This business is a comical joke. It s ran by an old guy who is one cigarette away from dying, who has zero customer service skills and is clueless. He lost the parts he ordered for my car in his own garage!! . Then tried to give me attitude. He is not the only Italian guy from New York in the world. He needs to understand that. He belongs on a hospice bed, not running a business.Your response is exactly what I was expecting from a clueless business owner. I saved the invoice and provided a picture for you .. first you lose the parts to my car. Then you lose the invoice.Last, don t ever assume anything about anyone in life. This is my real name. You idiot. You don t do one thing wrong as a business owner, you do everything wrong.

Beware of this company, they steal parts from ebay sellers and install them in customers' cars. We just filed a police report for online fraud on this company. Customers of this company need to be ready when police stop their car somewhere on the highway and tow it for a future trial.

Great shop! They went above and beyond with a tough repair job and stayed right at their quote! I cannot say enough good things about New York 1 Auto. Russ was honest, straightforward and was very informative about my classic car. He was able to point out issues that I had and was very fair in his pricing. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be sure to highly recommend his services. Drove in from Chicago and had a minor accident and needed a temporary bumper fix. I called New York Auto and they immediately took me in (within the hour). They stabilized my bumper with screws and I could drive home safely now. They did the service free of charge. Very nice people at this shop and they're easy to work with. I highly recommend them. 10/10

I cannot say enough good things about New York Auto 1! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! The owner Russ, and Kat are two of the most honest and genuine people I have ever met. They replaced my AC compressor unit, and fixed both my brake lights and both headlights. They had to deal with my extended warranty company which was a big challenge. The extended warranty company gave them so much trouble. They had to spend so much extra time and effort getting all the things that the warranty company wanted. Russ and Kat were so patient and understanding through the whole process of repairing my vehicle. They stood up for me and did everything the warranty company asked often more than once. I can t thank them enough for all their hard work, and the time they put into repairing my vehicle. After they fixed my AC it worked perfectly. If you want a great repair shop with good, honest people who care about their work; and charge fair prices this is the place for you! Again, thank you Russ and Kat for all you did for me. I highly recommend NY Auto 1 to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning

To start they were the only garage that didn't charge just to look at the car. At least 2 other places charged a $100 fee.There was a "clanking" noise in my front end. Russ took the car out for a drive and within 20 minutes told me I was all set. Come to find out the prior garage, where I had front end work done, left some loose parts.That is honesty you have to respect!Definitely recommend and I will be bringing my car there in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They did not fix the issue I asked them to fix and also worked on and made my door worse than it was when I didn't even request a quote for thst. So I come to find my door even more broken than previous. I brought my truck in for shaking and they only told me other things where wrong. I paid 1000 for my engine to still shake and now that I take it to Honda I find out I have engine damage

I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient and vey accommodating. I drive an older vehicle, 111,000 miles, which has been having some issues over the last six months. New York was able to take care of my repairs within 2 hours of me coming in (with no notice) on both visits. Prices were reasonable and customary. Highly recommend.

Went here for an oil change and a coolant flush, left with my truck blowing white smoke from the tailpipe. I knew I should have done it myself, however, I opted for convenience this time and am now paying the price. Not only did they put 2 gallons of the wrong 50/50 coolant mixed with 2 gallons of tap water, but they also put in the wrong oil into my engine. I wasted $160 and now have to flush everything out and do it over myself.

No southern laid-back work culture here. These folks at New York 1 Auto do things in a New York state of mind. Brought my car in one morning to replace the radiator which was on order. The part was still en route; it hadn't even arrived yet. But when it did, they had my car done and ready in a New York minute. Drove it outta there that same day. Plus they get cool points for being responsive. Earlier, I put out several requests for service quotes to local area shops including one of Naples well established family run auto repair services. New York 1 Auto was the only one that replied back, and their quote was reasonable. They get two thumbs up from me. Thanks, Russ!

What a great shop. Russ, Kat and Denny know more about cars than any shop in Naples. Great people and fair prices. No gouging or ripping off at this shop. Five stars for a good old fashioned experienced shop.
