I had a major issue with an oil leak on our car, Jacks Auto was recommended by the local auto parts supplier. I couldn t be happier with the repairs and the pricing. I recently retired from auto sales after 50 years,I believe I have a pretty good idea how repair shops operate, I definitely will recommend Jacks Auto

As a Snowbird, I was skeptical of finding a mechanic that would not try to take advantage of me. Jack s Place is phenomenal. They say mechanics, lawyers and doctors are the most important things in your life. This mechanic is phenomenal now I know why he has five stars. Travis, who works here at Jack s is awesome and definitely does not try to take advantage of you. If anything, he tries to save your money, and his unbelievably honest. You couldn t ask for more in a mechanic. He is honest and a total gentleman, very nice and transparent. I am a Snowbird and have limited time. He tries to accommodate you and let you know what he can do and in what time frame, just awesome. He diagnosed my vehicle where I know for a fact other mechanic shops could have taken advantage of me because my engine was making a noise, but not Travis. He explained in detail what the noise was and what we can do. I highly highly recommend this place if you want somebody that s going to be honest, not take advantage of you and try to save your money! I would suggest letting him know how long you can leave your car for upfront this way he can work on ordering you parts and getting things done in your time frame. I also called Travis after hours about a question on purchasing a car. He could have said sorry I am closed but instead he answered the questions I had and saved me a ton of money because I was about to buy a lemon. I've been taking my family's cars here for almost 30 years. They are amazing and incredibly honest. I have lost count of the times they have made a minor repair for me and didn't bother charging me. They have had several other times where their final bill was less than the estimate. Just amazingly honest. As long as they are open... I'll take my cars there.Call first if you can... but if it an emergency... they'll figure out a way to do whatever they possibly can to get you back on the road. If they have to keep it overnight... it is very rare and you know they had no choice.Go to this place and you'll see what I mean.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Ran into this place and feel like I got really lucky. Honest people ready to serve you with no notice. I was able to get my repairs done within two hours of having met them for the very first time. (Other larger companies/ places charged more and would have taken longer). I definitely recommend Jacks Auto Repair to anyone. Thanks for the great service

Excellent work at a good price. A friend who works in auto parts distribution recommended this shop to me, after a nationwide repair shop chain quoted me an extravagant sum for a simple job. Jack's shop fixed my deteriorating front end on both sides for less than the nationwide chain.

Condenser sprung a leak and had to be replaced. Travis got me in right away to diagnose the problem and had it replaced in a couple days. Did a great job at a fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more when you're a visitor from out of town and had no idea where to go.

These guys have serviced my father s company trucks and his personal vehichles as well as my family and I s vehicles for over a decade. This also includes many people I ve sent their way, and my siblings cars. They ve never let us down. More than fair prices and the best service in Naples. You can trust Jack & Travis to do the job right and at a fair price.

Jack's address is actually:10940 K-Nine Dr.Bonita Springs, FL 34135Took in my Acura MDX with some rear quarter panel damage on a Friday Amanda gave me an estimate in 10 minutes.The estimate was decent, scheduling easy the following Wednesday, dropped off the car and they beat the 3 day repair by 1/2 a day and did a GREAT job. And I received a very nice discount on a rental from Enterprise because of Jack's. I arrived and the car was just finished being washed. Excellent people and workmanship at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!!

First towed car to local dealership and was quoted $2550+. Had car towed to Jack's and it was repaired in less than 24 hours for $600. I will definitely go back to Jack's and I would recommend.

Never will I use them again. They said my stealing pump was back ordered but why did auto shop 2 miles away have 1? As a business owner, I loose money when my vehicle is down. If you can fix it, tell me so I can find someone who can
