Oil change and change spark plugs. One of the plugs was cracked so I took it back and they dealt with it no hassle. This place is efficient and set up to do things quickly. I recommend inServices: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I will for the experience I had here. I've had a few previous things done here that turned out ok. However, will never return after my last oil change.I scheduled an early morning appointment for an oil change so I could get in and out quickly. Was originally told it would take 1-1:15 when I first arrived. However, it took nearly 3 hours from when I dropped the car off till when it was done. Nothing "quick" about that.But the most absurd part was that they were going to charge me $690 for the oil change! They wanted to charge nearly $49/qt for MotorCraft 5w50 synthetic (which I know is an expensive oil compared to other blends), but is a complete rip-off at that price. An entire case(12)of this oil can be purchased from Amazon.com for $132!Called around to some other Quick Lanes after I got home and received quotes of around $200ish for the oil change which is a much more reasonable/realistic offer. This Quick Lane has lost my business. Make sure you call ahead and get an exact quote if you plan to use this location. Very disappointed.

Quick lane of Naples in Tamiami ford is amazing and everyone there are true professionals. I ve never been treated so kindly and to think the employees there actually care. I was offered a shuttle to take me home during my truck maintenance and was also offered an Uber to take me to work. The people here care and that s what s most important. The manager Shaun is one of the nicest people I ve ever met. I would highly recommend quick lane to anyone in the southwest Florida area.

Fast friendly and helpful staff. Oil change done in about 45 minutes despite high customer traffic, cost $46. Large brightly lit and comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable seating and charging stations for both Android and iPhone. Great service at. Good price.

Quick, efficient service. Comfy waiting area. Easy to make appointment online. Complimentary car wash. I deducted a star because I believe they havent been rotating my tires like they should be. 30k miles since I bought new and my fronts are bald and backs are fine.

It took an hour and a half to get a simple oil change. They told me that there was only one person ahead of me. As far as I can tell, all the time was taken with people not working. The quality was okay, and the showroom is very pretty. But really, an hour and a half for an oil change?

I only bring my car to this place for all maintenance needs. Every time I go in I am attended too very quickly. I am never there for more than 2 hours walk in. Very affordable prices for most services. Trustworthy personnel who take care of you and keep you updated while you are waiting. Free water and coffee while you are waiting is also a plus.

All new facility opened June 2018! Beautiful and spacious. HUGE customer lounge with great coffee selection, free WiFi, high table laptop space with power outlets and phone charger, dining booth area for snacks and lounge area for television viewing.The repair shop is equally impressive spotless with all new equipment and 21 service bays!Great staff with a commitment to fast, quality service you can even make an appointment to get your oil changed quickly if you keep a tight schedule or drive in the covered service write up area, no appointment need.VERY impressive!

Great service, quick, came in for an oilchange and they found the airfilter was dirty, showed it to me and replaced it! Free coffee and water in the waiting room, will definitely go there again if I'm in that area

I came saturday mid day to fix a tire with a screw in it. I was checked in quickly and of course they couldn t repair the tire so I had to buy a new one. I agreed and was told it would be 45 to 50 minutes. I have now been sitting here for 1 hour and 45 minutes with no updates.I don t mind waiting, especially since I didn t have an appointment. But, don t tell me one thing and then not even come close to what you said.

I went here on a recommendation for an oil change. Price posted was 89 dollars to start. My car required an extra quart of oil so it cost me over 140 dollars. In addition, they tried to tell her me my car had all kinds of things wrong with it!! I will never go back. What a ripoff. I went for a basic oil change and was ambushed by the tech.

i recieved coupon $59.99that includes tire rotationthey chargme $69.99 saying that labor is not included plus they didn t rotate the tires.

Very backed up, I called in and they told me there was an opening asap. I drive there and they tell me it s going to be an hour and a half and that they don t know why the person on the phone told me to come in. Just an unprofessional situation.

Came for an oil change, also got a tire rotation. They forgot to use the drill to tighten my tires after the tire rotation. All the lugnuts were finger tightened. I drove on it for 50 miles with the car violently shaking before I got it to my local mechanic. They told me the quick lane didn't tighten the lugnuts and I was in a very dangerous situation for those 50 miles. One of the lugnuts even fell out. The rest have issues being tightened because I was driving on them. My alignment is also completely off. Can't go to this quick lane ever again after this. For shame.Service: Oil change

Motorcraft battery has a 3 year replacement. Dead within 33 months. The service writer came up.with every excuse to not replace the batter, including accusing me of changing the sticker to make the age of the battery within 3 years. The stamped date code would prove that wrong.
