Leo Chico is absolutely incredible. He is one of the best client service people I have ever come across. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his communication was amazing. He actually made the experience of a damaged car as enjoyable as it possibly could be! Would highly recommend him and Naples Premium Collision Center who did an amazing job!

Fantastic service, our Land Rover looks even better than it did when it was new in 2018. Leo was great to work with, he cleared all the needed items with our insurance company (who had underestimated the work needed to fix the door) and got the job done in less than a week minimizing our rental needs.. We highly recommend this company for any luxury vehicle repair!

On March 10, 2022, I delivered my 2019 Range Rover Evoque convertible for an expected 10-14 day repair stay at the Naples Premium Collision Center in Naples, Florida. The body work was completed with some minor hiccups per the given timeframe. The drama ensued with the unforgiving supply chain problems the country experiences now. On or about April 7th, I was introduced to my Superhero, Sarah Shaw. Sarah replaced the previous estimator at the center. Sarah was relentless in working to facilitate the delivery of a windshield which was needed for my vehicle. There were no windshields available in the U.S. so, the windshield had to be secured from the UK. Sarah shepherded the process with some assistance from LandRover International. Thanks to Sarah's dedicated efforts on my behalf, my vehicle was loaded onto a transport trailer for Michigan on 8/9/2022. I am most appreciative for the multiple update contacts Sarah made weekly, daily and sometimes, multiple daily updates. I received quality customer care. Sarah is the premier professional at Naples Premium Collision Center.Services: Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

I had an amazing experience working with this body shop. The person I worked with was Shannon Van Antwerp. I can t say enough good words about working with Shannon. Very professional, ALWAYS quick to respond, funny just all around great person to work with in places like this. When your baby is in trouble (yes, cmon, our favorite cars are our babies), you d need a perfect doctor to fix it! Thanks guys for taking care of my GLE350! Hope I won t need to see you soon, but I know what to do when something happens.

Very pleased with my experience. Professional service and returned my F type to its original state. They worked with my insurance to make sure they had all the information and were very helpful through out the process. Leo Chico is the man. A dedicated guy and very friendly. Goes out of his way to get things done!

I recently had my Porsche Cayenne repaired here per numerous recommendations from friends in the automotive industry. Sarah Shaw and her team keep me updated along the process, sent me dozens of photos and worked with insurance to cover my repair in full. Additional supplemental requests were approved without worry and I know my vehicle is the same or even better than before the rear-end collision.Services: Installation, Body & Trim, Auto rear window replacement

Leo Chico did an excellent job from our initial phone contact. He explained every stage of the process from towing through completion. He wrote an initial estimate immediately upon receipt of the car and continued to update me as the process moved forward. He took time to drive me to the storage lot and explain the damage he could see when I showed up at Naples Premium Collision. I find it rare these days to experience this level of customer service! Great job Leo!

I received an estimate on my damaged bumper. Repair work was finished ahead of schedule and total bill came in under estimate. Leo did an excellent job of communicating with me during the process and then drove my car to my dealership for me after the work was finished. Shannon is the best person to take your car to. She took such great care of my fiance and I when we both needed our vehicles fixed. We brought our car in with what appeared to be a significantly scratched up bumper (6" x 6" area), and were dreading the estimate to have it repainted. Sarah Shaw looked at it for a seconds, went into the shop and came back with lacquer thinner and polishing compound. In a few minutes my car looked new. Turned out all the "scuffing" was just paint transferred from what was hit. 99% of body shops would have repainted the bumper, which would have cost $2,000. Sarah didn't charge me. I have to say Sarah and Naples Premium are 100% honest and a PREMIUM collision center.Jay and Emily BerkowitzService: Painting

I am from Charlotte NC and I had bought my Mercedes Benz Pre-Owned about 3 months ago. I recently noticed that I had a bump on the bottom from what seemed to be a scratch. That being said I contacted the Mercedes Benz Dealership down in Naples and they told me to take it to the Naples Premium Collision Center and that I can get a quote there. I took my car down there and I spoke with Shannon who works there. OH MY GOODNESS she is amazing. She told me that when I bought my car the dealership should have already fixed this issue, and that it should be covered since I didn't buy the car too long ago. I explained that I did have a warranty on this so I went back to the dealership and I spoke with the service team about this and they told me that I needed to call my dealership that I bought it at. I spoke with my rep and then found out they wouldn't do anything about it. I called back and Shannon told me that they have the option to warranty it under the Goodwill section up to $1,000.00. She is checking with the Mercedes Benz Dealership down there to see if they will just take care of it for me rather than having to wait to go back to Charlotte. AMAZING! Shannon is BY FAR the best collision person I've been to especially because she's HONEST with you about your car and parts.

Shannon is AMAZING and beyond professional. She went so way above & beyond to help me. She went to bat for me against the insurance company and made the battle with them survivable. She is so knowledgeable , kind, patient & understanding at a time (after an accident) when all of these characteristics are priceless. The work on my daughter's car is fabulous and Shannon kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was never left to wonder or guess where my repair status stood. I would recommend Shannon & Naples Premium Collision to everyone,,,no need to go anywhere else for car collision repair.

Despite the hurricane and the nightmare that it was having tile roofing fall on our car, Shannon and all the girls at Naples Premium were a delight to work with. Shannon specifically went beyond and above to make sure our car was perfect upon return to us. We truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy we received from the staff. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone and should we need a repair shop again in the future (hopefully not ;) ) we will definitely be returning to Naples Premium. Thank you!!

The people here are awesome. Shannon and the others all go above and beyond. When my Vette was rear-ended, Shannon went out of her way to ensure my baby got the highest quality repairs possible. Customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I have never been more pleased with an auto body shop than I have been with Naples Premium. I will definitely bring my vehicles here and highly recommend them to everyone.

Will the car ever be the perfect way it was before the collision? Well, I know that Shannon and her team tried their best to fulfill my expectations. Since I really never got to meet the team - I have to devote this to Shannon, who was tops! She comforted me the day I came in. Made sure I knew what procedures we were going through, and kept me abreast every step of the way!Thanks for seeing me again today for a bit of a touch up - and that was because they wanted me to be satisfied.Shannon, keep up your great customer service - you make the place sparkle!

I have to agree with most of the reviews posted. We came in with a couple of minor dings to get taken care of (2 cars). Shannon was great. She connected us with Dave who took care of us in about an hour & a half, at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Naples Premium Collision to friends and family

I can not say enough great things about this place. First off, my car came out AMAZING. This place knows what they are doing!I worked with a receptionist by the name of Kathleen throughout the process, who constantly kept me up to date about my vehicle. She was spectacular! When I went to go pick up my vehicle, it was like I knew her for years! She came up to me and gave me a great big hug!5 stars is not enough!Thank you Naples Premium Collision!

Worst body, paint, and repair organization!I have utilized them for my Jaguar on two seperate occasions. The first time all the repairs were not completed in the time allotted. The second time the samething happened, but told me they refunded me my deductible. And now one year later the paint is chipping and peeling and they refuse to honor the guarantee. Each time I went they had new employees that bashed old ones. And have yet to provide a service that is in line with any high end vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
