Great service! Very low pressure sales pitch. The salesman, Frank, really knew his product and was very upfront on what I should look for.The closing was really easy. They took care of all the DMV drudgery and again were very low pressure on the add on s I could purchase.Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Frank and Maserati Naples.

Overall disappointing experience. Seemed like I didn t buy a $500,000 vehicle, I was rushed through. Salesman spent about 5 minutes showing us how everything worked and then said to play with things and read the manual. The car only had 3/4 tank of gas. Didn t have 2nd key. I called back a week later to remind the salesman about the key. I was told they were still looking. I felt I got treated with more respect at the Ford dealership buying a company truck.

The service manager was excellent. However, after $8000 worth of repairs apparently some of the bolts on the rear end were not properly tightened down and there became an issue with the suspension. I had to return the vehicle and wait a week for it to be fixed. The time it took to fix this vehicle was excessive, and not up to standards that I would expect from a Maserati dealership.

Michael Cabrerra, my service advisor, has made my experience at Naples Luxury Imports outstanding !Michael has gone above and beyond advising me and scheduling my Maserati for service. He has got my car in for service , arranged a loaner vehicle and met every promise regarding the work, the cost and when the car would be ready.He is the difference between service and above excellent service !!

Sergio Taddeo was world-class as the senior service manager, reaching out and keeping me up to date on the car repair status, service was amazing I was extremely impressed with the entire team, and even when the car was ready for pick up they drove it to the front of the store and the entire car was clean from top to bottom. Very well done bravo Team Maserati and the excellence starts from the top which was Sergio

Tanner in sales was great!! Purchase process easy peasy!! Rob in service was great for the post purchase cleanup!! Support staff very professional and reached out with emails along the way. No complaints as one would expect at such a dealership. Oh yea, love my Levante!!

Wonderful dealership .I tried the other dealers in the area for my Maserati and it is not even close to the quality and service this dealership gives I drive an hour just to have these guys service my car no better place around .

My Maserati currently under warranty, in perfect condition with only 14K miles, noticed Delamination defects to the front windshield. Placed a call into Naples Luxury Imports Service department. Service instructed me to bring car in for inspection. Inspection was performed, pictures were taken with date and time stamp, sent off to Maserati. A short time later I received a call from Maserati service explaining the defective windshield will be covered by Maserati. I set up appointment and my Maserati defective windshield was replaced under warranty With a brand new windshield.Excellent job, completely satisfied Thank you very much for Service (James Young) atvNaples Luxury Imports of Naples, FL (rjo / Nov. 2023)

These guys are amazing! Being a woman taking an exotic luxury car to service tends to be a scary experience. With these guys they are always very responsive, very respectful and very kind when I take my car in for service. They listen to my cars issues, and what s going on with the car. I always feel better walking out than I did in, they always have a smile and are happy to greet me and take great care of my car! Thank you Maserati service for being so awesome!

In dealing with the total loss of my car as a result of hurricane Ian, the words that comes to me in regards to my Maserati dealership are concerned and responsive. Sergio picked up the pieces of an appointment I thought I had scheduled on-line that apparently did not go through. He said no problem, let s just get the paperwork completed for the required 3-year service call. He was very helpful in getting the service set up without having to reschedule. Maserati of Naples is very easy and good to work with and I have no hesitation scheduling with them; 2nd time Sergio has helped me and I look forward to the next time! Thanks, Sergio!!

My service advisor is fantastic. My driver's door would not shut all the way so the inside light would not go off. They told me to bring it right down. They gave me a loaner car which was very nice. The car was done by 2:00 that day. Very nice people to deal with.

From when I first called to the day I arrived to see the car the experience was very much an excellent experience I drove 5 hours to meet Danielle Davis an she handle everything for me to make the transition easy an fast .
