As the Office Manager for DuctZ of Naples and Bonita Springs, part of my duties include arranging for our work vans to receive the service they need, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the A/C system in our vehicles. In this hot and humid weather that we have, it's important for our teams to ride in a dependable and cooled vehicle. The Service Team, The Jeffs (Novak and Hauser), Curtis and Nick out front, and the unnamed team in the service bays out back...we wouldn't be back out on the road with our nice A/C without you! Thank you for your hard work and investigative nature. Because of this team, we have our van back and we can now go clean some more air ducts!!! Lol (shameless plug, I know!) I ensured management knows how much we appreciate the team at Tamiami Fleet Services! They've got you covered!!!

I made an appointment on May 31st for June 30th, but upon my arrival, I was told that they no longer service RV's. Since my RV was not drivable, they helped me get my RV towed, offered me a chicken sandwich, and got hertz rental to pick me up. Tamiami Ford is amazing. They turned a very difficult day into a bright weekend for me.

Had a slow leak, about 3-4 lbs a week on my dually and they had replaced the metal stem valve at a Ford dealership in Michigan this summer. On our way home from Michigan the issue started again and stopped at 2 Ford dealerships and they were 3 weeks out for repair work and so they did agree to fill my tire up. Upon getting home, Jeff worked us right in, surprised me by calling back the same day with the problem and how they solved it and was ready for pickup.

$230 in diagnostics.. for them to tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle. What kind of scam is Ford running here ?

Never again, no customer respect! Lied about the work done when we went to pay! Was told one thing on the phone calls throughout and then denied what was discussed! So sad that there is no trust anymore and what happened to respecting the customer!? Horrible experience, we have tried to support Tamiami Ford for 35+ years but it hasn t paid off!!Service: Transmission

Showed up on Tuesday to make an appointment for and alignment on my vehicle. Made appointment 4 days prior to my appointment. Purposely made an appointment for my vehicle so i would be on time to my other appointments during the day. My appointment was set for 9 am on Friday. Was told the service would take 2 hours. So planned my day based on this. I am a contractor and time is money. Called and person working on my truck went to lunch. 1pm still haven t gotten anything back I have taken multiple vehicles here and will never again and recommend no one else to as well.

I took my brand new Chevy in 2 months ago to get the wheels aligned just to recently find out it was out of alignment in wore out the outside of both front tires all they offered was to rotate them even though they did not do their job correctly for the amount of ware that happened in such a short time. I had the larger tires installed at the truck shop so this is one of the few places that can align and balance larger custom tires. The manager was nice and did call to troubleshoot what may have happened. I suggest anytime you get an alignment keep a close eye after to make sure you're not wearing unevenly.

After changing all front end parts at another shop I took my f250 to get aligned at Tamiami Fleet services.They gave me an estimate 2900.00 to replace all the parts on the front end and told me they could not align it until I replaced them(I had already replaced the what needed replaced before going there)This place is a total ripoff I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND!

I complained about a leak I noticed after they changed the oil, called them to check if the drain plug was tightened correctly, was asked to bring it back so they can check but the guy only pretended to look at the top oil cap, not at the actual drain plug, and said for more investigation it's gonna be a few hundred dollars to investigate where the leak was. It was actually the drain plug as I expected and suggested, I left and found someone else.

$165 to diagnose a coolant leak??? Quoted me $1350 to replace the water pump. Got a quote for half somewhere else and chose to pick it up and take it there. They then point out my back up sensor is broke which it wasn t before

Very bad service work. Needed alignment on my dodge truck and the gave it back and it was 10 times worse. The service guy said it was my tires then I took it to a different shop they fixed it right and said my tires were fine

These people are super helpful. I was in a bind with a fuel issue and they were extremely helpful in getting me in, and back on the road within a couple hours.

Need to work on being in tune with the customer requests and initial greetings are on staunch side. Just because we're fleet customers doesn't mean we should get treated differently from the retail customers. I would guess Fleet may even generate more gross revenue.

Very well equipped shop for large vehicles, semis, RV's, commercial trucks, etc. Staff seem friendly and experienced.
