So glad I contacted Tamiami Ford Collision Center, it was my first time ever needing a collision shop, so I was a little nervous.From the first contact, I was assisted by Sergio Gonzalez, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Sergio arranged and took care of everything for me. He kept me in the loop through email/ phone calls, updated me on the claim, along with all needed repairs regarding my vehicle.I had a very pleasant experience with Sergio and Tamiami Ford. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. The repair to my vehicle was excellent, with no detail over looked. They went over and above to make sure I was happy and the best part is that there weren t any hidden fees or extra out of pocket surprises when I picked up my vehicle.Sergio is professional, efficient and hones! I m glad that I traveled the distance to have his expertise! Thank you, Sergio.

The service I received was very professional. I am new to the area and after experiencing an accident to my Mustang I sought a repair facility associated with Ford, My initial call was answered by Taylor and he handled the entire repair process from dealing with my insurance carrier , assisting with a car rental and completing the repairs within the time frame he initially outlined. The reception staff and others who answered my telephone calls were friendly and helpful. I hope I never need to utilize their services again, but if you need vehicle collision repairs I would definitely recommend Tamiami Collision

Received great service from Chris and Vicki. Both were very easy to work with and Vicki even save me $150 by figuring out the insurance co. charged me twice for my deductible. I was able to drop the rental car off at the collision center too, saving me even more of a hassle. Keep up the good work guys!

One star is being generous. The people that work there aren't that friendly and seemed bothered by you needing work done to your vehicle. Warranty work. They won't even take the time to call an engineer at Ford to fix the problem. They say we can't fix it. So I call Ford customer service and they say we can't make them fix it. I don't understand my 2022 Bronco hood vibration is 3/8 of an inch movement on passenger side.

I will never take my vehicle there again. They lied about the time line making excuses. They sub-let it for fluids to top them off, well we had the truck 1day and started to overheat for lack of anti-freeze. Then our batteries went. Sorry but no more for me.

Absolutely the best! Daniel and Jose were awesome during the time my car was there. Jose called and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. When the car was ready it looked awesome!!!

Terrible customer experience. They only care about taking your money. I had a repair done and noticed a lot of bubbles on the paint and the expert told me the that is normal.. left the place so disappointed with the service they provided.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I don't like to give bad reviews, but the experience was terrible... Visit was related to a recall on a new Ford Ranger bought at Tamiami Ford... Took me three hours to drop off my truck and get a loaner... Had called the day before to be sure that things would go smoothly, as I had an appointment... Missed the appointment... Was supposed to be called to confirm that my truck was ready... I had to call... Was told to drop off the loaner at Tamiami Collision by Tamiami Collision... Dropped off the loaner as directed... Hertz called the next day to ask where there vehicle was... Turns out, I should have dropped it off at their location... Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the loaner at Tamiami Collision...Very disappointed with the whole thing...

I have worked twice with Tamiami Ford Collision Center with Vicky and Ken both times. They are helpful, professional, honest and work to get my vehicles in and out and to handle claims as an Allstate certified repair center. They also work with Enterprise to get you into and out of a rental car, and they are good at communicating what's going on. I would use them again if the occasion arises.

During a severe thunderstorm my right rear door was caved in by flying signage. The window was shattered and the car was flooded. I dropped the car off to get it fixed and was told it would be about a week to get my door replaced and a full interior detail. It ended up being about 3 weeks before I got my car back. I never received any updates from them either. I had to call them to get updates just so I could extend my rental. When I finally did get my car back, my right rear bumper wasn't even attached to the car, there were several greasy fingerprints scattered throughout the ceiling of my car, and my carpets still had water damaged smell to them. I took the car back in and they told me I had to order new carpets for my car and that they would attach my bumper and clean the car when the carpets arrived. This was over 4 weeks ago now and I still have not heard anything back from them. All together this has been about a 2 month process from what I was originally told would only take a week. Lack of communication is a huge concern for this company.

This shop exceeded my expectations. Their repair quality is on point and the staff is friendly and they care about their customers. They kept me informed of the progress of the job at all times. I would recommend them hands down. Thank you for your dedication and good work!

I brought my car in for them to look at after the antenna and base were ripped off in a car wash over the weekend. Greg took a look and offered to replace it at no charge if I purchased the parts from the dealership. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up this afternoon with the antenna fixed as well as my car completely detailed and washed, all for free.What cost me a little over $100 for parts could have cost near $1K had I gone through insurance and they charged for labor. Would absolutely recommend.

I have only positive things to say about this shop! I was in once about a year ago and they fixed, painted, & snapped back in the pillar moulds on my '13 Veloster Turbo. They were friendly, professional, and did a perfectionist job. No different today, where I had my rear spoiler refinished due to it fading in spots because of the harsh Florida elements. It is now refinished; it's silky smooth and the finish matches my car exactly and looks awesome! I was very thankful when I mentioned also a nick in the hood caused by a highway rock, the friendly staff told me it could be fixed right then before I drive home, with some touch-up paint they still had freshly mixed from the spoiler work. I will recommend highly this body shop to all my friends and contacts who need any body shop work done.

Because it was the height of season, it took some time to get the needed parts but once those were in hand? Great work. They did such a thorough job that one would never know that the car wasn't new. I highly recommend these folks, grade A work from beginning to end.

Horrible customer service. The lady I dealt with did not want to do her job. They call them self a pro shop and should deal directly with the insurance and she had me trying to figure everything out myself. This went on for a couple of weeks before I decided to take my car over to caliber Collison and they took care of everything in a matter of 10 minutes. I do not recommend this place.

The paint and body work was great. I m still waiting on a piece that they forgot to be put back on. That being said the customer service could of been a lot better.

Take too long to fix ur car. I had a mirrow replaced and i was told an hr. Took almost 2 hrs no one came and said anything about taking a little longer. I have to asked why it was taking long.

Unbelievable customer service, prices very reasonable, never dealt with such an honest body shop like this. I m not sure why you would consider anyone else with these people in the area.
