My wife was treated fairly, politely and with respect. Usually she wants me to take care of the car but she said these guys were great. He made an appointment for her and the price was most fair in all of Naples. Another shop wanted to charge $58 to put a patch. He also balanced the tire and all done within half an hour. Do not hesitate or worry or wait to go to this tire shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you for such a job well done.

This guy is very friendly and helpful.I needed 4 tires for my car and he gave me the best price, after I had checked 3 other places This was it.I recommend Jesus friendly place and professional way of doing business.

So, I looked at several of the reviews on here regarding J&D Tires in Naples and was convinced they would be able to help me with my tire needs. I called Monday morning 2/5. I spoke with a Jesuz. He quoted me a labor only price. He was busy as I could hear him talking to other people at the same time he was trying to talk to me, a potential new customer. Then he asked me to text him a pic of my current tires to verify the size and see if he could get it at a better price. I sent him the pic and sizes in my text. Then about 30 mins later (which is ok bc like I said I know he was busy) he responded with random pictures of tires and no explanations. Then he sent a price. I asked if that was for one with install. Instead of answering that question, he just sent me a total price. I asked some other questions like, do you have these in stock? Does this include install, and tax? Are these new tires and when could I make an appointment? Crickets. I left it alone as I work as well and had a lot going on too. I then tried calling at lunch. No answer and his voicemail was full so I couldn t leave a message. I sent him some more text messages asking if we could discuss. Nothing back. He completely ghosted me. I still haven t heard a word back from him. After three attempts at texting and two at calling him back. This goes to say, he doesn t care about future business and regardless of the previous reviews I would recommend finding another tire company or mechanic and avoid this situation. Unless you like being ghosted by a business you were going to pay $ for a service to.

Great customer service and prices. Honest owners. I called a few different tire places in town, they were all rude and rushed me off the phone. Walked in here and was helped right away and had a new tire on the car within minutes- and a much better price than the other tire places.

Jesus is definitely one of the good ones, as another reviewer said. He showed me his work on my tire which needed a patch and plug for a large hole. Very reasonable. The shop was hit by Ian. I encourage everyone in need of tires or tire repair to go see Jesus.

Needed one used tire, the deal was so good I bought two. The owner is very nice and took the time to find the perfect set of tires for me. Plus comes with a 30 day warranty!We also talked new tires when I m ready. His prices are very good. Definitely will be back.

What a fantastic experience!!! I needed a tire checked out for a very slow leak. I called them to see if they could get this done. I was told to come in now and they would take care of it. They found a very small nail in the tire that was causing the issue. It was fixed quickly and very inexpensively. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you so much.

This place clean professional. And great prices. Bought 2 pirelli used tires off ebay for a very high price he had the tires I needed for way cheaper and tought how to read tire info . Will never go anywhere else but J&D tire

We were vacationing in Naples and had big plans for our Saturday when I realized I picked up a nail in my tire. After calling around to places I had not had any experience with (even Walmart where the phone rang about 60 times with no answer) I came across J&D Tires. Jesus picked up the phone right away and said he could take care of my problem within the hour. Such a gentleman with a great story of the oppression he suffered in Cuba, he has such a great work ethic and so honest. His price was so reasonable, I paid him extra for his trouble. The other places, including the franchise shops could not be bothered to help me on a Saturday. I encourage you to give this gentleman your business!!! Good service still lives on as long as you look for it. Spread the word.

I totally recommend J&D. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the passion Jesus gives to his business is outstanding. I got a hole on my tire; he was honest about the solution, explaining why he uses patches instead of plugs. It's all about safety. I enjoyed my time there.

I was 100% pleased with the way I was treated. I would go back here in a heartbeat. He doesn't have all the fancy equipment that a lot of places have, but he is a honest,hard-working, does what he says type of guy. Jesus, you are one of the good ones. Absolutely fantastic service.I needed a tire on my truck changed out and I called. He said you can come over now if you want I m slow. 15 minutes later I show up. 20 minutes after that I was driving away.Great prices too.Thank you.
