First time Subaru owner, and Anthony was the biggest help! We were all so impressed by him. He is very genuine, honest, and personable. I went to another dealership after to compare, as I was in between 2 different cars, and I found myself sitting at this other dealership feeling disappointed and knew Subaru was the better option. I m so excited for my Outback!

Pros: Great waiting area. Fresh baked cookies. Free car wash.Cons: "Shop supplies fees" add another 5-10% to your bill. $100 oil change and they couldn't give me .59 of windshield washer fluid.

Had an excellent experience with Subaru of Naples. The entire staff was personable, professional and kept the entire process moving to conclusion. I want to give a special thanks to Anthony Cruz. He knew I was on a schedule the day of my purchase and he not only helped expedite the process, but helped me take care of a challenge with a rental car. A big shout out to Anthony Cruz! We detest purchasing vehicles as we hate the process. Working with Anthony and his understanding of our views simplified the entire process from agreeing vehicle, trade-in value, fair purchase price! Not only were we able to accomplish all via phone, Anthony gave as white glove delivery! By the way, this is the 2nd Suburu Crosstrek Ltd purchased from this dealership, via Anthony, in our family this year. Great Dealership and great people!

I just had my first service; Paul was my service advisor, very personable and professional. He even ran my Outback through the carwash! I originally came in as a VIP from SOA, and bought my car from Don Engel. He and the entire staff treated Me and my wife like a king and queen. Work was very good. No complaints about that. However the communication during and after gets 1 star at very best. Car went in on April 24th and was told car would be ready May 31st. Called Friday before and told wouldn t be ready til approx the 12th. Car was finally ready on the 21st. Now I know they had to get approval for additional things from insurance company. My concerns there was never an update from the body shop.After picking up the car and driving a few days we noticed a few things that need addressed. Prior to the car going to the body shop the interior was spotless and had never been eaten in. It was quite obvious someone had been eating some seeded type bar in the car the car has greasy streaks and finger prints on the headliner, visor and other places. Some sort of a small pink stain. Recently driving during the rain we noticed the rear wiper goes the wrong way to the painted area of the car not rear window. I emailed pictures to my advisor but he s on vacation and then called a few days later. I was told he s on vacation and to send to the manager. I reemailed these to him and still have yet to hear from him. ( this is 2nd time emailing him during this process and getting NO response). Speed of getting the car into the shop was amazing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Made the drive out their over other dealers that are closer due to no hidden fees and no mark ups. Salesman was very honest over the phone and what he said over the phone matched when we got to the dealer. Staff was able to keeps my kids entertained and occupied with Subaru history and trivia.

I discovered them while having my older Subaru serviced at this location. The Servicer and parts department is second to none. Truthfully, I will never go anywhere else to purchase or have my cars serviced.

I ve been waiting to leave a review so it s accurate and not because it was the heat of the moment. I was also giving the dealership time to respond and make things right.I did my due diligence in researching reviews of Subaru dealerships before deciding to drive the 3 hours South to purchase from Devoe. Not sure where we went wrong, but it s a shame to spend over 30,000 and then have to dump another $1500 over the next 3 months so you can drive on the freeway and feel safe.We have had several issues with our 2020 Subaru Ascent we purchased the end of July 2023.It only had 28,000 miles. We bought it Certified, which means absolutely nothing. Don t be fooled by that.The vehicle was not inspected as it should ve been. A rip in the backseat was found. We had to replace all four tires 2 month in. They were dry and cracked and it look like they had been polished or painted black to make them look fresh and new. (Which they weren t)3 days after buying the vehicle we drove to OBX and on 95 we noticed when breaking at higher speeds in traffic there was a shaking and grinding noise.Documented taking it to another dealership in September and they couldn t find the source. Issue still continued and took it to another dealer while in VA and they said the brakes were fine but the Rotors were warped.No way in a few months you can warp rotors like that and still have perfect brake pads. As per the Subaru dealership in VA.Would NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from Devoe Unless you take it to your own mechanic prior to purchasing it.Maybe this will help someone else out as they decide where to purchase a vehicle.

If you are looking for a hassle free buying experience, then this is not the dealership for you. My wife and I were upfront on where we stood on pricing and trade in value. We had a new salesman(Robert) that tried his best, but we don't feel he had enough training. I called the finance manager (Tyler) myself 3 times to eliminate the back and forth, but he never called me back once, unprofessional.Danny, the sales manager acted like we were bothering him. If it was not for limited inventory of this model, we would have gone somewhere else.As a side note, here is something that did not make sense. We purchased the car with 12 mile, but on the sale sheet, Tyler marked it with the mileage it came in with 6. I questioned him about this, but he said that he can not change the mileage to reflect the current mileage?Information that we requested about service intervals and additional accessories was never provided. (There loss) We were told that if we wanted product information to contact the love encore specialist member or look on the internet.UPDATE: Had to lower my rating after being lied to by Tyler, the finance manager.Again, there was no reason to lie and beDishonest.I was planning to purchase a few dollars worth of accessories and have all my services done at this dealership, but that ship has sailed. New purchased, and there is adhesive everywhere.

No one looks forward to the big services, but they are necessary. For the work completed, the cost was reasonable and there is never any upsell of unnecessary services. Larry is always very friendly, helpful and on point with timing of completion of the service. He also helped me identify solutions to other needs like seat repair and detailing. This shop is my go to for all of my Subie needs.

Only been here for service. Awesome service started on web chat, continued through text and emails as it was needed. Didnt buy here but they treated me like I did. Dropped off at night and had issue diagnosed by 11am. Parts on order and will schedule for repair. Suzanne and Chris were very helpful through it all

May 1, 2021- I purchased a new (4 miles on odometer) 2021 Subaru WRX STI. This vehicle was purchased at Subaru of Pembroke Pines.June 14, 2021- Noticed my front left headlight had condensation built up inside the actual headlight. This only got worse and eventually got to the point where you could tap on the headlight and see the water.I went to O'Brian Subaru (currently renamed Fort Myers Subaru) located in Fort Myers, FL. I brought this concern to them as this did not seem of normalcy, for any new car. They looked at it, I even took video and photos of it at its worst. Immediately was turned away and the statement was "That is normal, it will go away on its own. Due to the high humidity we have right now, you just have a little bit of condensation built up and it will go away on its own. We cannot replace the headlight, it is not covered under the warranty." Okay. So I walked out thinking maybe this was normal?After waiting a week and doing my own research, it was definitely not normal, and it was a faulty seal encasing the actual headlight.I drove an hour to Subaru in Naples, FL where I was greeted by Larry (service advisor). I explained what was going on and he came with me outside and took one look at it and said "No way. That is not normal, if it was normal then the other headlight would be the same way." He stated this is covered by your warranty and gathered all of my information. He handled it appropriately and within a timely manner. We then had to get approval by Ed (Service Manager), he came out to see it and stated the same thing that's not normal it needs to be replaced. Honest, reliable, efficient and pretty trustworthy. What's shocking is that this could have very well of been handled at Fort Myers Subaru- no one took the time to even look into this and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced.Both Larry and Ed and the nice woman working up front at Subaru in Naples were on top of it, they kept me updated and informed of when the headlight was ordered as well as when it actually arrived. Thank you kindly for all you guys do & are doing. Excellent customer service.I will be returning for all my future auto needs at this location.Regards,Jacquelyn H., EFDA

I went to several dealerships in the initial phase of my car buying process, and left each stressed and disappointed, due to the sales reps not being transparent about costs, available inventory and estimated timelines.I reached out to DeVoe Subaru of Naples via website inquiry on a Saturday morning around 11:00am, outlining what I was looking for and other pertinent details that would affect the buying/leasing process.By 1:30pm THAT SAME DAY Josselyne had reached out, let me know that they ( they being her and her manager Favio) were able to accommodate all of my requests and get me within my desired budget. By 4:00pm, they had secured my desired vehicle- for a Monday arrival. Mind you, the earliest arrival I had been provided by other Subaru dealerships in the area was 3+ weeks AFTER that!Not only was Josselyne able to meet my needs and terms, she was prompt in communicating, straight forward with details and she genuinely cared about my experience during the leasing process.If you are looking for a Subaru in SWFL, or even FL in general, give DeVoe Subaru in Naples your business. It will be worth it in experience alone! For me, this was a five star experience. With a five star team. That have crafted a five star sales process (I work in sales and call it like I see it).
