We Cant say Thankyou enough to Nick and crew. He saved the day for us and our RV and got us back on the road the same day with a starter issue and old crusty wiring.Straight talking , no nonsense. Loved that he got the job done so fast.I would drive back to get him to fix more stuff if we had time.Thanks from the Wood family from Canada.

Trustworthy and fair pricing. Very happy with the service and how quick I got my car back. There was a leak in my valve cover that was found in the inspection. He was able to replace it with my spark plugs and new tires were put on as well. Ready for me in 8 hours. Highly recommend if you need a mechanic. Thank you Nick and the guys at Naples Battery!

Great shop! Can fix anything from changing an alternator to fault finding and replacing a whole wire harness. Always fair on pricing and willing to help and fit you in whenever it is possible.

Randy and Nick were so professional and helpful, they communicate well and are efficient not to mention very nice and will make your mechanic experience comfortable. My car runs better than it did before and I trust their judgement. They're very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to Naples Battery and Alternator! I highly recommend!

Very knowledgable and professional!I had an issue with another local battery place that messed up my electronics trying to install a wrong battery. Somebody recommended Nick, and they were not wrong. Nick and Daniel fixed my car in no time. They really know what they are doing, and are very honest. When in the Naples area, I will definitely go back to them.Highly recommended!

Took my truck in and let me tell you i was very satisfied with this shop, great people and professional. And very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair. Took my truck to four other shops no one could fix it. Took it to them it was fixed the same day i took it to them. Highly recommend this shop dont listen to the other person that left a bad review. They are good at what they do.

Guys at Naples Battery are honest and reliable! They are the most knowledgeable and most professional in the business. I have been using them for years and never had any issues with them. These guys take pride in their work and will always stand behind it. Good to know shops like this still exist.

The people at Naples Battery are fantastic! They are knowledgable and VERY honest. They shared lots of DIY information. The generator on our motorhome would not crank. After several attempts to fix it myself, I brought the motorhome to them. They had the generator running in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

Great guys who own this! Naples Battery has helped me out, my husband, and a lot of friends vehicles. There is a reason why they are still in business. I take my car to them all the time. And its nice to know great service!

Needed 8 new boat batteries. Nick was super helpful including giving me tips to make the new batteries last longer. The price was better than anywhere else in town and Randy was nice enough to deliver and pick up the old ones. Thanks guys

I've taken my cars there for years and always had great service. They know their stuff and are always very professional and get it fixed in a timely manner. If anyone needs mechanical work done, I would suggest Naples Battery in a heartbeat!

This people at Naples Battery & Alternator are the best !The guy sell to me an alternator for my APU Truck generator . For some reason the alternator fails , I came back and the guy in charge not only gave me another brand new alternator, that works just fine but even gave me my old alternator fixed to have for spare.So I went for one alternator but instead I got two for the price of one ! not only that ...I brought my truck and they check all my batteries and charge system for free to make sure that nothing else was wrong .Very honest and professional people !!!

I am an objective and fair person and don't expect much when it comes to auto repair businesses, but Naples Battery & Alternator is straight up,...a terrible business with terrible business practices! I would never take any of my vehicles there again, nor would I recommend the business to anyone! I hope this review can help spare at least one person the trouble that I had to endure!!If you want to know more, read on:On Friday, 8/21/15, I brought in my vehicle, introduced myself, and explained what I needed. I was told by Nick, the owner, that I needed to bring my vehicle in on a Monday. On Monday, 8/24/15, I brought my vehicle in and filled out the necessary paperwork requesting an oil change, tire rotation, diagnosis and estimate for a noise coming from underneath the vehicle, and diagnosis and estimate for the windshield washer that was not working. I explained that I was leaving the state for business and would not return until Saturday, 8/29/15. It was agreed that after diagnosis was complete, that a phone call, an email, or a text would be used to contact me and provide me with the estimates. Then, if I approved the estimates, the repairs would be made, and I would then arrange to have the repairs paid for and the vehicle picked up (as their hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday, and they are not open on Saturdays and Sundays). I also told them that I needed my vehicle to drive to work on Monday, 8/31/15.From Tuesday (8/25/15) through Thursday (8/27/15), while out of town on business, I received no calls, texts, or emails. On Friday, 8/28/15, I followed up with them. They told me they had changed the oil, rotated the tires and that the problem with the washer was that the pump was bad. I inquired about the noise under the vehicle and they stated that they couldn't find anything! I asked how it was possible that they couldn't find anything, when I could barely hear the radio due to it being so loud. I asked them if they took it for a test drive and they said yes, that they had drove it around their garage! Their garage was a small building in the center of a small parking lot. I was dumbfounded with their answer! I told them that they needed to take it for a test drive ON THE STREET! They stated they would and would then let me know what they found. Once again, I did not hear from them. Hearing nothing from them, and because it was approaching 5:00 PM (their closing time), I called back again. The gentleman stated that they could now can definitely hear the noise, but wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday, 8/31/15 (the morning I needed to use the car to get to work). Having no option, I had to make several other arrangements to accommodate their terrible business practices. But it gets worse! On Monday, 8/31/15, I still had not heard from them! So, on Tuesday, 9/1/15, at 10:15 AM (12 days since my first contact with them and 9 days since dropping off my vehicle to them for MINOR work and repairs), I called again to follow up and got their answering service. I left a message. They never responded.I had my wife contact the person who referred us to the business to let him know how disappointed we were and how we had been treated. He couldn't believe it, and because he happened to be in the area, stopped by to follow up on the situation. He talked to the owner and found out they they found a wrench in the spare tire well that a prior mechanic must have left (the cause of the rubbing noise under my vehicle), and simply removed it. He informed my wife, who along with a co-worker, went and picked up the car, and paid the bill (for an oil change and tire rotation) of $37.05. My wife was told that if we wanted to get the windshield washer pump replaced, they would have to order the part and we could drop the car off to them to make the repair!!! LOLI've got one word: CLOWNS!

I took my truck up there and they fixed it up for me in a minute. They are very reliable and I love their attitudes. They are super fun and I would go there again if my vehicle breaks down.

They do a good job and quick and their prices are reasonable. Just they don't clean up their mess in your vehicle after the repair is done.

So very rude, Nick the owner not nice at all says one thing then when you get vehicle there it's another, rude to employees barking orders, said he fixed my problem but it was back again in few weeks, If I could give less than one star I would
