I did my car 1st service here 5k / 6months service maintenance they did a pretty good job, they are doing the job as per maintenance checklists. its a little crowded but they know how to handle. i booked my appointment at 9:30 and got my car at 11:00am thanks to the service mechanics who are doing their job and to toyota germain family and daniel for taking care of us.

Great, friendly service. The last 2 visits were considered last minute emergency visit (nail in tire and dead battery) without an appointment. I pulled up the to service department and was greeted ASAP, explained why I was there and was told that they would be able to service my car with a slight wait (under 2 hrs). It was serviced within an hr. Spoke with tech to give/get all the info. Day in waiting area, had a cup of coffee and a snack, by the time I was finished the car was done.Great service department.Service: Battery

Toke my little car to get an oil change, process was good no problems, I got a call from service guy telling me that there was a recall on my car I said no problem fix it.I really wish there was a viewing area for us people that likes to observe what's being done to the car. I am used to this since I am a trucker and there is always a viewing area that we can seat and observe the mechanics working on your truck, I like it not because I don't trust the dealership but because I learn from watching

Made appointment online, quick and easy. Great communication before and during service visit. Work done timely while I waited. Was able to have technical discussion with a service manager who answered questions about my new hybrid operation that I couldn't find online. This is the place to take your car. From the staff to the actual service performed is 5 stars . Fred my advisor has high class customer service. Your service person, Marie, went the extra mile to apply the unused recall notice to avoid a large bill. She also had the routine service performed that was not scheduled for my appointment since it came up on dash as needed. Well done.

They immediately gave me an emergency appointment to replace my dead battery when I was able to jump start my Camry Hybrid and bring it to Germaine. Jose who granted the appointment and Andrew my Service Manager were friendly and helpful and had me in and out in an hour. Thanks to their efforts I was able to make my volunteer commitment on time at 3:00.Service: Battery

I had a basic covered 10,000 mile inspection, tire rotate and oil change. Had a 9:30 APPOINTMENT was early and seen around 24 vehicles in front of me. Got in expressed have other appointments so would rather reschedule if they over booked, they said no problem you'll be in and out. You make your own assumption drove out at 11:30 Just to mention I am not complaining about my service advisor he just works there so subtract from his star's to there's = 2Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

No one enjoys dropping thousands of dollars on servicing your vehicle, however, it is made significantly easier when you have a fantastic service advisor. I had Orlando Samiento, not only was he honest with me about what I needed done, he also assured me it would be completed by end of day! Germain Toyota of Naples service center is my go to service center for 3 of my Toyota's because it is easy to make an appointment online, the price you pay for the service is transparent. The check in process is always smooth. The mechanics do a good job (because I always inspect under the hood after every service). The service advisors are professionals and courteous. I also recommend the parts online store at Germain Toyota of Naples. I have purchased a lot from their parts department because of how easy it is to shop, price transparency, they offer great deals and fast service. I highly recommend the parts and service department. I currently own two Toyota vehicles '21 & '22 and a third on order. I've been using Germain since my first purchase and have been completely satisfied with my experience. This last experience was with John Davis from the body shop. John transferred to the body shop from the service department recently and has continued his knowledge and courtesy to his customers brilliantly. I will continue to use Germain to service my vehicles and I will continue to recommend Germain to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. I was told by a Toyota dealership in Wisconsin that I needed brakes over a year ago. My next door neighbor, a retired mechanic checked them for me and told me they were good for another 15000 miles. I brought the vehicle to Germain Toyota a year later. They inspected the brakes and said They will need service in the near future. I received a fair quote and had them done right away. Germain was able to rent me a nearly new Highlander for a very reasonable price and I am very happy with the service.Ann Marie was my service advisor, and she was a pleasure!Service: Brakes

I have had my Toyota serviced here since purchase. Dameion has always helped me and explained what was being done. My low tire pressure light came on just as I was starting a 100 mile trip. I had put air in the tires the day before and thought I had inflated them to the correct pressure. I called Germain after the light stayed on for 2 exits and spoke with Howard who was extremely helpful and told me to come in and they will check my tires. I thought there might be a nail in one since there is still so much debris post hurricane. Khaled was my service manager and he made sure my tires were properly inflated and inspected for any nails or safety issues. They also checked the tire sensors and determined our sudden cool weather combined with slightly low tire pressure caused the light to come on. Germain got me out as quickly as possible even though they were very busy and gave my car a clean bill of health, tires and all at no charge! Their customer service is always excellent and I trust their service department to be thorough and honest.Service: Tires

I missed my 7:00 appt so went in at 9:00 to to see if I could get my oil changed and tire rotation done and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had 9am slot. Took @2 hours to get inspection report and another hour for work to be completed. Total 3 hours waiting. Coffee dispenser not working and no water out! Just stopped in due to their phones not working due to hurricane Ian damage to schedule two vehicles needing attention. They were able to get me right in and schedule the other vehicle next day.

Brought my car in for my tire rotation and oil change that I'm supposed to do every 5,000 mi and they said they did a tire rotation but they did not. Who knows if they even really did an oil change. Service as usual at Germain Toyota is excellent. Very fast very efficient and great customer service. It is the only place that I take my Camry or will ever take my Camry or any other Toyota that I may own. The service department seems to be very honest and very reliable. I definitely recommend.

My previous review of damage during an oil change and tire rotation resulted in a "Response from the "Owner" asking me to call to discuss a future 5 star experience.My return call to the number provided resulted in the same service manager returning the call. He told me to expect a call from the director of parts, service and body shop which hasn't happened yet (one week later).I continue to be very dissatisfied with the lack of communication to address my needs while the dealership purports to work towards resolution.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had a little concern with paint on left rear pillar driver and front left pillar as well as BLK rubber dash cover on outside but John the mgr at body shop signed paperwork saying they would correct it if any issues arise in the future.

Not best experience. 24 month Van check and it took 3.5 hrs for tire rotation and oil change. A big No, No for an hour job and van left out in 108 degrees, too hot to drive it til A/C cooled it down.
