Our Mazdas are the best cars we have ever owned! Purchasing them from Naples Mazda was a great experience. The service department has followed up with wonderful, professional care. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Each and every time we have gone to receive service on our 2018 Mazda CX-9 also purchased @ Naples Mazda we have received nothing less than superior service. The staff has always treated us in a friendly manner and explained the status of our vehicle carefully and patiently making sure we understand everything done to our vehicle and why. If the repair took longer than a day we were given a loaner car to be able to get around while our vehicle was in their care. I recommend Naples Mazda for all of your vehicle needs.

Went in hoping they would honor my new Mazda, free oil change and tire rotation. They didn't, but I agreed to have it done, without asking how much, overwhelmed by the price $139 oil change/ tire rotation, outrageous!

These people are liars, cheats and crooks. Doing business with them is the single worst financial decision I ve made in the past 5 years. They are incapable of doing any sort of work, or standing behind the product they sell. My car was there for a week to get a body rattle fixed, and to get detailed. Came back with the rattle, and entirely filthy, 3x filthier than when I dropped it off. The level of disservice that this dealership performs to their customers is something I never could have imagined.

Always quick and done with smiling faces. I prepay at time of buying my mazda.. they used to always wash car with service, now its like 1 out of 4 times.

Hey, first review! Let's get to it:The good:-Fixed my warranty issue without charging me (I shouldn't have been charged, so yay!)-Didn't try to peddle different services on me-Kind and helpful front desk folks-The key drop is quite convenientThe bad:-Did not warn me about having to reset my radio settings (minor)-Used a quarter tank of my gas for unknown reasons (both trip odometers were also reset)-Service guys in the back are incredibly rude (I'm asking you a simple question over the phone, no need to be condescending)-Now I'm getting spam emails, so don't give them your emailPerhaps you'll have better experience with them, as it was my only time going. However, I doubt I'll be back for any general maintenance or other issues.

Excellent service! Courteous, professional, and helpful, everyone I dealt with in the service department was great. They didn't try to upsell me. I'm glad to find a dealership and service department I can trust. They gave me a great loaner, maybe my next Mazda. I certainly know where I will go for my next Mazda and definitely for service and genuine Mazda parts. Great job guys!

I always bring my Mazda6 here and have no complaints! Very professional, easy to set up appointments! They don't take forever and you can watch tv and have a refreshment while waiting. Today, Brian helped us out tremendously with our car and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Thank you!

This is the second time in a row that an oil change has taken twice as long as I was told it would. And then they have the nerve to still try and upsell you on other services after taking all that time.Also had the pleasure of being ignored by someone sitting in an office who was not on the phone or with a customer. She could have loud conversations across the service area but couldn't ask me what I was there for. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone else to get off the phone.

Long wait but tires rotated, oil changed, battery checked, brakes checked and video of the work while I made phone calls and wrote plans for rest of the day.

Great service on my MX5 with the oil change being done on time and they even applied the discount they were offering on a regular oil change to mine with synthetic oil.
