It was a Friday evening and we were getting ready to head to the Bahamas when we needed to replace one of our turbos. It was amazing luck that we found the good people at Naples Turbo. They had the turbo needed in stock which by itself was a huge win. Then, they decided to jump in their car and drive the turbo across the state to make sure that we received in time to make our departure! Truly off the charts exemplary customer service!! Naples Turbo should be your go to shop for turbos!

THANK YOU NAPLES TURBO!My turbo just came through the door! I must say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Liwen was very helpful and friendly, the price was perfect, the part arrived fast and the turbo was as specified. I appreciate the extra effort she also put into making sure the turbo is installed correctly and the troubleshooting she offered to ensure there wasn't any other issues. I will make sure to recommenced Naples Turbo to anyone who is looking for replacement turbo in the future.Thanks again!

I recently started my relationship with Naples Turbo. Things started out a little bit rocky but got better. I had a specific turbo that I wanted and they didnt have it in stock. Naples reached out to one of their suppliers which they have been doing business with for several years to get what I wanted. The supplier shipped me a turbo that should never have been sent to me. I discovered the turbo as being spinoff of Borge Warner it was no good. Naples did exactly what they said they would do and took the turbo back as well as refunded every penny of my money. I dont know if the supplier in Joplin will do the right thing or not but Naples treated me fair.

Outstanding customer service!! Had really old and hard turbo to find. Naples turbo searched high and low to find us exactly what we needed. Had updates every other day on status of our turbo. Every part that I need in the future that they carry I will order from them! Great company and unmatched customer service! Thanks so much for all your help with our turbo!

First time purchasing from Naples Turbo, was having a hard time trying to find an actuator for my turbo. I had gone to CAT and other places near me they were all wanting to sell me a whole new turbo that would come with a new actuator and cost me thousands. I was blessed to have came across their website found the part I needed, purchased it late Wednesday night little after 10:00 PM (after hours) for Naples, chose next day air all under $100! I was expecting to get it Saturday with the luck I ve got at times I was wrong part arrived at my doorstep at 10:35 AM today (Friday). Thursday morning Liwen called me just to verify that they would send out the correct actuator, everyone s is built for a different PSI. Gave her my engine serial number next thing I know? Boom 30 min later I m receiving another phone call from her with confirmation that everything was correct and my order would be boxed up and shipped in the afternoon! Feels good to know someone like Liwen and Naples Turbo care about their customers not many out there like her! Thank you to Naples Turbo and Liwen for sending the correct part packaged perfectly and on a quick delivery! I can now get my big rig back up running and on the road again! Y all stay blessed! I ll for sure be a returning customer as well as a customer that recommends!

The staff was very easy to deal with and made it a simple process. They made 100% sure I was getting the correct part, which is vital since we have a large fleet that needs to minimize downtime. We will definitely use Naples Turbo as a vendor in the future. Thank you!

I was looking for a hard to find turbo that no one could seem to locate. I called Naples Turbo and talked to Liwen Williams. She was absolutely delightful and found the turbo within a day or so. I sent them the money 2 days before Hurricane Irma hit Florida. They still managed to get me this turbo months quicker than anyone else despite the fact that area was hit hard and had no electricity. I am absolutely AMAZED at the level of professionalism this team operates on. Do yourself a favor... if you need a turbo, don't go anywhere else. Whatever it is, they will find it quicker, it will be cheaper, and you'll get it sooner. Thank you Liwen Williams and I look forward to working with you and your team in the very near future.

After having my unprofessionally self rebuilt turbo blow up on me, I decided to purchase a unit that was professionally rebuilt haha! Doing some quick research on the unit I needed, I found Naples Turbo on Ebay and got a replacement cartridge coming. The part arrived and I couldn't wait to get my little old Bimmer back on the Dyno to make some power. There was one problem though, my compressor housing didn't fit over the compressor wheel. This is when I learned there were 2 differences or sizes of my Holset H1C. I contacted Liewen at Naples Turbo and with some collaboration we got a plan together for me to send in my compressor housing for machining to fit over the larger compressor wheel on the unit I was sent. This ended up being a simplest option for my fitment problem. Despite the slight delay, I was already thinking of more power anyway with this solution! I can't thank Liewen enough for helping so diligently with my interesting fitment situation and all the support that surrounded it. They got me a waste gate actuator for a turbo on a Cat engine that Cat would only sell me the entire turbo for. They saved me like $1500 and were very nice and helpful!
