Brought my Range-rover in for service and to adjust the tear tailgate. Michael Cabrera the Assistant Service Manager did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle and me and job was fixed perfectly. Thanks Michael and Land River Naples! Job well done.

I wanted to upgrade my wife s suburban to a new defender 130. After talking with the fort Myers dealer (local for me) they couldn t get me what I wanted. I messaged Austin bending here at Naples Land Rover and was a breeze. I ordered the car I wanted off the Land Rover website. I emailed it over to him and he ordered it with a simple deposit at a very fair price. Fast forward to today it just came in. They gave me a fair value on my trade and I drove off very happy. I have many other vehicles, but I must say the land rover defender is one of the most comfortable rides I ve ever had. I don t know why anyone would spend the same money on the suburban when they can get this. It s so much nicer. While you wait for all the paperwork to be done, there are so many nice vehicles to look at it can t help but wander around the dealership. Looking forward to enjoying this one and seeing what is next.

The best experience I ve had buying a car. All the dealerships told me that the ones on the lot were all I was able to buy. I spoke to Austin over at Jaguar of Naples and he provided me information so I can order one and have it shipped to them. I went online. And did the build then sent it to Austin and he ordered my car exactly how I wanted it. I bought the 2024 jaguar XL. The car came in a month ahead of time. I did 95% of the paperwork and all the contracts online. Got to the dealership was greeted by Austin went to his office sign the paperwork my car was brought around front where everything was showed to me on how to work things and set things up. Austin and this dealership did an amazing job. Just so everybody knows I live in Delray Beach Florida, and drove two hours because they were the ones that gave me the right deal the ones that were closer to me all lost out. I highly recommend you deal with any of their dealerships. I m sure you ll get great service at all of them. A big thank you to Jaguar of Naples and a big thank you to Austin who made the process as easy as possible and let me get exactly what I wanted.

We had the absolute BEST experience at Land Rover Naples! Starting with our sales specialist Tanner who was very thorough. Jon the General Sales Manager also went above and beyond to ensure we ended up in the perfect Range Rover. Torrey in finance was extremely friendly and worked very diligently for us. And last but not least, the very knowledgeable Eric, was very patient in educating us on the semantics of our new vehicle. The entire staff is very professional, kind and we will definitely do business with them again very soon!

Always a pleasure working with Frank. This is the 5th or 6th car I have purchased through Frank. At this point I feel like I am going to see an old friend. And I got the pleasure of working with Torrey again to close everything out. Always a pleasure. Finance and paperwork at most dealerships is the worst part but it just feels like I am having a fun conversation while I sign some papers. But I always know exactly what I need to know when I am done.

I came to the dealership and scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced. When I dropped off my Jaguar on the day of my appointment I was told it could be a day before a technician will look at the car. I thought that was strange since I made an appointment!Well it took 4 days before someone looked at my car. What s the point of scheduling a service date when my car sits in your LOT for a week and I don t have transportation. Terrible system

My husband and I were looking for a new Range Rover, it was after hours we were literally there for 10 minutes max and someone came on the loud speaker, told us to leave or the police would be dispatched. What kind of business practice is that? Well we will not be going back. If I could give them a zero I would have.

I purchase a Discovery Land Rover last month and got a flat tire two days later, I took the car in and they fixed within an hour, after finishing my coffee and paying for it I left happy. Car is 2020 with 25k miles in it. October 23 2022 on my way back from Miami the windshield pillar flew away (see picture attached) , October 24 I took the car back to the dealer and Michael Cabrera helped me out, he explained that those things could happen sometimes and that I could drive the car without the windshield pillar, Michael was kind and order the parts.Today I have the car schedule to be fixed and to pick the loaner, got in and Michael got me setup right away and told me they will have enterprise provided me with a car because they didn't have any of their own cars available. They got me into a Nissan Rogue 2020 with 64k miles, car shows signs of heavy usage and not clean at all (see pictures).I mentioned the car was dirty but they said that is the only car they have and it was either to get in that car or not getting any car at all. This never happened to me before, when you get a loaner you expect a min standards and at least the car to be clean.

I lost the wheel lock key for my 2018 Range River Velar. I explained the situation to zMjcvaek, bad tire no wheel lock. He changed all the lug nuts for type that needs no key no charge. Mounted my tire for $50+ and said have a better than excellent day. Never expected that!!!

My car buying journey began in 2019, a little over two years ago. I was set on buying a range rover but it was important to me to purchase the latest model of the car, as car news outlets had announced rumors of the upcoming model change. I went to dealerships in Texas and Florida and after my experience with Austin Bending, I knew there was only one place I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Despite living in Texas, I decided to order my car through the Naples dealership and have it shipped to me in Texas. As a first-time car buyer, I brought along my dad to the dealership. As the owner of a heavy civil construction company, he has purchased literally hundreds of vehicles in his lifetime. During our first trip to the dealership, Austin really impressed my father with his technical knowledge, transparency, and non-pushy salesmanship. Austin s understanding of the automobile market, land rover s product line and general economics surpassed that of all the other consultants I worked with at other dealerships and across other automotive brands. After putting down a deposit for the new range rover, the waiting process began. As covid created a delay in vehicle production, Austin continuously gave me status updates on the vehicle for over two years. As a customer, he always made me feel important and prioritized and that is something that is lacking in the luxury automotive sales industry. When it came time to reviewing build outs and design elements over the phone, Austin was friendly and efficient throughout the decision-making process. He even remembered that I got engaged and asked how wedding planning was going, which is a testament to his ability to listen to a customer and his kindness as a person. If you are interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle and want a seamless experience, I cannot recommend using Austin enough. Not only will he get the job done and make sure your every specification and demand is met, he will make it an enjoyable process.

They are fine if your car includes maintenance. However they are more expensive then the Fort Myers dealer for everything else ie whether your shopping for tires or a brand new vehicle.
