I had an emergency on the weekend. Called around every body shops in Naples, they were either closed for the long weekend or they did not accept new jobs. I finally found Precision Collision. Bill not only returned my call promptly, but arranged an employee to inspect my car even though they were closed for the weekend as well! Wow!

I took my car to Bill myself and got a quote of about $5000 and gave him $2000 cash upfront. I dropped my car off and was told it would be done within three weeks, six months later after getting the runaround over and over and over again I gave up on him and decided to get an attorney. Being lied to and getting robbed is what I got when I went there. Is it worth it I ll let you decide. My flight is not over And it won t be until I get my money back and You can take that to the bank.

I've taken my car here for body work more than I care to admit - lol but every time I have, Bill and his guys have always done decent work. He's fair about what he charges and his turnaround times are reasonable. He takes ownership of the work that's done, and if for some reason something isn't right, he takes care of it. Overall this is a place that does good work.

I ve came back 3 times to address the issues, the paint quality, 1st time the color didn t even match, 2nd time they have over sprayed all over the head light, trim not flex, so I called him and said what can he do, he said he would take care of the issue, and would make it right, he called me 36hrs later said car was ready to go, we get there and this photo I unloaded was there best work, the one gentlemen that was there said I was never to accept it, and it was perfect to him, and the prices they charge are not cheap, I texted the owner and he never responded back. And there s the finish product, save the headache and time. Don t understand how they stay in business, cause this is just crazy, reminder this suv is a 2021 new car, take your vehicle somewhere else cause this is not the place.Service: Painting

Terrible experience! Went to have body work done and paint fell off literally overnight in strips. Did not complete bodywork. Charged my insurance for parts and labor and the the dang thing still doesn't work.. After repainting the car (dealer says it doesn't match) the second time, I have bits falling off and rusting. Has been going on for about 5 months. Nice guy but extremely shabby and incomplete work. Should have stuck with USAA approved places. Lessons learned!

I had every corner of my car pretty much repaired and painted. Precision Collision did an excellent job, and the owner Bill really takes pride in the work he provides. When I picked up my car, a worker named Tony reviewed everything with me. They took each part off individually and painted it. Honestly, every time I walk out to my car I get a stupid grin on my face because it looks brand new. It's really hard to find competent work these days, and to find people that actually take pride in their work and go above-and-beyond is super rare. Not to mention the price was great, so you really do get a wonderful value. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I both had terrible experiences here. We dropped both our cars off at the same time for body work. When my boyfriend got his car back, the bumper that they had repaired started to fall off that day and the logo was put back on upside down. They fixed it, but an employee told him it was my boyfriend s fault the bumper came off because it needed to set longer. Then why did they say they car was ready to drive home if it wasn t? Then when I picked up my car, I noticed on my invoice I was being charged to have my front right rim refinished, but it hadn t even been touched. We requested the money back, but the owner insisted we bring it back in for him to personally sand down and repaint, so we did. We dropped it off in the morning and he said it would take half a day. 4:30 came around and we hadn t heard from him so we reached out and he said he would put the rim back together then so we could pick it up. We went and it was only about half done. We talked to an employee and said that wasn t what we expected based on what we were told by the owner. He said the owner probably didn t fully explain to the kid who worked on it how to do the rim and that s the best they could do. The whole experience has just been awful with excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn t done right. I do not recommend this place.

Please never try this place, he is disaster.My car was hit in a parking lot while my daughter was using it for her job the older man that he hit the car and broke the front bumper he didn t let my daughter to call the sheriff and directly brought her to this collision center to fix the car and paid the money but the job is very unprofessional even we took the car three time to fix the problem instead of fixing they made it worse and worse, hs a dishonest and unexperienced person, this place shouldn t be collision center, even not a body shop, he destroyed my brand-new 2021 Toyota Camry, now I have take to a real collision Center to replace the bumper and do the body painting on my expenses that he damaged,Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to Precision Collision twice now. Once for a full paint job and once to repair and paint my side view mirror. Bill and his team did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone in the southwest Florida area if your haveing and type of auto body or collision repai problem. Thanks guys!

Had some body and paint work done here what a mistake. Car was a lease and when it was turned in I was hit with $700 in damage due to body and paint work done here. Better off using a company that actually stands behind their work. Never again.

Someone hit my car and sent me here to pay for the damages. BIG MISTAKE. I ve gone back 3 times because nothing was done right and every time more damage was done. Owner is a very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional man. Save your money. It s not worth it.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
