Leo and his staff get 5 stars, wish there was more I could give them. Solved the problem with our older Cadillac. Got it in , quick turnaround, very reasonable price. Can t thank them enough and will be using them in the future. They re always good. It s far from me but they get it done. If I m in a time crunch they get it done. It s a very personalized approach at this shop and I love it. Good prices and good work. They work with care on my car which I get to see first hand and it s appreciated.

Golden Wrench Auto Repair of Naples deserves 10 stars! After getting a recall repair at the dealership for my Nissan Leaf, I was told the shocks were blown on the driver side, an alignment was needed along with brake fluid flush. Golden Wrench Auto Repair is honest, reliable, and professional. I only needed the alignment and brake flush since the shocks were fine. It is rare to find such an ethical and honest business.

this is the place to go to hands down, they did a BBK on my Camaro. They did everything the car needed, there are NO scratches on my wheels literally they did a better job compared to my recent visits with Naples Chevrolet. Price is just right for the work and professionalism, I will be coming back in the future.Also, Leo has great customer service.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Top notch if you need anything from new tires installed, aligned and balanced, to a tune-up, or a major repair, to a simple tire patch.. these guys are talented and motivated.. and do excellent work. Highly recommend!

Luis is amazing. I took my newly purchased 1989 Porsche 928 S4 to him for general maintenance (timing belt, water pump, oil change, etc). He did a full once over on the car to report any issues to me. He was in constant communication with me, calling each day with a status report. The work was completed in a timely manner for very reasonable prices.Luis is a very friendly guy and makes you feel at ease about the entire process of maintenance and repair for your car.

Number one down to earth people. Very hard working. Efficient and very friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris and Leo the owner. They know their stuff extremely affordable prices. Very happy with the results. They have earned a customer for life. I thought the five 5.0 review rating couldn't be true but they deserve every bit of praise they get.

Leo and his team exceeded all of the expectations I had as a first time customer at his shop. I originally went in for tire installation and an alignment on my 6th Gen Camaro SS, and ended up booking another appointment for AC repair, TPMS Sensor installation, and an oil change. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and affordable. Not only did Leo explain every detail of the services I was provided, he also went out of his way to help me locate and order parts that I needed when they were out of stock. Special blue anodized rims required extra care when mounting and balancing new tires. Leo was professional and not a scratch on the rims. Also, balancing spot on so no shake when causing Interstate 75 speeds.Service: TiresService: Tires

I recently purchased a 2001 Saab convertible from out of state and the car check engine lights came on after about 100 miles of driving. The car has very low mileage for a 2001, 48K in total. In any case, Leo and his crew figured out the booster valves were in trouble so I ordered the parts according to their recommendation and then I had them installed. The warning light came up again after the repair and so I brought it back to Leo. I was not really upset as I know it is an older car. Leo saw another code which is indicating the vacuum hoses could be the problem. The rubber hoses certainly looked liked it had their better days. In any case, he changed the vacuum hoses and car seems to be running fine now. Their price is very reasonable. I appreciate the patience and honesty of this shop as they are just good mechanics trying to do the right things for their customers. I think I have found a very nice shop for my auto needs. If you get into a car accident and the car goes to Gerber Collision that okay. But make sure it doesn't go to The Golden Wrench. I will not be bringing my car back to this place.

Saved me $1500 by simply changing a tire vs replacing rotors, calipers & all pads as recommended by Tires Plus. Absolutely incredible mechanic. Called in confirming I could use aftermarket parts for my rotors/pads and they were more than happy to install them for me at a reasonable price. This shop is very professional, and on top of the work needed to be done. I had problems with my air conditioner and I took it to Golden Wrench because I heard the amazing reviews that this shop had. This trip did not disappoint. From the minute my car was being worked on Leo was very professional and explained what was wrong, as well as worked on my car fast and efficiently. I am pleased with how quick my problem was handled and how friendly and professional Leo was. 100/10 would recommend to anyone needing work on their car. Amazing shop.Service: Air conditioning

Made my same day appointment, and came in a few hours later for a full synthetic oil change, came out with a smile and a very happy car. My vehicle was very well taken care of. Super friendly group of guys! All shop spaces were kept neat and clean. I waited in a comfortable seat, had great car conversation. All around great visit! When you come in, ask for Chris or Leo, they ll make sure you re taken care of.

Leo was fantastic. Very impressed with the him and the quality of his work and my installation. Very professional and one who takes pride in his work. Other than mounting and balancing 4 Michelin tires on my wife's M-B, he installed a new tire on a compact spare rim which no other tire place in Naples would do. Highly recommended. Way to go Leo!

I went over to visit Luis before I placed the order with Tire Rack. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He makes you feel that your car, and the quality of his work, is the only thing on his mind. I noticed that he had a few tire orders from Tire Rack in the shop waiting to be installed. That was a very good sign.I have owned and driven my CLK 55 AMG for over 18 years, so I know it well and I am particular when it comes to the work I have done on it. Based on my visit with Luis, I ordered the tires and made a date with Luis for the installation.Luis gets 5-Stars all the way. The work was done on-time and perfectly. I really recommend that you go to him to have the tires installed. He also performs other maintenance and repairs, so keep him in mind for those as well. You will not be disappointed.

Being new to the area, I was recommended to come here by a few friends and I had a great experience. I worked directly with Leo, the owner, who is very detail oriented and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was impressed with the quick turn over time and will definitely be back for future repairs. I was all around impressed with the service and professionalism at the Golden Wrench. Today I had a Porsche 911 inspected prior to a purchase. I called on Monday, a holiday, and they worked me in this afternoon. Leo was exceptionally thorough, even getting compliments from the dealer representative in how he inspected the car. His knowledge and report gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

Have been to a handful of Auto repair shops in Naples and have never been impressed. Everytime I go to Leo he always has a great turn around time with great prices. Had a great experience with Gold Wrench Auto Repair after another auto center in Naples tried to upcharge me and convince me to get the highest priced replacement items. Luis was super quick with the repairs (got my car back the same day), personable, and reasonably priced. You could tell he cared more about establishing a good long term relationship than making a quick buck. Would go there again and recommend my friends. Excellent.

100% agree with the other reviews, the team here is fantastic. They took the time to understand my requests and how I use my car. I asked for an alignment but told them that I wanted some specific settings. During the process they showed me where the alignment was set, and what they thought they could do to accommodate my requests. They nailed the alignment to exactly what I had requested.To top it off you can tell they're car people, and not just doing this for a paycheck. 100% will be back.Service: Wheel alignment
