I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got off work on time and Christopher Elan got me in before my scheduled service. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for the fast service.

I recently went back to Naples Nissan to upgrade my vehicle. I needed a bigger car for my mobile hairdressing business. Andr�s was my salesman and I got a beautiful 2019 Nissan Rogue it needed a couple of things like the A/C vent was busted minor things like one small dent that had a bit of rust and the cigarette lighter blew out. Like I said minor things. I just got back from Nissan and I must compliment the whole team there. Mario the sales manager is really great he got me in touch with Blake and I must compliment his excellent customer service. Kim in service is awesome! She sent me a text after I dropped off my car to keep me informed. I thought it would have been an all day kind of appointment but it was fixed in under 2 hours. She sent a a car to pick me up and that was my excellent experience with Naples Nissan. I bought my last car they're and I will definitely stick with them for all future purchases. I highly recommend Naples Nissan and definitely see Kim in service she will take good care of you!

Not thrilled with the finance department at all. I was basically lied to when I bought my 2019 Titan and purchased the extra oil changes. After being sent to a bunch of different people, with no one willing to help resolve the issue, the service manager Joe stepped up and took care of the issue. At least someone cares about customer service. Props to him, he could ve easily stonewalled me like everyone else there, but he seems to actually care and took care of me as a customer. Thanks Joe!!

I brought my NV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was up front in the beginning that their wait times are longer than they used to be, which I appreciated. Told me 3 hours for an oil change. Needed it done, so I was fine with that. Cheaper than Jiffy Lube... trust me, I called. They offered me a shuttle home so I didn't have to wait for my car to get done, so I took them up on that. Thankful they have this service so I could get on with my day. Longer wait times, yes. Customer service still great. Will be back.Service: Oil change

Came in to do a CVT fluid flush on a 2010 Maxima I just got. The guy informed me that since it hadn't ever had a flush, it'd be best not to do it because he'd seen problems develop with cars that wait too long for this flush. I told him I needed the car for a few years and didn't want to keep spending lots of money on it. He advised I not to do it. Appreciated his honesty! Many people would've let me flush the car, charged me, and then waited for me to keep coming back to spend more money on the issues created by the flush. Integrity and honesty. Thanked him and shook his hand. Great help.

Absolutely paltry customer service. Tried calling over 2 weeks for service. All hours. All days. Continously rings and no one picks up. Actually hung up on over 20 times. This dealer is honestly not a practical option for anyone looking for service. Best to stick with small shops. I've never seen phones not answered. And to be hung up on shows a lack of any professional training

Made appointment but over an hour before even touched the car while I watch the whole service team eat lunch at the same time... if that's the case then why notBlackout scheduling times for those hours..over two hours for an oil change is ridiculousService: Oil change

I was told this morning when I showed up at 9:00 a.m. that the service that I was going to get would take me 2 hours. At 12:00 I asked for an update my car it was sitting in the parking lot and I had not been touched yet they told me that they were going to get to it next as they were taking another car ahead of mine I asked for my keys and I left. If someone would have informed me in the 3 hours that I was sitting there that they were running behind and it was going to take longer I would have not had an issue but I had to come out and ask to find out and then the guy acted so nonchalant like it was not a big deal. Blamed it on the hurricane.

After 14 k dollars and 6 weeks car still broken and they want to repalce another parts. Stay away from them. No communication no updates nothing. The worst service ever

The best retailer. You have to wait to find a parking space, wait to find all of the items you think you want, sample foods, discover they have items you didn't know you wanted, wait to check out and wait to have your purchases checked before leaving the store. Always crowded during season during business hours. Worth the membership fee just for gasoline savings.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at an auto center. Came in around 3 on a Friday and they told me they've stopped taking in cars. Even though they shut down at 6. If you didn't want any business just say so, don't waste people's time

Made an appointment for 11am to get an oil change. Took 3 hours just to get it in to be seen and another 30 minutes for it to be done. Worst service ever.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
