Can't say enough about the Battery Store - Naples and their staff! Dustin, Jamie and Dave are just the best and are like family now. I did a lithium upgrade on our MOKE EV and it was done quickly, professionally and with extreme quality! The follow-up and personal accountability was second to none. Extremely customer focused and always have time for you no matter when you call or even stop in unannounced. So glad to have them in my backyard while we are snow birding!!!

This place is Amazing! I m not from here so when my car showed signs of needing a new battery I googled and this place popped up.I drove there and was impressed by the clean and orderly property. Can t believe how many batteries they have.Was greeted by a lady and a gentleman who were very knowledgeable. He immediately checked to see if I actually needed a battery and showed me the machine readings, and explained what they meant. He then checked to see if he had what was needed for my car.He had two options both of which were reasonable. I chose one and he had it put in my car within 30 minutes.I seriously thought customer service was gone. It s not! And, BTW their warranties are The Best!Sorry for the long review but I couldn t be happier!PaulFrom Indianapolis

We needed a battery for the truck and we drove to the battery store in Naples and within an hour the battery was replaced at a reasonable cost.We were served by the owner David Brown and received prompt and courteous service. The facilities were extremely clean and the staff was very friendly.Excellent customer service!We highly recommended The Battery store.Ken & Conny from Ottawa, Canada

We purchased 4 new 12v palm batteries for our club car golf cart.Also purchased a new pro charging system from the battery store.Dustin is a good man to work with, he stands behind his word and products. I'd be honored to work with him and his company again!

These folks are top notch. Been having cranking issues with my race car. I spoke with the gentleman about my very specific needs, they applied their knowledge to my situation. Set me up with a new battery and I Raced all weekend at Sebring with NO PROBLEMS, thanks guys you are great.

Business the way it should be! Very knowledgeable here! I came back a YEAR later with a problem with batteries i bought from him and the owner made it RIGHT! This place is the real deal and I will keep using as their service rocks

Great service, great prices. What could be better? Dustin helped me pick the best combination of batteries for our sailboat and advised on charger settings to extend battery life and reliability. Service like this is the exception.

The Battery Store has a full selection of name brand batteries at very competitive prices. It s a family owned business, around for years, that has expanded their business from up north to Naples.I decided to check them out and I m glad I did. If your looking for customer service and quality products that s are second to none, look no further than The Battery Store.Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about batteries, did a terrific job answering all my questions, and provide outstanding customer service. The Battery Store earned a five star review and my repeat business.

Knowledge, personable, reliable and competitive. Every interaction I ve had with the guys (and gals) at The Battery Store has surpassed my expectations. I work in the marine industry and we ve been using The Battery Store as our one-stop shop for the past six months (and will continue to do so for the remainder of time). Standard batteries, European batteries, starters, alternators and more! They ll even greet you with a smile and hello as you re busting through their doors, minutes before closing, on a Friday afternoon. I cannot applaud or recommend them enough!

The company was extremly professional throughout our entire transaction. They picked up our Moke in Sarasota, brought it to Naples to complete the fix, and then drove it back to us in Sarasota. They promptly got the job done and were precise to what we wanted. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are great! I got a premium Odyssey Battery installed in my BMW at a very competitive price. The install was professionally done with no problems despite having to remove much of the sound damping liner from the trunk in order to get to the battery. Great job and I would not hesitate to go back.

Best battery place in Naples, hands down. Excellent choices- AGM, Lithium, Flooded. They have all the technologies you need. I'm a battery geek and they truly have a smorgasboard of batteries 6v, 12v etc.. Prices are competitive , and many choices in stock. Budget to premium. They also have battery chargers. A one-stop-shop. The business is even open on Saturday's! Finally excellent and attentive service from the workers and a great central location in the airport industrial park.

I have a 1997 Club Cart that needed batteries. I did the research to determine what was I thought was best, lead acid versus lithium. I chose lithium, researched pricing and found the Battery Store offered the best pricing, so I contacted Dustin.I live in Las Vegas so I was a bit reluctant to go foward with deal, but after a phone call with Dustin, I gained the confidence that "Dustin and I" could replace the batteries and part of the electrical system.BTW, his pricing was $600 cheaper than the golf shops here in Vegas.I sent him photos, hand drawings of wiring diagram of the cart electrical system, as well as a diagram for the lights and turn signals (a third party add on feature for most golf carts). He analyzed and sent comments back.Dustin's "customer service" was awesome, second to none. We texted, had phone conversations and emailed to diagnosed the electrical system and what need to done. I found out that Dustin learned the business from his father David, so his knowledge base is impeccable.Thru this process, I made a new friend who I'll take to dinner if he and Jill vacation in Vegas, plus I've introduced Dustin to my Vegas friends who intend to replace their batteries using the Battery Store products.Make no mistake, "give the Battery Store a try before you buy".

Our lift table at the shop got flooded and messed up the electrical coding box in the pit. Dustin came in and picked up the unit and made calls and figured it out and performed the repairs. Intelligence and perseverance! I'll be changing over to them for our battery needs soon.

Folks don't waste your time shopping around just go to The Battery Store. These people are the best. First time they're and I will be using these guys from now on. I bought floor scrubber batteries.

I had a battery that I purchased in Naples in Feb 23 go bad. I am now in North Carolina and they have no way to deal with a warranty claim. They only supply the local market. Next time I will use a national supplier ..
