restroom!) and has a spacious waiting area and friendly workers. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My tire was slowly losing air. I called Mike on a Sunday morning at the store on 111th Ave in Naples and he told to come right in so they could inspect the tire.They took my car right away and a short time later repaired a puncture in the tire and gave me the screw that was embedded in the tire. The store manager, Mike, was very courteous and attentive and very professional. He was a true gentleman. It was a great experience dealing with him. I highly recommend this store if you have an automotive problem.Bob C.

Great service and fast turn around. I had a nail in a tire, and was in and out in 20 minutes, with 3 people ahead of me.One of the people ahead of me had been told by another shop that he needed to get his tires aligned. Mike checked the alignment and it was fine. Mike didn't try to charge him for a service he didn't need. Hard to find shops like this.

I showed up 5 minutes prior to closing and Steve went above and beyond to help me. I was just planning on ordering a tire and out of there before 7, but Steve tried to patch my tire, offered to let me drive his car, and stayed way over closing. Amazing service, nicest person/businessman, would recommend to anyone. Thank you for your kindness and great professionalism and service. A+

Great customer service at all times..hands down! Steven Feinauer is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond to ensure the customers are well taken care of. I moved to Naples about two years ago mainly for school, I changed my oil at this location the very first month I relocated here and I haven't looked any where else. The staff will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

Mike is a LIFE SAVER! I was visiting the area using a rental car when I noticed that the air pressure in one of my tires was low. I called ahead (knowing that this was time sensitive and I needed to get to the airport) and Mike told me to stop in to have it looked at. He found that there was a nail in the tire, fixed it, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service and highly recommend! THANK YOU!
