The world s worst repair job by a mile. I had a carbon top on my BMW M-6 refinished by Supreme Collission. In less than a year, the carbon top looked worse than before it was refinished - see photo attached. The vehicle was garage kept for the entire year. When I talked to the owner about this disaster, he refused to do anything to alleviate the problem. He stated that the only thing he could do was to redo the job, but it would cost the same as the original repair that absolutely failed. My research clearly showed that the repairs should last at least 6 years. I should mention that I paid Supreme Collision 2 times the researched recommended cost. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this repair shop like the plague as the work is extremely substandard and the owner does not stand behind his work. Just a disgusting experience!!!!!!!! I was recently rear ended in Naples Florida and selected Supreme Collision to do the repairs, based on reviews I read. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. I am from Ontario Canada here in Naples on a short visit. The work needed to be done quickly and thoroughly. Was very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend.

This place is a gem in Naples. I can honestly say their service is incredible, fast and friendly. They got my car done early, they treated me like I was valued and they did an excellent job. I hope I never need them again but I know where I'll go if I crumple another fender. Thank you Supreme Collision, you have restore my faith in Naples' businesses.

Blown away by their service! Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Car was done earlier than expected and looks brand new. Rental car ability on site was very affordable and such a great convenience. Highly recommend!!

At one point they may have cared. At this point I think it s just a number games for them. Customer satisfaction is non existent. The standard fee for auto body work seems to be $5000.00. I ve taken my Audi in 2x, they use after market parts and don t reset systems so there s a delay in all things when you get your car back, you also may have to go in and reset somethings yourself as I did. When I took my car in and suggested that things were not fixed as promised and that systems were not working they just blew me off.I still have a ding in my door from a car accident that they refused to take care of and returned the car back to me without the sensors working, and brights working. The regular daytime running lights and evening running lights are not as bright.Will not recommend.

NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE! Our car was rear ended April 26th, 2022. We immediately took it to Supreme Collision because of previous positive experiences with JR. They went over the car and gave us an estimate, telling us to bring back the car May 2, 2022. We reached out to the insurance company and got approved for additional funds so OEM parts could be used. They send us a message on the prior Friday, telling us to bring it in on May 16, 2022. We reminded them we had an appointed for the 2nd. On June 10, 2022 the car was picked up. The rear left tail light that was supposed to be replaced with OEM parts, was chipped on one side and full of moisture on the other. The trim that s goes the width of the car was put on wrinkled. The truck did not line up properly. We were told they could not find an OEM trunk. The headrests that expand on impact where not replaced. The rear door actuator was not replaced. Part of the bumper was not painted.We were then told to bring it back on the following Tuesday. On June 21, 2022 we were told the car would be done. The headrests were replaced and the rear light and trim were replaced. When asked about the actuator, JR told us the insurance company declined that and we could get one on our own for $395.00! The difference in the spacing of the trunk is within means. I work in the jewelry industry and 2mm compared to 5mm is significant. We called the insurance company the next morning to find out Supreme Collision never requested the actuator!!08/03/22 Unfortunately, when we first picked up the car, we were not informed of the backorders. We were given an uncomplete vehicle. We have since called the insurance company about the actuator and they graciously agreed to replace it, which was done at the dealership.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I couldn t be happier with my experience with supreme collision. The staff is friendly, the service is great and fast, and the quality of work done was as if nothing happened. They quoted 6 days to repair which I thought was fair for the work they had to do (replace bumper, fix fender, lights, fix rim, and replace airbag sensors). The actually finished after just 3.5 days. I was extremely happy with supreme collision and would definitely go back.

I went into Supreme Auto and they were very friendly and helpful. I worked with Scott to have my rims stripped and resprayed and they turned out great; while there they also put on the new tires. I sent my car here as geico recommended them, and while I had a less than stellar initial experience (due in part to many other unfortunate souls wrecking and filling up their lot before I came along, making things take a lot longer than needed, with some mistakes,) they have gone above and beyond to make it right. I will dock a star because I feel like they could use more work on workorder management. There were a few times I had to reach out for an update because I was told I'd get a call back and nothing for weeks. Or I'd be told to come in, and it wasn't quite done yet. (uber isn't cheap and I cant always bug people for a ride!) But things like that are small and easily fixed. Important thing is that my car is in working order and feels "complete" again. Paint job and body work are great, car runs same as before the accident, maybe even a bit smoother, and they even cleaned my car interior and detailed it for me... Twice! If the quality of this final product could be maintained, I'd suggest getting a larger lot and hiring a bit more staff, especially as I hear Florida has been hitting some records for accidents, and they always seem pressed for space.

The best!! They installed a lift kit on my Silverado and it looks great, they kept me updated during the process and even stayed late to finish it up for me. Couldn t be happier!

Supreme Collision did a great job on my car. I was very happy with the service, but the lady at the front desk is extremely rude! I had made arrangements to drop off my car before I went out of town and pick it up upon my return. She called me during the time I was away but had come home early because my mother-in-law had passed, and she called my father-in-law and upset him and said I had her number blocked. Why would I block her number when my car was in the shop? I came home early because my mother-in-law had passed. She had the wrong number written down. Then when I came to pick it up, she had keys all over her desk, and I thought she was giving me a key, but I looked at it and it wasn't mine, and she said don't pick up keys on my desk. Why would I pick up a key if it wasn't mine? This lady is extremely rude! She had no morals to be dealing with the public. But I love the car detail work! Come on, Supreme Collision customers need a little bit more customer service care! But thank you for the great work! Oh, and I was self-paying, if that makes any difference at all...

Update to my experience @supremeThe owner J.R. Nocera reached out to me directly after he read the review. Thankfully I had interacted with him when I originally dropped off my car for repairs. He was disappointed with how his staff treated me & promised to make it right. Very apologetic, also on staff behalf.J.R. personally handled the repair of undercarriage promptly. Thank you J.R. for making it right! You are a man of your word.I have changed my stars from 1 to 4 to reflect the owner s dedication to customer service.

With all the choice of collision vendors in Naples, I let the reviews guide me on this one. Couldn't be happier! Great staff, really high quality workmanship and very fast service (only 2 days!). Joe, the technician, provided value added services the next day and also provided me some touch up paint. My car had a very rare and difficult paint color and Supreme nailed it the first time. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great work!!!Service: Painting

I damaged the bottom of my SUV accidentally driving over a median corner while making a U turn. JR took my car in the VERY next day and it was repaired beautifully two days later. I also had it detailed by Supreme and am very very happy with the results.Great service, great business, great family. I would HIGHLY recommend! A+++!

They are the worst body shop. I had truck painted there in they miss that whole truck up they never cover the rims over spray all 4 of them.. I will never take a car there again. It. Cost me more money to get that truck back together..Service: PaintingService: Painting

Supreme Collision Is SUPREME!!! They took a very broken, very hurting car and turned it back into brand new looking! It looked better than before! I cannot say enough about J.R. and the gang at Supreme Collision. They are the very best and they are fair and reasonable. Don't trust your car to any joker on the street. Take it to Supreme Collision!

I had a fantastic experience with supreme auto. Very genuine and honest guys, I didn t feel I was being taken advantage of at all. They communicated promptly as needed. I will definitely be taking my BMW back for any services I need. It s really nice to feel your car is in good hands and to trust the guys fixing it! I needed a new AC belt, blower and compressor on my BMW. I don t typically write reviews but I am truly impressed and happy to have found a place I trust for my car, it can be hard to find for BMWs at times, I can t just take it anywhere, so I hope this can help any other BMW owners needing work done in the area!Service: Air conditioning

I am very disappointed that I was to pick up an enterprise rental car at Supreme's location at 8:00 this morning.Someone dropped the ball. I was to pick up a rental car and be on my way to start my workday. As it stands right now, I am two hours behind on my work schedule because of someone dropping the ball. A representative from enterprise brought me to the location in Airport pulling Road and I am waiting now for a rental car. Extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience with Supreme Collision. I walked in for an estimate which only took about 20 minutes. Work was scheduled quickly and I was informed every step of the process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

You never really want to go to the Collision repair shop but if you do. I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Auto Collision. The owner, J.R. is hands on, very busy and never too busy.When you walk in the first people you see is Dee Ann and Whitney at the front desk. They are the most patient and helpful ladies. They deal with so many people everyday. I really don t know how they do it!! From that point forward you know you are in good hands. I know, unfortunately, through experience.On 11/5/2018, I was driving down a residential street when my car was hit. Someone pulled out of their driveway without looking. This was the first time I brought my car for collision repair at Supreme Auto Collision. Not knowing where to go I called my service man at Lexus. John gave me a phone number to call for repair. I called and left a message. What I didn t know is that I got the owners cell phone number. J.R. Nocera called me back within minutes. It was clear that I was in the right place. I dropped off my car the next day. The entire staff is experienced and it shows. They have direct connections with the rental car agency in office. I was on the road with a rental in a fair amount of time. The repair took about four days.**in 2022 the paint started to bubble in one small spot. JR, the owner noticed it then fixed it for nothing. Top notch service!Another accident on 10/7/2019.. car fixed 10/23/2019.. 18 day turn around time.This was a horrible rear end collision. My insurance wanted to total it out and pay me a small fraction of what it was worth. (Used car prices were way down) JR was in Rome with his wife visiting the Pope, literally! He came back just in time! Took one look at my Lexus and said.. we can fix this!! He found a way to bring the cost down on the repair so that my adjuster didn t total out my car. So he saved my car for me. I couldn t believe it!!On 11/21/22 I was shopping. Came out of the store and couldn t find my car. Because I didn t recognize it!!! Someone had hit it and removed the whole front end. I called Supreme Auto Collision right away. J.R. picked me up with the tow truck. I got my rental car and within hours I was on my way. My car was fixed a week later.Even though I don t want to ever have to get my car repaired due to a collision or accident again. If I have to I am at peace knowing that I will be in good hands with Supreme Auto Collision.Thank you J.R., Dee Ann, Whitney, and staff!! Your efforts and services are GREATLY appreciated!!

Do not take your car here. I received 2 other estimates to fix my car after an accident . I went with supreme. At the time of estimate I explained to be sure the sensors were operational. They never fixed them and called to deliver the car with error codes. They ask you to pay before you inspect and turn on your car. I asked for them to fix this . They tried to charge me another 3,000 and said only gave me an estimate which didn t include sensors. My estimate includes the repair of the sensors. Im sorry but when your in an accident one would expect the car to be totally fixed or at least a conversation to being asked prior to pick up the car. To top of off they were rude , condensing and when I followed up with the owner he was rude as well and did nothing and said it s not part of our job. I repeat do not take your car here. The estimate will be half of what they try and charge you.
