I was able to get a couple of issues fixed with my RV: my pilot light and the electric element for the water heater and something for my awning. They did a great job.However I found them to be enormously expensive. They have a two hour minimum for two people and a very large service charge on top of that.Do if you use them make sure you get them to fix everything in one visit. Otherwise you'll pay out a lot of money.

For me, it was a total loss of money. They come in a pair . (even if they do not have to be two) . So the amount to come on your site is more expensive. They did not understand what was wrong with my fridge . He was supposed to do a follow up with me and talk to a real technician but never did. What is more frustrating is that he never answered my SMS. Make sure before you call anyone to check the certified technician website (it does exist). And if you go toward Miami and the Everglades : Wait for R&S RV solutions in Homestead. He came to my campground and understood the problem within 15 minutes. I am sorry to do this critic . but the fact that he did not do any follow-up as promised and did not even answer my sms means to me a really non professionnal attitude ! $125 bucks for nothing is a lot in canadian money and for a woman traveling alone.
