I recently found a Mustang convertible online, and called for a sales person. I was connected to Shawn Ernst who was fantastic to work with. Shawn was responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I received all the information I requested and additional pictures and video of the vehicle. I was able to complete the entire deal remotely, as I live out of state. Shawn made sure the vehicle was exactly as I wanted and was able to tile and plate the car in my home state without any issues. I would highly recommend Tamiami Ford and advise anyone looking for excellent sales service to use Shawn Ernst. Great experience.

From the first contact I received from this dealership I felt important! I was a little worried when the online sales lady Tanya who was wonderful at explaining my course of action for some issues and concerns I had told me she was handing me off to James Chillingtin, of the sales team!....ugh really? But let me say this was I incorrect about my assumption that no way could I get 2 people that were not pushy and listened to my concerns! James is a great dude and he made me very aware of credit to buying power I had as well as directed me to the priceline of vehicle to look at to ensure best chances of financing and to keep my down payment as well as apr most affordable for Ms!I live 2 hours a s 45 minutes away and James was courteous and patient as we missed many calls from one another yet every time we spoke he had positive info and more reasons why I was soon to purchase my newest truck with him! I do like Ford but James really made this happen by not being pushy or over bearing he informed me said he knew I was busy and woukd check with me prior to leaving work if I had not contacted him! Man of his word!! We text and locked in # 's from 170 miles away and i purchased my new truck from my house, James also offered solutions to me getting the truck which we worked out a fair deal and I picked up my new f150 the following dayThis dealership would be wise to vote James employee of the month And show him some appreciation as his helping demeanor and patients will make him successful anywhere and I hope they keep him. I'll buy my next truck from him and this dealership if so!! Thank you young man! You sold me nothing more then I needed with everything I wanted

I ve had the greatest pleasure working with James Chillington on my Mustang Mach-E GT. From initial contact to closure of the deal, he has made this transaction very easy and smooth. He s very organized, responsive and transparent with the sale. As a result of the positive experience we had with James via phone/text, we drove 3+ hours just to buy this car from him. Now with 3 kids, my wife and I were looking for a vehicle with 3rd row seating. We found a used vehicle at Tamiami Ford that my wife loved. The only issue was how far away the dealership was from our home. Shaun, or salesman, and Susan, our finance lady, really made the whole situation smooth. They both worked with us to make sure we didn't have to make multiple trips and took away any unnecessary legwork. These guys are truly amazing and I will definitely buy from them again.

I had an amazing experience with Peter Groll. He made the entire experience easy and he s beyond professional. Not your typical sales experience of being jerked around trying to get a deal. I got the car I wanted and I m in love with it. I ve had a Ford Explorer Sport for the last 7 years and hopefully will have this one for just as long. Jeff in finance also made the experience very pleasant and he s just overall a great guy. They both are and made me feel comfortable and that I was an actual human being, not just another sale. I appreciate everything they ve both done for me. I m beyond excited and happy with my new Explorer ST

I want to share what a great experience I had purchasing my Mustang yesterday. James was a pleasure to deal with answered every question in an expedient professional manner, got things going very quickly all the while attending to each customer. ASK FOR BOB. Best sales guy I have ever had dealt with. bought 3rd Ford vehicle trough him at Tamiami Ford. He will get you the best deal possible. Bought 2 ford Raptors and one Ford F-150 trough him. Overall Tamiami Ford team is great to deal with, but Bob is the best, He will get you best price, best deal on you Ford vehicle in all SWF - southwest Florida!

Bought my 2022 Honda civic sport model at Tamiami Ford and let me just say the service I received as a customer was phenomenal. MySalesman Douglas Belanger Jr. was absolutely outstanding, I enjoyed that we got straight to the point and did not try to do no twists or tricks on me. He provided all the information I needed it was very helpful and detailed. He made the whole process super efficient and is amazing at what he does! Will definitely come back and buy with him!

I found my Mach 1 online at Tamiami Ford and the experience was great. They were fast efficient especially Bob Bissonette. He guided me through the process which was a breeze. He sent me pictures along the whole process of buying. He even gave me advise on the long haul shippers they use. Great experience in buying my dream car. Would highly recommend buying any car from them..

I recently financed my first car through Tamiami ford with Tino as my salesman. I am very happy with how the sale went. Tino handled my situation very well and guided me through it all. He kept trying to find the best option that was suitable for me. He kept in touch through text and calling with me and when I went in we made a deal. We purchased a used car for our 16yr. old boy, his 1st one. We chose TAMIAMI Ford for its long family owned 50yr excellent reputation. I actually purchased a car here in 1994 and nothing has changed, their reputation of fairness, quality, and efficiency remains in tact. Our Sales Consultant, James Chillington, was incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to make sure my son and I had the best experience possible. His knowledge was unmatched and if he didn t have an answer, he found the answer. James disarming demeanor matched many of the other employees we witnessed in our two visits, especially the Sales Manager Randy. The Finance Team, so busy as expected from so many purchases happening, were so thorough and courteous. We are thrilled with our purchase, will continue to spread the good word about TAMIAMI Ford Naples, and we will be back to purchase in the future.

We stopped by to test drive a mustang with no intentions of buying that day. We were greeted by Jeff and he was more than happy to show us what was available. Very nice guy, easy to work with, didn t push us into anything the car sold itself. Jeff happened to find exactly what we were looking for and we drove away with the S650 in the exact color we wanted. We ll definitely be coming back to Jeff for any future car purchases.

Last Tuesday night I bought a 2024 Ford Escape from Tamiami Ford. Everyone there was extremely courteous and helpful. I was especially impressed with the salesman Jose Amador who clearly explained the purchase process to me, making the whole experience easy to understand and stress free. Good job Jose and Tamiami!

My partner and I just leased a 2023 ford escape with Tamiami Ford this past week! Al was our sales representative the entire time and made the process super fun, easy to understand, and quick! He answered all our questions and needs to the best of his ability and we enjoyed every step of the process with this dealership. If you re in search of a more personal dealership to treat you as a human and not just a transaction I would recommend Tamiami ford in Naples!!

My experience with Tamiami Ford for my f150 recalls was excellent. My experience with Austin Brake, my Ford service agent, was exceptional.Tamiami Ford is fortunate to have valuable team members like Austin. He exuded energy and a great vibe. I could tell he was eager to provide an exceptional customer experience.Every instance that I worked with him was a happy and positive one. His work didn t seem like just a job. He has a passion and a care that is often missing in the customer service realm.One example: after my service concluded, Austin could have simply given me my key fob and pointed me in the direction of my vehicle. Instead, he said with a smile and a slight laugh, they probably parked it at the end of the lot. Let me go and get it for you. Before I could protest and offer to do it myself, he was off to get it, determined to finish the customer experience on the highest note possible! He greeted me at my vehicle door, and again with a smile and positive attitude he thanked me for being a valued Tamiami Ford customer. Pulling the vehicle up for me was such a small gesture but one that left me with such a positive final impression.Tamiami Ford is fortunate to have Austin Brake as part of their team!!! Keep up the great work!

The starter on our 2021 Ford Explorer went on us recently. Since the car was under warranty, our Service contact, Austin, took care of everything!! He was absolutely fantastic and I'm so grateful. He arranged for our car to be towed to the dealership, arranged an uber to pick up my wife to get her into a loner car and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Best part, we didn't have to pay for anything since it was under warranty. Thanks Austin and Tamiami Ford for great customer service!

I would highly recommend buying a car at Tamiami Ford and specifically with Jose. After my local dealer was unreasonable on a trade in I started shopping across the state. I talked to at least a dozen dealers and Tamiami was by far the best. No games, no haggling, just a reasonable price up front online and an easy buying experience in person at the dealership.

Purchased a beautiful, clean, and great operating Tahoe during Presidents week. Checked out the lot on Monday, in the rain, and behold there was a salesman by the name of Jeff B. Jeff was great offering my wife and I umbrellas to use and being very patient with us as we walked the lot in the rain and didn't know what type of vehicle we wanted to trade for our Jeep. We needed a more family friendly vehicle. The last vehicle we looked at was the Tahoe we eventually bought. Luckily we put a deposit down, due to Jeff's advice. The Tahoe would of sold a few more times before we actually purchased it had he not advised us to. The deal was very fair and they went above and beyond what we have experienced at other dealers. Keep up the great customer service and we will definitely be back!!!!!
