Got in an accident recently and brought my car here. I loved this place. They were very polite professional and very honest and I felt they were always looking out for me instead of their bottom line. They also did a fabulous job much faster than anybody else in town could ve gotten it done. I was in town on vacation and my sedan was backed into by a truck. I needed guidance and quick patchwork done that would allow me to safely drive for several hundred miles. I brought it right over, and both Jared & Stu were terrific. ... Stu immediately got to work and spent about 20 minutes on it and made me feel comfortable driving a few hours away. I was pleased with the level of service and care, especially for being from out of town.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here after being rear ended and had a very good experience. Everybody was very nice, they took care of all the paperwork with the insurance and had my car fixed within a week. My daughter had an issue with her bumper being knocked off a bit. She went for an estimate and Jarred was fantastic! He knocked it right back into place. She is only 18 and a lot of other places would have taken advantage of the fact that she didn't know what was wrong. I will be singing their praises all over Naples! I have been going to Naples Body and Fender for many years. I have also referred many friends to this shop. Robin Schrock the owner is easy to work with. I had a three year old job he had done that began to peel. When I brought it back to him expecting to be charged again he refused to charge me. He basically told me it shouldn't have done that. It was fixed for free.They do everything from complete frame off restorations to your average fender bender. You will receive personalized service here. If your looking for an honest body shop that won't overcharge you then this is the place. He stands behind his work.

Be careful. Manager is great but owner was stressed out. Ins claim that was already forwarded, owner comes out and immediately starts badmouthing car, yelling, yes yelling at me like we'd met before. Very odd encounter. Told him thanks but I'll go elsewhere. Dude acted like he was off his meds

Needed to fix a small ding in my European car bumper. Instead of fixing the ding which he could have easily done (by applying some heat) and then repainting the bumper, he required a new bumper from European car manufacturer. Worst, the same bumper could be acquired from the local European car dealer (in Fort Myers or Naples) or in Orlando at a half price. He would not buy from there all because he gets higher profit by purchasing the bumper from the European car manufacturer directly.So a fix which should have cost around $400, it wound up costing $1,800. Its sure rip off.So take your auto repair business somewhere else. This guy will rip you off.
